It’s so disheartening that THIS Walgreens makes it so difficult to obtain life sustaining medication. I called in to refill a prescription for my mom that was out of stock at the location I usually use but I was told by that location that this location had it in stock and was the only store within 50 miles that had it. When I called the lady was so unbelievable rude and refused to take the patient information to verify if they did actually have the medication and just said they didn’t have it. I stopped going to this Walgreens over a year ago after I had nothing but issues. I can’t believe a pharmacy is this heartless and cold that they don’t care if a diabetic has their insulin.

I’m a longtime customer of this Walgreens and I’ve never had an issue with any of the ladies or men that work there and young and old. Everyone Ive met Has done an awesome job, considering the Severity of the pandemic that we’ve just had and are going through. Keep up the great work

Destiny and so called Manager Alexis woke up the wrong side of the bed this morning. Very bad customer service skills. Wanted to check out in back Manager Alexis said no, she was doing another order no other customer they and she just checked out a different customer prior to me arriving. Destiny cashier I asked about pop sale her response I don't know I haven't been here the past 2 days. WOW! Bad attitude and unappropiate response. I then went to get the stickers off the shelve to show her the price on tags and she still was ignorant. If you don't want to work why show up and be rude and have a a bad facial expression. I never went thru anything like this here. I've been a loyal and faithful customer for over 20 years. I hope they get addressed with this or sent to a customer service skills training class. Will go up the chain for complaints.

Have to update and buzz about Pharmacy! As SLAMMED as they get w customers, they are always quick to take care of us. Especially compared to CVS 👎🏽.They always help and inform us about our medications. If there are any charges, they try to find a cover or get it lowered.Been coming here for YEARS and it definitely saves my big family and I some 💵 with it's affordable prices. Always great coupons, deals, and rewards program. There is always someone available to help if needed. The pharmacy hours have changed but it's still very reasonable and not much wait. Clean facilities as well and stocked pretty good with what we need.

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. The young man who works there always give me problems with my medications. They have put different pills mixed in with my pills on a couple occasions. They have given me expired medicine. It's like they giving me what they want and giving me a problems everytime hes working!! Everytime!! I have to check my medications when I get them. You better start checking yours because they don't care what they give you.😡 Check your medications before you leave. Please!

Terrible consideration for its ailing clientele. The population that employs them. If you call 45 minutes before closing, pharmacy employee will not answer. You will be subject to holding and each time the hold time prompts the phone to ring instore someone will pick up not say a word and place you back on hold. They did this at least 5 times during my call. The manager on Duty Destiny had no explanation for this and suggested I call the number on the receipt to complain because the store manager Mr. Brown was on vacation. If they dont want to assist their public, then they should close or find some employees who want to work. If you're sick or have questions, please drive past this location and dont dare call to speak to someone In their pharmacy. Corporate needs to run there cameras back and confirm how busy they really are an hour before closing.

The pharmacy here is always behind everyday.& RUDE. Coming from a busy business & running a business it starts with management. Their is definitely something and someone not doing their job here. I’m definitely changing my pharmacy after today. SHANEKA is definitely rude and needs to re evaluate how she speaks to customers. It takes leadership to have success.

Clearly ppl complaining about Walgreens don't work in Healthcare and don't have any patience and when things don't go the way they want it and here they go making negative comments. It's Healthcare do yall know what they deal with? Multiple sick ppl, Dr office, immunizations, hospital etc. Instead yall should be thankful that ppl wanna work and deal with us as customers and provide a service. So it's really yall customers and not the employees. I seen ppl come in and cuss employees out who only doing there job and help the best way they can. Ppl complain but don't realize God makes things happen for our Good and we should be thankful that they come to work everyday and deal with the public and everything that comes with it. Thank you Walgreens employees for your hard work it needed to be said🙂

The Pharmacy is AWFUL. I understand a lot of the issues I have with them are out of their control, but seriously, something has to be done. They are WAY TOO SHORT STAFFED! I shouldn't have to wait twenty minutes every time I want to pick up a prescription. They should go back to being 24 hours, too, because most people work during their hours. Not like that will help because they are ALWAYS out of my son's medication. It is a controlled substance, so I can only request a refill by phone or in person at a certain time and date, not too soon, not too late.... and when I do request it at the perfect, magical time, POOF they are out of it, and they won't get it for another week. By then, my son is out of meds. And then it is up to ME to go on a scavenger hunt to call all of the other Walgreens in the area to see if they have it in stock, THEN I have to call my son's doctor to have them transfer the prescription over because Walgreens can't do that. What is the point of calling ahead, and having e-scripts, and doing everything digitally if my son is going to get screwed anyway? This is super frustrating. If it is up to the customer to do everything, it's no wonder why they figure they don't need a lot of employees.

I should not have given them one star. The all around service at this pharmacy is terrible. You have to wait way too long to pickup a prescription and they are so under staffed they fail to update the status of your prescription. I had to have my insurance cancel my last presciption claim here because the service was so terrible. They had my prescription status as filled, however when my insurance called them directly it was not. Mind you the prescription was sent three days prior. I will never have my prescription sent there again.

Just wanted to stop by and say thank you to Natasha in pharmacy for helping me to get my medication. There was an insurance issue and I was so irritated. Yet, she was very patient and understanding. She went above and beyond her duties to ensure that I got my medication. Natasha, thank you for being there. 😇🤗❤😘

Terrible! I wasted THREE HOURS of my time here. All I wanted was a shingles shot. I had had trouble getting it processed through two other Walgreens and contacted my insurance company. They in turn, got in touch with this store, who assured them that I could get the claim processed here. Guess what! Yeah, I was here waiting for three hours. Finally, the insurance rep suggested that I ask the pharmacist to give me the shot and then send the bill to the insurance. he immediately said no. I will not repeat here the thoughts that went through my mind then. As you can see here, others have had problems here, too. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Preferably to somewhere that is NOT a Walgreens. . They have become so big and bloated they have trouble functioning.

The COVID-19 Rapid testing drive thru service is very questionable. No gloves were worn by technician giving you the swab package or passing the holding tray to customers. There was no paperwork on hand, no Hazzard bag to put the swap inside of. The technician made me put the swab back into its original package and place it into the same tray everyone touches thats being tested. No hand sanitizer offered to customers before or after touching the tray used to collect samples. My child tested Positive at this location and tested Negative at a different site same test two days later ! Get a second opinion elsewhere when doing a Rapid here and or report it !

The pharmacy is so slow np matter the time of the year. You wait forever to get through the drive no matter if is to drop off a prescription that you waited hours to have it filled or picking one up. They used to be very efficient and didn't have such a staff turn over

The pharmacy is terribly slow. They do not have sufficient staff and are very slow with attending people who have come for pickup. They either do not attend you and continue with other work or they just take too long even if they see there's a long queue. I have always have to wait more than 20mins everytime I come to pickup a prescription.

Went to Walgreens pharmacy and I noticed the tech pharmacist was being very rude to a customer and I didn’t think much about it. When it was my turn I was very polite and nice and she was giving me lots of attitude and just being very rude and as I was leaving I told the other customers wow she is very rude and they agreed and said they seen that, she was very rude for no reason. I am def going to be changing pharmacy’s. That woman needs to be let go or transferred to a ghetto location. She was a big black woman name tag Fransisca so if anyone goes there make sure it’s someone else because no matter how nice you are she will give you an attitude.

Ran in for a quick purchase but waited what seemed like forever just to check out but this is typical of most all Walgreens. Employees are very nice it's not their fault they're checkout system isn't very speedy

That employee named Kianna or however you spell it is rude and needs to get fired, but she'll learn when a customer decides to punch her in the face. Her attitude is horrible and she should not be in any customer related industry...especially in a pharmacy where she's dealing with people who are sick.

Was rudely asked by an older white female employee to lower my mask to speak at the photo center, last time I checked we are in a pandemic and masks are encouraged at the stores, Walgreens train your employees to do better.

People there are slow and dumb. They don't know how to fix the phones you will be hung up on if you are put on hold for too long. And their pharmacy is a joke even in the drive thru you will be there for 30min if you call ahead and are the only car.

I hate that this Walgreens is the closest to me because EVERY TIME I go in for the pharmacy or the drive through, I wait 20 minutes to a half hour. It doesn’t matter the day or the time. Absolutely horrible wait times and I dread picking prescriptions up.

I don’t know what to say about this pharmacy but if it wasn’t because it’s the only nearby pharmacy I would never use it. I look at their pharmacy hours before going but when I show up it’s closed even though their supposed to be open. Seems like they open when ever they want.

If you’re running in to buy something, the people are friendly enough , and the shelves are well stocked enough. Avoid the pharmacy! People in the pharmacy are rude and extremely unprofessional.
