I have been going to this groomer since my dog was 6months, and continue to take my dog every other month. I have recommended this place to both my parents and sisters and they continue to use this groomer for their pets (all different breeds) for the past 2 years. They know our pets and have so much patience. Costumer service is always 100%

royal paws does a very nice job when it comes to grooming my baby. i have no complaints and always leave with a well groomed pup. family and friends have always been referred here and they leave satisfied like i do. 10/10 recommended. love that the their new location is closer to home and its very nice. scheduling appointments is very easy and they have good availability!

Husband and wife run this location and they were both lovely! Our rescue kitty was ready an hour before expected and they took the time & care to make sure he didn't have to be shaved (extreme matting). He came home so happy and relieved.❣️

They moved locations, but still the same great service! Thank you for taking care of my Snow baby and paying special attention to the detail. Nails cut, declaw trimmed, sanitary area shaved, perfectly blow dried, and smelling like 100 bucks. Every. Time.

One day me and my granddaughter was looking for a groomer we stumbled across Royal paws when they were in crown point I've been happy and satisfied with them ever since it's going on their second year of grooming with royal paws, I appreciate their services and my dogs know exactly where they're going when they see the buildingMarley and princess appreciate knowing exactly where they going too..it's such an sweet thing.thank you ROYAL PAWS

Another local pet groomers stop taking my dog two years ago because she was "difficult". They had been doing her nails for eight years. The last two years she has been going to the vet. They must use sedation. That scares me because she is a older dog ( 10 years). Royal Paws not only took her on as a client, they did a amazing job. Extremely reasonable prices. The vet was costing us a fortune. I HIGHLY recommend Royal Paws.

I read a lot of good reviews so i was excited they had availability right away. When i arrived they were very polite and was patient with my dog because for some reason she wouldn’t let the groomer touch her. I guess my baby was right after leaving her i got a call a little after saying she had a scab that start to bleed but i knew she hadn’t had any sores . So the groomer then said aw its her dew claw she accidentally cut it and it started to bleed me thinking its my fault for not telling her she had it. To be informed by the vet after i left that most dogs have them and the groomer should have checked before grooming. Also i was charged for muzzling the price went from $64 to $94 which was fine until i picked her up and seen that they did not leave her face the length i asked and my baby was sad and has been the whole day also the vet quoted me $300-$500 to have her dew claw removed because now it’s hanging and at risk of infection. I wasn’t offered a discount Im sure with all the years of experience they a familiar with how much that would cost me. They were nice and all but they caused me money and my baby some pain not check for that dew claw i wish i had read all the reviews as i see now they’ve cut other dogs to the point of bleeding also.

I usually take my golden doodle to his regular, but the place is temporarily closed, so I gave this place a try and not good, my dog was very sad and anxious after his haircut. They didn’t listen to me about his haircut even after explaining on the phone showing a picture and talking to the groomer so they had to fix his hair when I picked him up. When I examined his paw that he was licking I found two BAD cuts, both on his back paws and the man there didn’t let me know or say anything about it. Maybe other people have good experiences but I won’t go back there.

You guys take such good care of my Yorkie, Benji! I've taken him to Petsmart for years before I found you guys. He was always scared and shaky when I would pick him up. But when I pick him up from Royal Paws, he's not scared and shaky! He's not clawing up my shoulder! And he always looks good and smells good! I know he trusts you guys. Support small business!

My cat went from rags to riches!!! He's 10yrs old and has never had a bath and Royal Paws got him right, he was hairless and that's because he had matted hair and to take those off and not cut all his hair off would of made him look like he had bald patches. He was so clean and he smelled like he was going to a party. I had no idea they had stuff that made cats smell so delicious. I recommend this place. As far a price goesIt not bad at all. Trust and Believe I will be back. The pictures of him eating is the AFTER pics...he looks so good, I'm sorry, I can't stop saying it!!!!

Okay so I ABSOLUTELY HAD TO LEAVE A REVIEW!! The customer service here is EXCEPTIONAL!! I have a difficult pup and they were still able to groom her beautifully. Initially the groomer was upfront and truthful with me about my expectations but when I saw my dog I WAS BLOWN AWAY! They even gave her a cute little bandana:) The prices were very reasonable and the location is super convenient. LuLu will most definitely be returning🐶 THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING!

Dropped my dog off at 9:30 AM for an appointment that i had made at 10 AM I got a call at 12:30 saying they were about to begin working on and him to come at 1:30 that he will be done I then showed up at 2 and he said they still needed 15 minutes I waited 15 minutes I walked back in and my dog was still not trimmed or touched I told them to give me my dog if Hes already done They continued to take my dog to the back really quickly and trim his genitals and cut his nails only just to charge me 70$ and did no work at all other then cut his nails and genitals. I literally got charged 70$ for his genitals and nails to be trimmed and for them to put a bandana around his neck,I waited five hours after his appointment had been made whats the point of a appointment if they are going to work on everyones dog except mine that i had made a appointment for, this service was all around ridiculous

Recently, I took my Pomeranian to Royal Paws and when they gave her back to me she was so happy to see us that I didn't notice how bad she looked they almost cut her ear and it looked they didn't wash her ears cause she still had ear wash solution in her fur.I will not be taking any of my dogs here. I was charged $55.00

I like them when they were in East Chicago but the male in Hammond I do not care for him. I will not go there. I was taking four of my dogs there I won’t go there or recommend the prices are a little bit outrageous

Took my 3 furbabies to Royal Paws for grooming. It was their very first visit there but it will not be their last. The prices were very reasonable & their grooming did not take all day. My 3 furbabies came home looking great.
