Amazing customer service! Cannot recommend this pharmacy enough! The pharmacist/owner went above and beyond to make sure I was able to walk out with my medicine after another pharmacy had fraudulently billed me.Please support this establishment!

My first experience with an independent pharmacy and it's wonderful... Bob treats me like a person from the moment I walk in... they're also more willing to work with you to find a solution rather than just saying they can't...

This pharmacy seemed ok at first, but they are now trying to be the doctor and making decisions about a patient's treatment. After discussing the issue with my doctor, then calling them and discussing the matter according to my doctors instructions and feedback they were rude and very unprofessional. I have a dehabilating disease and my days are numbered, and I have never been treated by a pharmacy in a more obnoxious manner. Go to a real pharmacy for your medications and let them go on until they go out of business. Anyone who treats customers in this way will.not be around for long.

Dear Dave I had to let you know that as of yesterday I only knew that I was out of my long-term insulin. You didn’t have any in stock but she tell me it would be here today. I have to praise her beyond believe and hope she gets a bonus from this :-) she called meTo let me know that it was there I was at work. We discuss the time when I’d be able to pick it up and it was past pharmacy hours. She knew that I was out of it and said that she would keep the shop open until I could get there. She and Jim the pharmacy in charge tonight both waited for me to arrive I find that phenomenal and beyond what any other pharmacy would have doneI just had to let you know and he will also say quick Scripps is the only place I ever go for medication I love Ellen I just met Jim and your place is phenomenal please give her is there a bonus or raise she deserves it

I had been going to this place and they seemed fine until now, I was sick and the clinic had me listed under a different pharmacy so my prescription went there, these people at quik scripts questioned why I went to another pharmacy, first of all I don't feel that I did anything wrong, and second of all I don't feel they have a right to question what I do. I have cancer and they have always filled my prescription , but now I am being told to go where they sent my prescription when I was sick, oh and said afterwards they met there quota on that medicine. I'm sorry, but I feel I was being turned away because I used another pharmacy, and to me that is not a good pharmacy. You dont treat customers that way. Also, that medicine is something I have been getting every month , they should have it.
