Noone said a word to me while I was there. The store was completely trashed. I'm not sure if nightly recovery is even a thing there. They had been open for one hour and it was completely trashed. So surprising for a store in that area, that's so new to being open to look so terrible.

You are always greeted by warm and friendly people who always go over and above to help you. I will continue to shop at this store instead of the big box stores and suggest you try it. They have a wonderful inventory along with bringing in cats in dyer need of loving homes. They also have a do-it-yourself dog wash. Go in and check out the store yourself, I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Victoria welcomed us and was super helpful! I wanted to see if my 100 lb lab would willfully get in the bath tub and she graciously let us try first. She guided us through the process and helped by hooking his lead to the tub so he wouldn't jump out. I was impressed with how the store had everything we needed for his bath. You can tell Victoria loves her job! The store was adorable! We will be back! You can't find this level of service very often. Please let her know how valuable she is. - MJ and Charlie <3

Love this place for my dog. It's nice to still have a smaller place so you dont feel so overwhelmed looking for what you need. It's small but has alot and very well organized. You can always find great deals. My dog usually don't like going into pet stores. But this one she loves and fine with it. MY GOSH PEOPLE! You gotta love the dog baths. They have the best ever! It's so fancy! My dog loves it. Everything you need is right there. If you need something additional don't hesitate asking the staff always willing to give a helping hand. Plan your visit today!

This store has a self service station (only $10 to use!) with three tubs for washing. One small, two large. They are fenced in with two gates leaving space to walk freely within the small area. All three tubs come equipped with a harness for the pup, a temperature sensitive spray nozzle, and a drain. You can use your own grooming tools and shampoo, but there are shampoos available for free use as well. During Covid restrictions, the store is taking appt to wash so that there is only one dog in the area at a time, and you are not allowed your personal tools.

Take our dog here to give her a bath, never super busy and can take our time giving her a bath. Like that they have the area gated off so we dont have to worry about her running off and love that it's an open concept so that we dont feel cramped.

Super nice place , The assist manager Josh really helped me so much with all my questions about dog food he was really great and my first time experiance there so nice. I will be going back this is now my store.

I come here for the $5 dog wash. So much better then trying to wrestle my dog into my bathtub. Shampoo, towels, a blow dry included!!

I love that this Petvalu is close to me. I prefer this over any other per stores! Amazing deals and the customer service is spot on. I love that they know my puppy by name.
