They're generally very helpful and have most of the things I need. Though they haven't been able to acquire any plutonium for my Flux capacitor. Or almost all of the components I need to repair my proton pack. And every time I mention one of my numerous doomsday devices and the parts I need to complete them, they ask me to leave the store! But otherwise, a solid store.

Went to the paint counter the store person was cleaning his finger nails and twiddling on a drawing pad. I asked if he could get me a gallon of Benjamin Moore primer. Showed him the picture, he looks on the computer says we don’t carry that. I had just bought 2 gallons of it a week before. Just saying.

Amazing store! You will love coming here and they enjoy when you bring your dogs to the store to shop. Many great brands of dog food, toys and treats. Ask for Vicki and she will take care of you. She truly cares about your dog or cat and is very knowledgable on nutrition and what food is best for their needs. They support several animal rescue groups who are usually at the store most weekends. They often have great food cooking on the Big Green Egg most summer weekends ...yum!

I go here for Animal House. They are nice and you aren't waiting for hours to be seen by a vet. You have to make an appointment online.

Bought six bags of mulch nobody even offered to help. There were no customers but me. Also my cashier was out fixing his car tire before I came to register. That seemed to be more important priority over helping a customer get mulch. I ran over my foot with cart even dropped mulch on ground. He didn't budge to ask if I needed assistance or anything. Only reason I gave two stars was because the nice older gentleman inside that offered amazing assistance on telling me where my product was located.

We went in searching for a replacement piece for our toilet, they didn't have the piece we needed in stock, but the associate checked the back and then called another store for us. Very helpful and the prices were well under what we expected!

Not sure the reasoning?? Asked about a carpet cleaner rental, but woman working out on the floor was very rude for no reason to make sure I knew in a very rude way there were none available. Sorry you don't like your chosen profession. Time for a life change.The woman behind the counter was very professional and I appreciate her. Enjoy!! Smile life's hard!! No need to make it harder.

Pretty useless employees, i worked at ace hardware off of w Washington and this store is unacceptablely ran, i asked for a plumbing tool and all three employees pointed and said”OuR pLuMbInG tOoLs ArE oVeR tHeRe.” Like help me find the tool, you are supposed be helpful hardware associates, if you want a good example of that go to west washington, the only helpful person there was a lady sittin at the paint desk. Be better and stop being lazy place was poorly ran.

This is a great, little store. They have hard to find, and also very basic parts. Some of their Ace brand products (like a 5in1 paint tool I picked up), are the best quality hand tools I know of in local retail stores, for an outstandingly reasonably price.They really care about what they do there also; nobody seems to just be there for a paycheck exclusivity.We're lucky to have em, please shop there often so they're always there for us!

Went to Ace this morning for two set screw issues. The man that helped me tried very hard. He determined I needed to rethread the items that needed set screws. Problem, they didn't have the rethreading tool in stock. Strike one. I then picked up a number of other items that I needed for other projects. Headed for the cash register no one there. The guy who helped me didn't know how to run a cash register! Come on people, train your people to do multiple things. The only other employee in the store was on the phone with tech support because his paint machine was broken. So no one could cash me out. Waited ten minutes for the guy to get off the phone, then I walked out. Wasted 45 minutes of my day!. Poor service kills business. Wake up ACE. I won't be back to this store for a long time. Too bad for them, I use this store a lot, but not anymore.

Had to drive right through the heart of the blizzard to be with my kids n grandkids for Xmas plus my Sons pipes were frozen up at the main so we slid on down down to Ace a d grabbed a few couplings n sharkbites to repair his lines and sure enough it worked! Well with a little help from a space heater n blow drier too. ty Ace you are the place.

Most of their associates are just warm bodies and their product is definitely a bit on the higher price point compared to rural King or menards, but they are located very close to my house and they do have some deals from time to time and usually work out well in a pinch.

Until today I have found this to be the place for hard to find items and great customer service. Not today. I came looking for a garbage disposal wrench. What I found was store employees only willing to send me to an isle number. I knew what this item looked like and when I told the employee I couldn't find it his response was "I guess we don't have it. " Apparently customer service is no longer available at ACE anymore. Luckily I found it at Loews where an associate pointed me to the location and the wrench. Thet provided the kind of service I used to get at ACE . s

Typical small time hardware store. Nice folks running the joint. Smaller selection of products. Usually better advice from the employees and you can sometimes have a conversation with the owner who also seems to always know a little bit about everything but not enough about any one thing. I would rather shop here than the big box places but the prices are usually a little higher here and all of it looks like it's been on the shelf for years. Still a great place if you don't feel like getting lost in Home Depot but you may end up needing to go there anyway.

They have all the little stuff I need and some big. Return policy is quick and easy if you get the wrong thing. The air conditioner works well. To me that means Ace cares enough about comfort for employees and customers. Someone always helps if needed. The helpful hardware guy is always there. Mask werent required, or forced on you. Animal food was everywhere. Great place for any animal foods regular or oddities. Go Trump.

The best Ace I have ever traded with. Great staff, extensive inventory, and they act like they are glad to see you. My primary interest is pet supplies and they have them. A great line of well-rated pet foods, treats, and toys. Shopping here is a treat.

I just spent fifteen minutes in this store looking for what I needed. I was never offered assistance. When I found it finally, I noticed that rather than offering to help, their cashier stood at the end of the isle watching me like a hawk because I was attempting to match thread depths on a lag bolt, and she apparently found it more prudent to watch me like a shop lifter than offer assistance. After all of this, I attempt to buy a $3.00 pack of bolts only to be told there was a five dollar minimum on card purchases. Many people don't even carry cash anymore. Then to add insult to injury, the same cashier starts trying to sell me candy and soda to meet their minimum. No thanks. Location is the only reason I've ever set foot in that store to begin with. They are insanely over priced. Location be damned, they will never get my business again. I honestly hope they go out of business. Between their prices and attitude, they deserve to.

These guys welcome you when you arrive, help you out through the entire store and walk you to the cashier. I wish more places were this helpful. Also a little secret, if you are ever in the area on a Saturday around noon, you might just want to drop in...2021 UPDATE - Unfortunately this place was sold and went down hill fast. My daughter tried to call into the store the other day while sitting outside. There were several people that later she identified as the new employees standing around and no one answered the phone. She then went in and asked about a product to the person standing behind the counter at the cash register (who was on his cell phone) he said he didn’t work there. She then went back and found two large bag of dog food and struggled with getting them up front. She then asked another individual to help her take them outside. I am in the high risk category due to some medical conditions and we will no longer be able to come back without curbside service. This is unfortunate as the previous owners kept us coming back with the amazing customer service which is usually lacking at the big hardware store chains and now this one too.

I needed a screen fixed and I called Lowe's who said they could do it, but when I went to Lowe's I was informed they couldn't and that I should try this Ace. I am glad I made the mistake of trying Lowe's first, because I might not have found this Ace otherwise. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They fixed my screen quickly and covered the cost of an issue that arose while fixing it. I will definitely be going here for future hardware needs.

We had an incident where we rented the rototiller and our vehicle was damaged because the employee refused to do a team-lift into our minivan. When my wife pointed out the damage to the employee, his response was, "well, it is hard to put a rototiller in the back of a minivan." He did at least document the damage and said a manager would call us the next day. When nobody had called, I called the store and the manager ask that we come in to speak to the store manager. I went into the store where I was met with by "Smokey." He said, "I can't believe you'd even show up at this store." Followed by, "I suggest you leave the store and never come back." I had not even requested the damage be repaired. My expectation was to at least get an apology and maybe implement a policy of 2-person lifting of heavy objects into vehicles. Ace Hardware stores are franchises, so I called their corporate office to inform them of the occurrence. This is actually the second time we have had this happen to us from Ace Hardware. The first time, I just brushed it off. The unfortunate thing is that the employees here are really helpful and great. But, their ownership needs to take a customer service 101 course.
