Very helpful and knowledgeable workers. Convenient hardware store with a UPS drop-off. I was confused by the reviews, but this little store has everything you need. This is just a UPS drop-off. If you already have a boxed and labeled package, they do not take QR codes or print out or package anything for you, which is totally fine because I only need a drop-off. I do all my own packing. 📦 🛠️

went to menards and home-depo looking for a spring for my storm door handle both places told me they dont have it ..went to this hardware store I get greeted as soon as i walk in the guy explains to me no they dont have the spring but then tells me how easy to buy one cut it to lenght even use a ball point pen spring ..so i went home cut the spring with my fine needlenose pliers it set pretty easy to dimples line it up it works better than new I was ready just to buy the new handle for 25.00 dollars plus tax the spring cost .99 cents thats why i go there ...

So friendly and helpful! They even opened up the box or my new sink sprayer to make sure it would fit right! I had gone to Menards before stopping here. They didn’t have what I needed and no store workers helped me.I will definitely be back!

I cannot express how excellent my experience was. I went 2 days in a row and was helped by completely different staff members but both times the service was amazing. I found a bulb that fit a 1982 Glo Worm and got it working again for the first time in almost 20 years. The prices are competitive but the service and staff knowledge is the highest I have experienced in years. Even if they don't have what you want, they will figure out what you NEED. Thanks Mike (and all the people whose names I forgot, sorry)!

Lindy's Ace has a great local hardware store that provides the services that most people need without having to go to the big box store. They stock a great variety of products at fair prices and still have that neighborhood feel. Great staff who are very helpful.

I just called. And the person speaking hung up. Tim. He assumed I was a machine call. I called back to explain why people should not be hung up. He would not hear it. Hung up on me again. I asked for manager. He said he is the manager. Eventually, he put me in contact with Jeremy. Another manager. Jeremy said he's sorry. What else do I want him to do about it? I asked that management should have a way of dealing with situations so this does not happen again. For example, you can ask - how can I help you ? What is the nature of your call? When can you come to the store? Unique questions that require unique answers to separate robot calls from normal calls. He said obviously Tim will be spoken to about the situation. There is no guarantee that this behavior or attitude will stop. I asked to speak with the owner. He said he has decided he will not get the owner involved. I can call back if I want. The 3rd mark against this situation is also that a manager has the audacity to create arguments with the customer. He said: I don't know what its like running a business. He said: have you ever received a robo call? How would you deal with it? Ultimately, this is your small business. Not mine. I am just 1 consumer being poorly treated. If I can help just 1 person being treated nicer and kinder in your business, and myself being treated kinder and nicer in the future at your establishment, that is all I am asking. Not being hung up on. And interrupted, and argued with. Owners of business do not have eyes behind their back to watch all their employees. My understanding is that yes they do want to know about these situations to improve customer service. I would like to see small businesses like this survive because they provide unique services or supplies that large retail does not.

It's like a trip into the past with everything your father, grandfather, and great-grandfather needed to maintain their castles. If you need it, they probably have it. From butt plates to grommets, it might just be in stock. Don't call ahead. Just show up and browse.

This is always a great place to go. Never had a bad problem or experiance when going there.I do a lot of computer work, and its better to just go to the local Ace here at Lindy's when I can get the tools and screws I need for misc work I do. They are always helping me out.What I greatly appreciate though, is the employee by the name of Jeremy. I recently had an issue of possibly losing my belongings, and misplacing them...thinking I may of left them at that store - and Jeremy helped me out when I asked to come into the store and try to remove one of the possible places I may of misplaced my item.I originally dropped off a package for UPS pickup, and thought I accidentally misplaced my belongings in the box with the return item. He promptly gave me my package back to open it up, gave me a tool to open it, and let me check without a problem. He even resealed the package for me so I didn't need to go to the bother of doing it.He was very professional, and great to casually talk to during the whole situation. Great dude. I appreciate the time they take to cater to not only things I need to purchase, but even the little things like this make make me feel like they genuinely appreciate all their customers to the very tip of the needle.Will keep shopping here, and encourage anyone that needs anything related to tools and the likes, to check out Lindy's Ace Hardware before you go to a different Ace in the same area.Recommended. Quality. Exceptional.

Very pleasant experience always helpful and very knowledgeable.They are a tad more expensive but you get quality parts and service with a smile. It's difficult for owner operated stores to stay in business without community help. That is worth the extra expense if any you would have to pay.

Great Neighborhood Store!!! Didn't feel like walking all over other bigger stores trying to find screw for my blower. Went to LINDYS ACE HARWARE , brought knob from my blower explained my idea of what thought I needed and in no time the helpful employee gave me the parts and I was on my way home. Excellent, Excellent Customer Service Here!!!! Soooo Glad I Went there!!

I wish I would have got his name but he was extremely helpful. He took all of about 5 minutes to help me figure out what plumbing stuff I needed for a project and how to do the work. It kept me from starting at the stuff for an hour and still not figuring it out. Will definitely go there again.

You know sometimes you just can't beat that good ole fashioned service. I came in and was attended quickly. You can tell they've been in business for a while. Reminds me of the old hardware store in my hometown. The cashier was friendly as well. Great store, great people.
