This location is always clean when I visit, but a little cluttered in the front. There is a serious lack of the smaller bags of potato chips; today, they didn't even have any barbecue Lay's in the small bags. The staff is usually friendly, but the worst problem is the wait in line. There will be four or five people in line, with the first person asking a million questions about a balloon or something, and one or two more cashiers behind the counter, but those workers never jump on a register to clear that line. They could be on break, but if they're on break, then why are they behind the counter? It's so annoying! This store is going downhill, and today was probably my last visit.

Lazy Liars!!!! Came here today to reload a card and the cashier says she needs to get the manager for that. Cashier comes back to the register to say "Oh we don't load cards here". I said "Yes you do because I just was here two days ago to reload a card". The cashier said her manager says that they don't do reloads....How sway??? I literally was just here days prior RELOADING A CARD! All in all, that's very unprofessional, and gives lazy, I don't feel like it type attitude. It's amazing what customer service has become. I was literally told a bold face lie to my face. Crazy!After all, I do not mind automation and robots replacing some of these people's jobs because I'd much rather deal with a robot than to deal with lazy, lying, incompetent workers any day. Pff!

I never come to this one because it's always nasty and has some unsavory people coming in and out. The people who work this store have always been very nice though. The location is right off the main strip. The prices are the same as any other family dollar. Probably best to stick to the ones closest to you. Unless u have to stop and grab something on the way home.

Went to spend $100 and walked out with expired hot dogs. Exp date was June 3 2023...Ask to see what will be done. Was told nothing. Ask to swap the Expired food for a bag of charcoal. Got told no.Smh....Never again. I'll take my business to stacks van till.

I had the nicest cashier I’ve ever me help me the other day. She offered a genuine greeting to ever coming in. She was very nice helping me cash out. Then when I left she held the door for me. Every other dollar store I go to the employees are so rude. This was a delightful person, I’ll definitely be back.

I had a bad experience at this store a few years ago so I didn’t plan on shopping here again. But I was in the area today and stopped in for a few items and I’m glad I did. The store was much cleaner and better organized then it was a few years ago. The employees were up beat and very helpful! Thank you for making this store a place to shop at again!

The sign says the tots are $5 instead the lady rudely say no they aren't. So do you want to buy them or not? I would never shop there again because of the low consideration of the associates.

I had the worst experience in this store I was shopping in the store I was in this store in the AM trying to find some xmas gifts and the lady employee I felt was harassing me and following me everywhere and was rudely letting me know about the store rules that unfortunately the customers would never know because there are no signs to let us as customers to be aware of ..so I put my items back and walked out of the store..this is not a store that I usually visit but unfortunately I will not return..PLEASE BE KIND TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AS WE ARE PURCHASING ITEMS IN YOUR STORE AND NOT FOLLOW THEM AROUND TELLING THEM RULES AND REGULATIONS..THIS A BBB SITUATION AND IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE .I FINALLY GET A DAY OFF FROM #NURSE LIFE ..AND THIS IS THE TREATMENT YOU RECEIVE IN THIS PARTICULAR STORE..NEVER EXPECTED THIS

I went into the Griffith Family Dollar yesterday about 1/2 hour after it opened. What a disgrace!The floors were filthy and had merchandise laying on them. Shelves looked like they were ransacked. A couple employees were chatting away in one of the aisles. This store is in dire need of proper business management!!!

The female manager at this store is so rude. She doesn't know anything when you ask and she always reeks of cigarette smoke. It smells so bad the order is left in the aisle after she walks away. She doesn't know where the products are and if you ask for help she walks away. She really does not need the position. She is not courteous, has no concept of customer service and needs a shower.

My experience at this Family Dollar was HORRIBLE! The cashier did not honor the 40 percentage off price discount that was posted on a sign "discount will be taken off at the register". In addition, the cashier would not scan the coupon in the Family Dollar coupon application. The application clearly states to scan the barcode or enter the number to receive the discount. The cashier refused to scan the coupon barcode in the application, therefore I was not able to use the coupon to receive the best savings. When there are multiple coupons clipped for the same item, entering my number will automatically give me the coupon that is worth the least value. The only way to get the best savings is to scan the coupon in the Family Dollar application. It's very simple. Other Family Dollar locations scan the application coupons appropriately with no problems, but this location did not want to do their jobs correctly.

Was happy to see the flower pots that I wanted were there but I was fast disappointed when I saw that the whole stack of them were cracked on one side and a corner was broken off on them all. I asked if they had any others but a female employee told me no, that was all she had. Why would she leave these on the shelf and expect someone to pay full price?

Ghetto ass place, everyone has their ear buds in and seems like they don't want to help anyone, asked the cashier if the have a certain item she said idk, thinking she might help me look but no, keep talking on her cell phone.. store is good the customer service is horrible.

It's usually pretty clean compared to some other Family Dollar stores and the cashiers are nice. They always have what I need in stock.
