Dakota provided odd customer service. Acted like we were the problem because her store didn't have tags. Weird. We love Tractor supply but this was odd and rude. So glad to be moving to Franklin for better experiences at that store.

I called their number because it was listed on the PetVet website to get vaccine records for a client we had in our clinic. The person who initially answered was very confused, so they put me on hold. I figured I'd be transferred to the PetVet phone. A guy then picked up and was already seemingly irritated. I introduced myself and what I was calling for and he treated me like I was the dumbest person ever. He said "I don't know who you think you are, but this isn't some clinic in Lafayette." I reiterated that I was trying to call the Greenwood PetVet that is in the tractor supply and he continued to interrupt me and say I've got the wrong number and making me feel stupid. If I got the wrong number, that's fine, maybe point me in the right direction, but it's not okay to make clients feel like we're idiots and like we're the biggest inconvenience to YOU. I was just calling a number that was listed on the website. I did not sign up to get berated by a grumpy employee

Went in there today to get my gas tank filled like always the same tank i always take and some guy ive never seen came out and said he cant fill it cause it looks to old does this tank look to old? Told him ive been there many times he said he didn't care he was not going to give me gas told me to find somewhere else to go!😡 i Wont be going back there again

I come here mostly for my dogs food. I wish they would keep the shelves stocked better. Since the store moved to a new location they don’t keep all the canned dog food where it is easy to get to. The last couple of times I was there the space on the shelf where the food I usually get is empty but there are full cases on the top shelf where I can not reach and I have to look for someone to help me. The canned dog food needs to be put in a totally different spot. I’m short so I can’t reach that far and I’m 67 so I’m not going to try to get it on my own. Bring it down for easier access for shorter people. I shouldn’t have to look for help to get it.

Has all that I need but customer service could use some manner lessons. Several times now ive gotten stopped at the door by an employee loudly asking "can we help you find what your looking for? " sometimes ill go in 30mim before closing but thats no reason to treat your customers like you dont want them there. Work until your shift is over ppl.

I put in a online order for a small pool for our dogs, we got a text 15 minutes later saying it was ready for pick up, we got there in about an hour and the young lady acted like it wasn’t ready, but I showed her my email and text. Well she said, I’d have to go outside and get it myself! I have never put in a online order and had to go shop for it myself, that’s the whole point of an online order. It was very slow in the store and I seen 3 employees pretty much standing around. So I took my two dogs I brought with me went outside and got a pool and struggled back in with my dogs in one hand and a 50in round pool in the other. I don’t recommend online shopping here, for now on I’ll go to rural king or TSC on Brookville rd. Lazy

Lots of farm supply needs especially for farm animals. Good supply of dog products at reasonable price. Seeds were marked down. Some candy. Seen several products that Rural King does not have. I'd recommend bec cheaper.

Placed an online order for pickup but after it was accepted it was canceled. I called to double check and staff was very nice and helpful. The manager said inventory shows they had the product but can't locate it. They said they would call me if they found it. How nice!

Love the little store. It always has exactly what I need when I dont feel like running to a big box. Cheap LPG gas refills? no problem. Ant bait for that infestation? say no more. Pipe dope to fix a plumbing fail? quick in an out. Support these guys when you can, they are awesome

We fill propane almost exclusively at TSCs as we travel the country. No other store would dare shut down service a half hour early and then refuse to help a customer in need. It just isn’t in their culture, except for this store.

These guys are seriously the best. We go there for everything. One of the only stores that still feels like an old time hardware store. Everyone in the store knows where everything is and are always happy to help. Their 4Health dog food is amazing as well!

I had a really rough day and I got to Tractor Supply three minutes *before* closing time to get necessary supplies for my chickens. The doors were locked and I left with nothing. Even though I needed supplies for the next day and I'd raced as quickly as possible (adding to the stress in my day) to get them. Definitely not the experience that shopping for farm/animal supplies should be 😞😖And I'll do my absolute best to avoid shopping at this location in the future.

Came in to buy grass seed. The large bag I wanted was in the back. You would have thought I asked the manager to work a double shift by the exacerbated sigh and reluctant shuffle to the back to get them. After that I asked where the grilling pellets were. He pointed to a skid on top of the shelf and it was obvious at this point that asking him to get that down was out of the question. The guy had a limp so I don't want to be too harsh but seriously where's the work ethic?

Normally ok but customer service did not seem like they were wanting to serve the customer at all. Needed to check a tire that wasn't labeled for size and he just measured it and said it wasn't what I needed. But didn't offer to check and see if they had the right one in stock (none of the tires were in the right areas) or try to assist me in anyway. Thanks anyways, I will order from a different store.

Typically rare to see long lines, and if so all of the staff jump in to help get people out the door.I love the surplus always availble and each employee eager to help carry or find an item you need.One of my favorite specialty stores

Picked up an online order for my mom. Great staff. Very helpful. Gentleman helped my boyfriend load the truck. We had to pick-up a motorbike, kayak and 2 rocking chairs. Easy assembly as well.

For me personally, you're losing a full star for the dusty rack of $7 a piece cars right by the register that my son obsesses about, otherwise it's a nice place. Prices are a little high but there are things there you can't get elsewhere.

I normally have a better experience here than i did tonight....i was walking around looking for pig feed, passed 3 employees, one was busy with a customer (i was one of maybe 5 in the store at the time), the other 2 were not and no one asked if i needed any help. When i finally stopped one to ask if they had a certain type of dewormer his reply was "do you see it on the shelf?" I couldn't help but laugh at the rudeness of his response and informed him that i knew it was a brand that tractor supply carries, but, no, i did not see any and that was the reason i was asking, could he tell me how much it is. He walked away for a few minutes then came back and said he couldn't find any so he didn't know how much it would be. More I've worked retail so i know he could've found out what the price was and probably could've even told me when he could have some in stock for me, but since he didn't even offer to help me and i had to stop him myself, i guess I'm not surprised! Honestly, if i could get the brand of food i use at rural king i would not go back to tractor supply at all. But since they are the ones that carry it, i will continue to shop at tractor supply still but now will go out of my way to go to Brookville rd!
