This place has lost a loyal customer I used to be an everyday shopper here until tonight when I arrived at 9:55 which is 5 minutes until closing time to find the doors were locked I was after medicine for my sick 3-year-old that the gas station did not have. So immediately I called the Dollar general and they answered and I asked them hey it's not 10:00 yet Can I come in and grab one item and be right out and the lady asked some guy who turned out to be the manager and he said no he already locked the doors they were closed so I asked the lady I said why does your sign say 10:00 p.m. close time if you guys are going to close early regardless if it's only 5 minutes. At that point the manager got on the phone with me and started getting rude and said my clock shows 10:00 p.m. we are closed you are not getting in my store(awful funny my call log on my phone shows me calling them several minutes before 10. Supposed to be a local store that a small town community can use out of convenience I just simply asked to run in and grab one item and I could have been out of the store before 10:00 p. m. when they're supposed to close.... There is no customer appreciation here.

Staff always friendly, store seems like employees Do try to keep up with putting stock up/away, so at times a tad cluttered, but I haven't come across this too often, so seems like it's mainly on their "Truck days" I'd assume...overall, I'm always happy when I visit this particular store. Never had an issue. Staff always helpful and they Greet you upon arrival. Good job guys! 😀

Staff is always friendly and helpful. For a long time I couldn’t stop here if I was in a hurry because the lines were crazy long but since the new manager took over I have not run into this problem. Love having this store in my small town! Hardly ever have to go out of town for anything!

I just went into the store and after halfway through shopping I was told I need to take my purse outside or put it behind the desk on the floor. My purse cost $300 and I do not appreciate it being put on a nasty floor and then when I get in line there's three other ladies behind me that have their purses I would actually like to know what this is all about my first state ZIP the whole time so I don't know if they were trying to say I look like someone who would steal something but needles to say I NEVER WILL COME TO THIS DOLLAR GENERAL!!!! VERY RUDE!!!!

There were boxes and boxes of merchandise in various places throughout the store. Some were even still on the stockroom carts just sitting at the end of aisles or in aisleways. It made it for a frustrating shopping trip. This is fairly new store and there still is not enough space for them to have more width in the aisles.

Very clean store ! No totes in walk ways, no cloths on floor. I go out of my way to shop there instead of the 1 a few blocks from my home on n.w.5th. Your store carrys the 6 inch foam flat plates that I like also, 5th st store told me that they don't make them anymore. (they lied to me.) Thank you for carrying them.

It was very nice the employees still wear masks it's up to you whether you want to wear masks it's always nice and very clean inside and the prices are very hard to beat and everything's usually in stock I really like the store a lot

It is what it is, convenient stop for what ya need. This DG does not sell beer or wine but there is a liquor store down the road. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, only reason I'm giving them four stars is because their set up is confusing and odd. They have more than 1 snack food aisle but they aren't next to each other, same with dollar snacks. So when looking for something specific, you can't just run to the 1 or 2 side by side aisles...you basically have to navigate thru the entire store.

You would think with everything going one .....this place WOULD BE CLEAN!Dusty and dirty. Makes some people not want to touch things. Yet you need to because people need stuff.I cannot believe their DM lets this get by. I really thought highly of DG. Yet the more i see the more it disgusts me....like going to a Dollar Tree.

My wife and I went i DG at 8:02 supposedly the first hour (8:00) for seniors and folks with extenuating health issues. Of the other 8 people in the store, most were in there mid 20s and DID NOT HAVE ON A FACE COVERING! DG please step up your game and hopefully help people like us stay healthier. If I could have given zero stars, I would have been happy to! We are in Hagerstown, Indiana.

This store is always clean well stocked we live In A rural area as for family needs ,comfort needs ,household decor, hygiene ,food ,gifts I really appreciate this store the manager knows her store an crew an is always there to help an hey 5$ off Saturdays really helps the working an farming families out here

The worker at the register kept yelling across the store for the other worker to do things. And when asked for the restroom key, her response was unnecessarily rude.
