If I could rate a zero star I would! This is the first and last time I will be taking my dog...1st of all he was suppose to get a bath, nail trim and cut. Upon pick up he was shaved . We were told he had knots so they just shaved him. Well even if he had knots , couldn’t they just bathe him first? . Or call and ask if they can just shave him… Either way didn’t smell like he was bathed and nails were not clipped! And he seemed anxious . Upon getting home we took off the bandana they put on him and he had a gash !!! 😡😡🤬 Not a good experience over all! Upon reading other reviews I see same experiences and worse , which make me wonder if he was being yelled at and he was sitting in a cage with anxiety…

This establishment sure lived up to its name because when I saw my dog after they were done with her, she looked like a mutt. My 5 year old sister could do a better job cutting the dogs hair. The groomers need to find a new a profession because grooming is clearly not what they are good at.

My little one has been here a few times & we always love the results. However my only issue is the way to schedule and appointment, I do believe a secretary might be needed or a better handling process when it comes to trying book an appointment should be in place soon. However we love the services provided!

This place is ok, did not cut my dog as I wanted but I'm happy that he does not have a bunch of hair on his face. It's a great cut and a cheap price 👍.

The first time we took our 6 1/2 months puppy Alex to get his nails done they did a good job. But we took him back to get his hair cut they said they could do it because his hair was knots in it that not true. We know this because I brushed it last night. As well as give him a bath as well... That doesn't make sense to us at all .....

They yell and scream at these poor animals day in and day out. Wouldn't be surprised if physical abuse is involved. I will never take my fur babies to them again. I witnessed a customer taking her dog off the table midway into getting groomed because they were yelling at the poor pup.

We went into The Mutt Hut to see if they were hiring. They weren't but I just have to say they had the most beautiful puppies. If I can talk my fiance into getting a puppy, it will be from The Mutt Hut. Highly recommended...

I'm not too sure if they were overwhelmed the day they did my dog or just didn't care. However, his hair cut looks like my toddler did it! He's uneven EVERYWHERE! One side of his face is longer than the other, (like all the way to the head on one side and yorkie cut on the other side) he has patches in different places and I'm just trying to understand it all. Everytime some one has come to our home since Friday and go to greet the dog, they ask us what's wrong with his fur? Hell, we're still trying to figure it out🤷🏾‍♀️

Actually had an appointment at 11am today, August 15. I called to confirm the day before because I had not heard from the Mutt hut. Got there no one was there so I waited an hour then called only voice mail. This was very unprofessional. Iam a very serious person, on task, get sht done kind of person. This had a very negative influence on them. Never will I ever deal with this place.

I walk in to pick up my dog, and one of the groomers is yelling at a dog she is cutting. Just screaming for the dog to stop moving. I look at my dog in the kennel and she looks terrified afraid to move wouldn't even wag her tail when she saw me. Never putting her through that again. The hair cut was ok

I have been taking my pets here to get groomed since 2004 when they were in Circus of the Pets. They are simy AWESOME! They love and treat your Fur Babies like their own. Reasonable prices, Great Customer Service, Convenient appointment scheduling.

If I could give no stars, I would. This was our first time taking our Maltese here to be groomed at this place (haircut, bath, etc..) We walk in and they seem nice at first, as we were getting our dog settled , one of the ladies yells at all the dogs to not be quiet, but to “shut up.” One of the other ladies were also making comments about an owners cat, stating “they said this was gonna be a nice cat, and it isn’t” continued to do her job. As she got frustrated with the cat, she put a mask on it with so much force. These are comments that should not be said in front of costumers. We left our dog and after about 2 hours we picked our dog up to find that she was dragging one of the dogs to be groomed. Not to mention, when she had asked how we wanted our dogs hair to look, we came back and it wasn’t what we wanted. He was shaved to bare skin, there are patches of hair longer than others and his paws weren’t even trimmed right. We get home and our dog hasn't been himself, barely eating and when you go to pet him, he hides, this wasn't how he acted before his appointment. He has never acted like that when we’ve left other grooming places like Petsmart. He’ll never be going back.

We've been bringing our shih'poo here for at least 4 yrs now. My only complaint is its cash only. The ladies are very nice and my baby is always pretty. They will take the hair down low if u dont tell them how u want it cut. I see some reviews about their dog's hair being too low and them being caged after a haircut. For your dogs safety i think its a good idea to cage them. Ive sent her while she was in heat and that couldve easily made me a grandma if shr wasnt caged so keep up the good work Mutt Hutt!

I do like that their prices are very reasonable but I cant seem to wonder if my pet is getting washed or not because he never smells clean when I pick him up (he always smell old and dirty) and this time their was a bug on him. I just think they are only cutting him and not bathing him :(

This place is horrible I was referred by a co worker and thought I would patronize the business because I like to help private owners exceed but once I took my loved ones (pups) I was devastated!!! I asked for a puppy trim and they were beautiful going in now they came out skinned to almost to the bare skin...This place mistreated my animals, because any professional groomer would have know better not to take that much hair off and information from another groomer x 2 has stated there are guidelines that one should go by to determine how much hair to cut off with the appropriate tools that are needed. PLEASE I REPEAT PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU GO...I JUST WOULDNT IF I WERE YOU!!

My experience was great!! My dog Blue loved it......and they loved him 💙 He smelled so good for a whole 2 weeks....I'm trying to get him in every 2 weeks, it's so worth it!!! We ❤️ The Mutt Hut ❤️💙🐕🐩🐶

Extremely rude. Every time my dog goes there she comes back with a uneven cut or they take it upon themselves to give her the shortest cut for her type of breed. They don't know friendly customer service
