I am probably at menards more than I'd like to admit. I've always had amazing service when going. This past visit made me so upset. Went for a garage shelf. They were out of stock on the floor, but I had an employee check to see if any were in the back. After being told they had 14 in stock someone would go get one for me. I waited for about 30 minuets until a different employee cake up to me and asked if I've been helped. At this point, I'm frustrated. I'm a very patient person, but I was annoyed. So this second employee who helped me was super nice, but kinda disappeared for a minuet before a third employee finally came back to me to inform them they were actually out of stock. After waiting without updates and the service I received, I will no longer go to this menards. Worse experience I've ever been through. If someone had just come back up after realizing it wasn't in stock, I would have been 45 minutes to get any type of answer is ridiculous.

I love Menards!! I dont understand why we can't bring our pets in. Most pet owners are responsible enough to take care of any messes. You could put little bags around the store for just in case. People who have to leave their animals in the car are in more of a rush. They would be able to browse longer and possibly spend more. Just a thought.

Huge thanks to Menards and Manager Kenny Arthur! We are business owners and shop at Menards every day to buy supplies. Over time, we have developed a relationship with Kenny and much of his staff. The first thing i do when entering the building is not look for what im buying. Im looking for Kenny and other employees to tell them hi! We sponsored two girls on a lemonade stand. We asked Kenny for a donation. Without hesitation, he said yes! It was a great time and we appreciate him so much!

I have been using Menards for years. One of the few companies that I feel still provides the full package; great selection, great pricing, and most importantly, top notch customer service. I will continue to use them so long as they continue thier stellar service.

Nice place. I like shopping here, and even just looking around is great. I did not like it during Covid, they were very strict and one employee yelled at me because my mask was not covering my nose, but I looked around and the employees didn't cover their noses, I'm a little upset from that experience.

Have never been so disappointed to shop with a company. Ordered 3 bathtubs and 3 vanities in January. Without any follow up and communication we went to pickup in March as planned. That’s when we learn that a vanity had been back ordered. Our biggest problem then was that there was no communication. Steve, the GM, couldn’t care less that his team didn’t do their job. Offered an insulting $20 in store credit after ~$4K was spent with his store.I call in May to ensure the vanity has arrived as expected. I was told the vanity was cancelled. Thankfully the AGM (I wish I could remember her name) did a phenomenal job getting ALL details without any prompting and providing incredible communication along the way.We picked up the vanity last weekend. Only to unpack today and see the top didn’t come with it. Clearly deceiving, confusing at best, marketing. Saying the faucet and accessories are not included but highlighting the top. Only an associate would know there’s a separate tag to order the top and that it wasn’t included with the vanity.When I called about this, I worked with Steve unfortunately. Who put all the blame on me. Not the associate who I showed the display too saying I wanted this in 30.5”, not taking ownership of his store and providing “value to his customers” as Menards advertises. Even goes as far as to hang up on me.Honestly, Menards should be ASHAMED to call him a GM. Do yourselves a favor and promote the AGM who cares about your customers and offers empathy. Steve is about the bottom dollar, doesn’t know how to diffuse a situation, and has zero regards for his customers. I will not offer anymore of my money to this store and cannot recommend ANY customer ever do so. Appalling customer service.

Beware menards rebate program. Always lost my rebate receipt sent. No honest and responsible team worker. Go to Homedepot or Lowes for instant savings.

I've worked at Menards for almost 6 years. It has its ups and downs, just like every job, but for the most part,it's a really good job and Mr. Menard takes care of his employees.

They had the very small screws and nuts I was worried wouldn't be in any store after checking Home Depot and Lowes. Bathrooms have an excessive amount of air fresheners.

This is my go to for all hardware needs. They are consistently friendly and helpful. We recently were in the market for a new washer and dryer. Our experience with Tina Butrum in appliances is what prompted this review. She's was very knowledgeable, informative and pleasant. She gave us all of the product details about the specific set we were looking at so we could take it home and research. She also had a pick order created so if we decided to go with that set we could just call it in and it would be ready to avoid going in the store. We ended up making our decision right then and there. If management reads this I hope she is commended in some way for her great customer service in a world that it seems harder to find.

I'm giving stars only for Austin the delivery coordinator he has been wonderful. Please please please do not use Menards delivery contractor big R enterprises for your appliances. We paid for delivery and installation of a washer and dryer and its been nothing but a disaster. They did not install the drain tube on the washer and it flooded the floor. The pictures attached are the dryer and the power cord was incorrectly installed as you can see. For your safety please do not pay for this delivery company. Austin who works for Menards may be the only saving grace that I would spend my money with them again but absolutely will never pay for another delivery!!

How much paver base do you need for an 11 ft diameter circle patio area? Definitely not 104 bags, and they tried to charge me to pickup the excess stones that they sold me. They only sold me 14 bags of leveling sand for the same area, doesn’t make sense.Trying to get them to pick it up made me feel like a criminal! This is my last time shopping at menards!Greenwood menards especially 300 S Marlin Dr, greenwood, IN thanks to their manager Patrick.Not a fan of Menards!11% rebate is not worth horrible service!

Horrible customer service all three times I’ve been there. Employees ignore you and don’t seem to want to help. Try to get help loading mulch in your car is unbelievable. When I asked the person at the gate the time before this visit to get me help loading the large qty of mulch in my car, he told me it’s self service. I asked for a reason not to take an employee for granted. I ended up loading it myself. This time after being ignored by to employees and another customer called out to that employee also to help me and he was also ignored. I had to go back into the store and ask at the service counter to please get someone to help me.A man named Raymond M. Came out to help me and apologized for the other two that disregarded me. Hats off to Raymond M. Great associate. Need more like him. Please let him know I said thank you again. I did appreciate his hard work and work ethic.Customer’s should never feel like they are a bother. They need to know that the customers shopping at that store are what pays their wages. Without customers there would be no store. Home Depot here I come.

I have 2 experiences to rate. 1) was at the store on Emerson but couldn't find a single person to help me with a security door. But, 2) at the store on 135, I was looking at the same door but was only there 2 minutes before a very nice young man asked if I needed help. I bought the door. Very happy with the store on 135. I won't go to Emerson again.

Menards has the worst lumber purchasing process. They force you to walk back and forth through the store, then drive around to the back of the store. The return process seems to be purposefully designed to be inefficient. I hate this store.

Customer Service is a joke . I was getting a washer no help on appliances. Customers arguing with other customer. I was told I would get a rebate he gave me all the info I would get back $69.00 . Washer was purchased 4/4/19. Rebate started 4/7/19 it was delivered 4/10:19 would not Just two days on rebate I could of I would of waited for it. So Josh the store manager gave me have of the $69.00 back in a check I think they should go by delivery date. He was not very nice either he did not care I was only a number to him. Where has the Customer Service gone will never go there again. They need some professional people to work there do some training. After all the customer pays you your pay check . Show some respect . Tell people about rebate they need to wait to buy when rebate goes into effect and I purchased it two days early and For Six weeks I have been waiting on my rebate lost a good customer cut my card up. Would not honor that I bought it 2 days early. Bad Customer Service. Get the facts before you buy

Two of them went above and beyond helping me find what I needed and explained how to do what I wanting to do... even though I know that is not part of their job description. Being kind and courteous -yes... helping me figure out how to accomplish my project .. probably not. So thank you !!

I normally love shopping at this Menards. They normally have all the items I am looking for but things have changed recently. I spend a great deal of money monthly at this store. However, more and more often they are out of stock on regular items. Twice in the last month, I bought an item off the shelf and it was broken and repackaged and placed back on the shelf as new.I am used to items being in short supply due to the COVID excuse, not just here but at a variety of stores. However, here it has been items they have in store just not stocked.Furthermore, I went into this store shortly before they closed. The store was almost empty. I am in a county that has no mask mandate. I was on an aisle alone. No person in sight. The manager, Patrick, came from aisles away to confront me about not wearing my mask correctly. His exact words, “I need to put my mask on correctly so I do not endanger the lives of his employees.” I reiterate, there was no person within eyesight except for the manager that hurried toward me. I complied with his request until I was alone again. Patrick followed me and told me to leave his store and they do not want my business. As I was leaving the store, I stopped by the service desk and was treated very disrespectfully by the front end manager named Kenny.I spent thousand at Menards every month. Due to this stores disrespect and manner of their stores policies, I will oblige their request and take my business elsewhere. That very night I went to Lowe’s and spent over $2000. I am not frustrated with their store policy but rather with their manner of enforcement. I will take all my future business to a different store. I will only use Menards as a last resort but never this location again.

Bought paint, had wonderful lady help me. Got me the perfect colors and the types of paint we needed. Great job I, m not positive but I think her name was Andrea. I want to be sure she gets the compliment, she actually helped us once before and did a great job for us then also. Great employee and super customer service. Kudos to her & a HUGE THUMPS UP!!!!
