I finally found a cat food for my kitten that has stopped him from almost vomiting everyday since I got him last October!! Your store is the only store I can find that's close enough to my home & not in Indianapolis or north that carries this food!! And at a fantastic price!! The manufacturer of this cat food wants outrageous $$ if you buy it off their website!? I'm grateful for your willingness to sell it in your store. Thanks :-)

I always come here to get puppy cookies since they are buy three get one free. My dog also just lovessss the homemade mix and match treats they have. The staff here are wonderful and are so kind and polite. Very clean store as well, most pet stores smell bad and are kind of dirty, this is the cleanest pet store that I have ever been to! The only thing I would recommend is a larger small pet section, veryyyy limited variety on the small pet stuff but everything else is great here, huge variety for dogs and cats!

Unlike the large balk pet stores, all employees are knowledgeable on the items they carry. Will give you specific recommendations geared directly to you, your situation and your pet. NOT a place that pushes their “On Sale” items. Smiles from wall to tail. Wonderful atmosphere. Wonderful employees. Wonderful options for those of us looking for alternatives.

Had a great experience with my first visit to PetPeople. I have an issue with my dogs constantly hungry and went looking for treat toys where they had to work to get the treat. They showed me the many options as well as slow feeders. I made two selections and what a game changer with my dogs. They love the toys and excited when they get a treat from it. They are no longer begging for good all day and are sleeping through the night. It was also nice to be told if the treats or food I select are not liked by the dogs to bring it back and they will refund me and donate the unused food to the shelter.

This place carries the brands of food etc that I need for my dogs, and the people who work there are ALWAYS extremely helpful and friendly. This is my favorite pet store and I always shop here first when I need something for my dogs.

The staff there is very helpful! Our dog wore off her pads on two feet by running back-and-forth along the fence at the dog park. They helped me get the right ointment and booties and she was good to go in a couple of days again!

This store is great and the staff are amazing. This was our first time in, we just wanted to ask about the dog wash. The girls there were super friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond with excellent service. The first wash was free and my 90 lb boxer loved it. This was so much easier than washing him at home, and prevented me from having a back ache for the next few days. I’m definitely going to buy a wash card and take him to Pet People from now on. Also, the collars and treats we got him were very well priced. Happy fur baby and happy Momma. Thank you again. Highly recommend this store.

The people who work here are always a delight and they have everything I always need. The problem is, it's always a little more expensive than the prices I can get online for the exact same item. It might be due to shipping on their part or perhaps needing to make a profit. Either way, they're still a really good place to go to if you're in need of something ASAP.

I had nothing but positive experiences in the past. However, when I asked for help today the girl that was working there was very rude and seemed annoyed that I asked her a simple question. She also kept following me and looking at me while I was shopping and it made me feel uncomfortable. I waited at the check out for a good 10 minutes before anyone came to ring me up and when she finally did she was very rude. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK! DO BETTER!

The bath stations are awesome. You don’t have to bend over, you can stay relatively dry, and shampoo, conditioner, and towels are provided. There is even a dryer to use. Staff has always been kind.
