They don’t even deserve one star. The floor associate acted clueless throughout the entire conversation. Had to call store manager to make decision on balloons. The cashier was helpless. Both too lazy to blow up 6 balloons. Store manager mad they called her. Terrible service. There’s one east of that store not even 5 minutes away. GO THERE so you won’t waste time with people who don’t feel like doing their job. They have their phone turned off. I called while I was in front of them and they said they didn’t hear ringing. Of course not, when the ringer is off! Thankful for the store up the street!! Much better!

The cashier was so incredibly rude. There was a line of customers waiting for a long time and she slowly walks up purposely taking her time. Then when I asked her if I could use credit instead of debit she looks at me dumbfounded and shrugs and says “I dunno” with the nastiest attitude. She then proceeds to tell her co worker that I have an attitude right in front of me. A clearly lazy person who probably wants to get fired so she can get unemployment. Not going back here again if that’s the kind of people you hire and they aren’t held accountable

When I walked in the Dollar General, I was greeted with a sincere hello, and welome to Dollar General, not the robotic hello. I had to come on here to do a review. I overheard the phone ring, and a customer was asking if they had an item. She HAPPILY placed the customer on hold, and went to check to see if they had the item. Came back and informed the customer. I was looking for a particular item. She showed me where it should have been, but they were all out of stock. She was genuine and sincere while I was checking out. This is definitely rare these days. I told her to stay the way she is, and that it was appreciated.

The cashier was a bit rude like she was in a hurry to get me out of the way even though there was nobody behind me, as if I was inconveniencing her! Lol however, they have some select products especially in the makeup and food/drink aisles that other dollar generals don't have. Still, they need to restock and keep it a bit cleaner. No excuses.

Very messy and unorganized but they seem to carry things you just don't find in other dollar stores. I will definitely go back when i have time to sort thru the mess. Cashier was knowledgeable and respectful.

The store is a mess, worse I’ve ever seen it ! Every aisle is a mess ! Just wanted to leave quickly. I use to work retail & that would never fly. I can’t believe they lock up leaving store in shambles. I’m guessing they are short staffed or need new management.

I love my Dollar General!! Better quality than Dollar tree and lower prices than Family Dollar! Hope it gets in more good stuff! Service can improve with attitude but store clean compared to Dollar tree on 165th...

I was able to find (eventually) what I was looking for. The store has a messy feel to it. There was some liquid spilled on the floor and things are slightly disorganized. The prices are good for brand-name items.

The cashier and all of the ladies in the store that night was so very nice and kind...I came in at the last minute and they still made me feel welcomed and not hurried...you don't get that to much around closing time...these ladies were great.

Super average store. They do have really great sales and I love the electronic coupons on there app so much easier than clipping a bunch of paper ones.

Its dollar general it was definitely a good cardio workout finding items cause the store is all over the place lol but that's cool.

This store is a hit and miss meaning sometimes they have stuff sometimes they don’t. But they are faithful in being unorganized and EXTREMELY messy!!

I tried to set up the app to get coupons on my phone. I filled everything out correctly 3 times and three times it would not accept saying incorrect user name and password. This was the first time trying to download this app. Not good!

Crowded at times. Most of the time there is only one register open. But I go here at least 5 times a week . I love the sales n the app is easy to use.
