Not the worst Kroger I've ever been to. I'm reasonably sure that I won't get knifed in the parking lot in broad daylight, which is probably a good thing because the Asian drivers and the myriad of potholes are enough to have to deal with (be careful inside because Asian drivers don't seem to be able to navigate their shopping carts much better). Also you guys need to replace your parking lot. That thing is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The sheer gravitational pull of one of your potholes nearly sucked me into it and probably into another dimension-- perhaps one where my local Kroger is a little cleaner, better stocked, and the fat girl behind the service desk doesn't pretend like I'm not standing there waiting for her to acknowledge me šŸ˜

This store has the most unfriendly, rude, and inconsiderate employees of any store I have shopped. They have become progressively worse over time. They act like it pains them to assist the patrons at checkout. The deli counter employees and service desk employees are just as bad with negative attitudes and unfriendly service. This has been a convenient location for me to shop for the past 10 years, but the time has come for me to shop elsewhere. I stopped having my prescriptions filled in the store a few months ago, because the clerk was so rude and unkind in the pharmacy. I will be going out of my way to a different store from now on.

I am super upset. I bought oysters from this store for many years. In the shell. I called a few months back they promised to have them at the end of April beginning of May.Now they say it's been almost two years. And I am confused why they have no clue when they will receive them or why I was told months ago to check in on this time if year.

I completely understand you aren’t getting societies best or brightest bagging groceries….but maybe give them 5 seconds of training so I don’t have to coach them through how to put ā€œthingā€ in ā€œbagā€ every single time I go to the grocery store šŸ™ƒ

If you would like to see an example of how a business has been taking advantage of the American public during a time of financial crisis, inflation, and higher taxes, look no further than Kroger.These are the same salads that were just $6 A few months ago. I know because I get them all the time. Take your business elsewhere until they get the hint.

Used Kroger pick up today as I usually do every week.the items I received are mediocre, I’m usually given meat that goes out of date the next day or all on the same day, I have to put comments in my order to ensure that the food I purchase lasts for a week. In addition to my dissatisfaction I received a defective bag of chocolate I planned to bake with, it was wrapped in red tape and then when turned over the bag had a gapping whole on the back side. This means that my item has now been contaminated and not useable, as a shopper inside the store I would avoid getting these things because of how unsafe it will be to eat. I use online shopping because of my busy schedule, Kroger in Whiteland, Indiana has for sure lost my business. Would not recommend online grocery orders here.

Every time I go there the deli closes early.It’s always understaffed and when you walk up they take forever to finish whatever chore they’re doing and practically ignore you. Terrible service. TerribleAnd the prices here are so high. They bait and switch with these digital coupons that take a PHD to figure out. If a business is going to charge so much, they should have exceptional service. But at this Kroger they are always understaffed, all for profits sake I’m sure. Poorly managed

I accidentally left $20 in the cash back slot. These employees found it and took it to the service desk. I called them when I got home. They had it waiting for me. 5 ā­ļø for honesty! Months later: I dropped in today for some deli meat. The woman behind the counter has a personality of a rock. She should not be an ambassador for any retail business. She has no business interacting with the public. She rudely told another customer that they cannot shave the deli meat anymore due to their new slicer. Kroger should act on this! Buy a slicer that can meet the needs of the customers. Please put that woman in the storeroom, out of the public eye. This woman and the slicer just "shaved" off two stars.

I had a disappointing experience at the deli counter of Kroger. The employee seemed unfamiliar with specific cutting options, and despite requesting a thinner and shaved cut as indicated on the labeled diagram, I was denied. This wasn't the first time, unfortunately. The employee mentioned not being trained, as the responsible trainer was on vacation. It's frustrating because I specifically choose this Kroger for its Boar's Head deli meats, but I am unable to get the desired cut. This issue seems to be unique to this Kroger location, and it is disheartening as a loyal customer who values their turkey selection.

So sad that the friendliness has gone from this location. Went there and stood in line at the office. Another older lady got in line behind me. No one at any point said it was closed. We stood there. Finally I asked the uscan person if it was closed. She looked at another lady and she said yes. I said that a sign saying so would be nice. Rude rude rude. I will change my location to the one off smokey road.

I'm going to have to check items very carefully before I put them in my cart. Obviously, there is a rash of people opening product and putting it back on the shelves. Had to throw away several things I realized too late had been opened.

In a world where customer service has gone underground, my experience today was a low. I needed a product on the top shelf, where there was a note "If you need assistance, ask an associate for help". So I did. And he informed me he wasn't tall enough. That noone was tall enough and pointed to a customer in line and suggested I ask him to help me. What? Geez. C'mon, Kroger, seriously?

This location has went downhill so much in the last few years. The lady at the deli is enough to make you not shop there. She always says different hours of closing, never wants to cut anything and never acknowledges you are standing there waiting. I could understand a bad day here and there but this is the experience every single time. Don't tell someone to go pick out of the pre cut area when that is not what they want.I have experienced maybe 2 people in the whole store who are friendly.. this is why I will continue to go to the Emerson or 135 location.

I was trying to order myself two custom cakes for my birthday for next Tuesday and the cake decorator that answered had a nasty attitude and hung up on me twice when I was nothing but nice to her. She made me really anxious and feel bad when I did nothing wrong. Not to mention I am also autistic as well.

Seriously why don't you have more than one person per department? It's ridiculous. I don't go in the evening anymore and drive out of my way just to get to a store that has more people. I feel so bad for those employees who are forced to work by themselves for a whole department. There killing themselves just to keep a basic standards. The deli has at least two people I have seen sometimes. The meat department has one guy running from one place to another. How understaffed is this store? Why doesn't Kroger send them more people? At least there making good money hopefully. It just seems like an abusive way of treating employees. Other store always seems to have a lot more people in every department. No matter how much money they make. Still no way of treating human beings, keeping employees or customers.we watch, we know, we understand a certain amount of understaffed but this seems to be a permanent thing. Hopefully your working on this.

Everytime that I go to the customer service desk it is closed because of staffing issues . However when I go to a different Kroger they don't have this issue. Could it be that the manager is hard to work for or just trying to save money I don't know but I will start going to Walmart.

Kroger was my go-to all my life because they beat everyone on prices... But I have noticed within a 3 month time span the prices on almost everything have gone up $1.00 at minimum!! For instance..I buy Tazo brand iced passion tea concentrate.. Religiously! The price has always been $3.78.. Now.. You ready for this one? $5.99! Tyson fun nuggets.. Was $7.98.. Now.. $10.00! Your company is taking advantage of people in this already horrible time! People can't afford to feed their families and your greed is disgusting! I've left Kroger and now only shop Wal-Mart due to them being affordable at best And the original prices that I was usually used to at Kroger! Lost a customer!

I ordered a custom birthday cake 2 days ago to surprise my husband today. I was scheduled to pick it up at 830am but I got there at 8:05am to do some shopping first because I was on a tight schedule. I let them know I was there and they told me they hadn't even started it yet and they "hoped" the decorator will get there soon to get it ready. I had to cancel my order and rearrange my whole morning as to not ruin the whole surprise I had planned. This is definitely not good customer service.

I wish I would’ve gotten her name but the lady with the long, dark, curly hair at the self check out line was soooo helpful and kind!!! I really appreciate excellent customer service and she went above and beyond. She deserves a raise! 😊 Thank you! I love this Kroger location!

What is up with this Kroger! The carts are never stocked I've had to run out to the parking lot multiple times to grab a cart, there were flies around the ready to eat chicken, disappointed I bought the chicken it was gross, then they have a ton of inventory but none of it's stocked I just wanted some dang creamer and it's all just sitting in the back and there is noone around that even works there to get some from the back I couldn't even get my girls ice cream there was nothing available. Where is management at this store, these are all unacceptable considering I'm there for the food 🤦

Second time within a week the deli counter has told me that they are closed before the 8pm close time. First, was told they close at 6pm, then 4pm, both on a weekday. They are supposed to stay open until 8pm. Employees are there working behind the counter and they refuse to do their job, saying that they already cleaned the machines and will not slice any more product. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Many years ago, my grandmother got lost in a Kroger, never to be seen again. Some say she's still sitting in the lost and found. Others claim to hear her near the milk. And some believe she ran off to Guam with her personal masseuse, Andre. We may never know, but regardless, I hold no ill will towards Kroger and this store continues to meet my needs, except when it doesn't. Could use some Faygo.

Shopped today and every employee I came in contact with today was friendly and helpful. Only issue I have is the store shelves always seem empty but I’ll give them a pass and chalk it up to it’s this crazy world we live in now and I’m sure they are experiencing staff shortage like everyone is. Thanks to your staff for being so friendly and helpful. You don’t get that many places anymore. Kudos to them.
