Good luck finding anything everything is usually not in stock. And if you see a woman named Barb at any register including self-checkout run the other way. She will get angry with you for using the handgun to scan a loaf of bread so that it doesn't get smushed at the end of the belt because "that's for large items only" then proceeds to remove the items from my hand. How about you don't touch me! then she let the customer behind you scan their entire cart with the handgun. Without saying a word.

Plenty of restocking happening. They stock certain items I can't get at larger chain stores. Prices are higher, but there's lots of sales & digital coupons. Frequently they offer multiple items if you can buy in bulk U get an extra $ off per.

Kroger is good place to buy your groceries. They are clean. Staff is friendly. You can use coupons. You can order adhead for pick up. You can have a delivery done.

I wish the town of Bargersville would of been more pedestrian friendly and figured out a way to install a walking trail, sidewalk, short cut, something along 135 between the old marsh building and the Kroger at smokey row road. That's probably the most dangerous area of the road and a much shorter walk from the enclave at Clary Crossing neighborhood.

Starbucks is Trash….customer service is non-existent. Wrong order after waiting for 20 minutes. Phone in orders take priority.Store Manager of course will just delete this and move on.

Never thought I’d review a grocery store, but the staff needs 5 stars. Always friendly, always helpful. Specific shout out to John who was stocking tonight, saw me having a hard time finding something, asked if he could help, then ran to the back to get me what we needed.

I’ve never had many problems with this location. The people working here are always SO lovely, however, management is obviously running one of those weird operations where they don’t allow the employees to ever stop moving. I’ve been unnecessarily approached at self check out multiple times by these poor women, seemingly to just fill their downtime. I do not want people bagging my groceries at self check out. Let them relax!

This Kroger has some issues. They need to bring back Shop and Scan because it's convenient for a lot of people. About the time they got rid of Shop and Scan, they added a bunch of new security barriers at the entrances. This makes it feel like you're not trusted, and it makes it feel like you're in prison. This location also stocks more Kroger branded items/foods than name brand items/foods. The back of the building has LED lights blown out, and there is all kinds of junk behind the store that needs to be cleaned up because it looks awful. It will be so refreshing and nice when the new Meijer Grocery Center opens up across the street because that means Kroger won't have control of the area anymore.

Visited on Saturday morning before the Memorial Day holiday and there was not a single actual check out line open. Had a full cart of groceries that I checked out myself. I felt worse for some of the elderly customers who had to do the same. Ready for more options on this side of town.

We just had some fried chicken from the deli here and it was without a doubt the best fried chicken we've ever had from a Kroger store, possibly any store or restaurant! Keep up the good work! 👍

I stopped coming here a while ago. But I needed a few things & it's the closest to me. I usually go to Meijer in Franklin for multiple reasons. Quicker in all aspects is the main reason, but 200 N is closed due to a roundabout going in.This store is now down to 9 lanes of you know ppl who actually check you out. 1 only being open & then the self check outs on each side. Lines wrapped around the building. It's dumb.Krogers, stop being cheap & put ppl back on the registers!! Some ppl do NOT belong in the self checkout, especially when you ONLY have not even half of them open.Your prices are also like double then meijers, which is dumb too, ooo kroger points. You're still screwing every single American on prices!!!

Again, multiple items scanned at non-sale price. Not all sale prices show as scanned while scanning. Their system does not show some sale prices until you try to pay. Must pay attention or you will overpay. Set up so that error profits the store. Now it's mostly self-check, so I had to wait and wait, then a casher acted like I was the problem when I askef her to correct. HATE THIS STORE. DON'T SEEM TO CARE OR EVER TRY TO FIX.

It's new & clean & the storefront is always bright & colorful. Employees are helpful, friendly & respectful & restrooms are clean (so far). HUGE selection on most items. They don't stock enough sale items sometimes, especially Friday freebies. The aisles are laid out pretty well, and we really like the big overhead boards in a few spots that show which product categories are on which aisles. Happy they're carrying more & more organic items. The mini shopping carts for kids are so fun! Glad they built the store & gas station in this area - was definitely needed.

I used to love kroger until I noticed the ungodly pricing starting ingredients in the pandemic. It came out that the ceo authorized price hikes even though their cost didn't rise. Notice the excessive profit from gouching in the last 2 years.Shop dollar stores and discounts centers until kroger returns to fair market values.

I like the store but, As far as the Pharmacy and the Little clinic it just seems Disorganized and they're always either have a New help- pharmacy managers are going and coming two or three times in the last year... A lot of New people with the Pharmacy as of today .. And I still getting the situations where they've hadn't filled script 24 hours later.. And all they can do is Say , Can you come back later the next day or later on that afternoon!! We don't know why we didn't feel it, It's Always Excuse and Pam @ counter need brush up on people Skills.!! then when you try to push them to get your script filled know, they have a Rude Attitude..Yourself good Employee...nice to do business with..very Respectful.. Good Customer friendly attitude at the pharmacy.. Only one I like getting service from......Mgmnt. has been Advised...

Management and customer service is awful. Rude. I’ve seen the GM kick a girl customer out for something that was the self checkout employees discrimination against the customer that was the actual problem. everyone in line seen it. Nothing is ever in stock that’s in the ad most of it is still in the back and you have to ask to get it. They leave tags up from previous sales. The buy 5 get $5 off is never right. Items with tags don’t ring up then when you show customer service they tell you it was from a different week so you pay full price for that item (cereal in my case) and also do not get the $5 off because you’re a item short. So you are out almost $10 if you don’t notice it till you get home you have to bring back all products because it doesn’t show size on receipt. I had a $10 off $20 digital coupon for Christmas candy that could be used up to 5 times I got $40 worth I even used my calculator and totaled it up on my phone from the tags that were up it was $41.22 to be exact. Then go to check out to find out I was .02 short so the $10 off the second didn’t come off. Customer service said there was nothing they could do so I returned it all. There are many other times also but I won’t waste anymore time on this store.

My son was looking at the balloons which is always the first thing he loves to do....we theb walked to the deli and the nicest lady from the floral/balloon department brought him over a pittke balloon! He was so excited and it made his whole day...he kept smiling and saying " that was so nice of her" thank you for taking the time to make your customers and their families happy!!
