I absolutely adore this place. The staff here has consistently gone above and beyond for my three large pups. We have been loyal customers for 5 years and have never had any complaints.Whenever we arrive at the salon, Floof gets so excited that he runs over me just to get out of the car and reach the door, while Lady howls with excitement. It's truly heartwarming to see how happy they are to visit this place.I highly recommend supporting this fantastic business. They recently made a mistake, but thankfully everyone involved, including the fur baby safe and sound. It's important to note that no staff member would ever intentionally put our beloved pets in harm's way.The staff here is warm, caring, and treats our fur babies as if they were their own. I have complete trust in them, and I'm sure you will too.

We absolutely love this place. We are extremely picky pet parents and don’t trust the care of ours to just anyone. A Great groomer is just as Important as your Vet and good diet to the health of your pet.Ours hates the car ride but loves it once he is there. We also love the fact that he is treated like he is one of theirs and he is allowed to play with their dogs while he waits to be groomed and then again while he waits for us to pick him up.If we could give more than 5stars we sure would.

Best experience I could have received. Previous groomer in my home town had me terrified. It’s taken me years to do it again. I have a 1 year old Pomeranian who has a gorgeous coat but was shedding so bad he was choking on himself. The groomer was absolutely amazing. She took time before and after to comfort me. She explained everything in detail before and after!!! I could not be happier than I am with this place. I will never go anywhere else.

Excellent service and such a friendly staff! Journey did a great job on my Red Golden and he was very happy when I dropped him off and picked him up. They’re busy because they’re so good and loving to their guests, so they are worth the wait if you call for an appointment and it isn’t right away. Thank you all!

Do not take your dog here if you love them. They lost someone's dog and didn't contact them until 45min later. The dog is still missing and the owner does not want to cooperate and hangs up. Someone else also commented the same happened to them but they were there to chase their dog thankfully. Dog owners beware.

My elderly mom took her dog here for years. As her dementia progressed, her ability to keep appointments suffered. I tried to step in to correct any issues and at next appt was told she didn’t have an appt that day (had a card!) Was told the appt was next Thursday. I had them change dog owner and contact information in system to my info and then to please NOT contact my mother as she gets confused. Next Wednesday, my mom gets a text message that she missed another appt (I was told Thursday). I called to clarify and work it out, explained the situation and they scheduled me another appointment and changed the dog and all contact to me (again) and seemed sympathetic. The next week, my mom gets another text message about how they are so much in demand they can’t waste their time on her, all her appts canceled and she is no longer welcome there.. so cruel when you know she is a dementia patient which I had mentioned several times. Finally, they call me asking why I didn’t bring my dog for the appointment. I said “you texted my mom again and said we aren’t welcome there!” Was told that would never happen and was being transferred to owner and after a minute delay was hung up on. Can only assume owner is behind texting dementia patient like that when asked repeatedly not to text her. (I had hoped it was a rogue groomer). I tried to work with them. Had hoped to tip extra to try to make up for it and maybe get some extra services or send folks their way because I realize the situation was rough but the owner wouldn’t even talk to me. Saddest part, they never recognized her name though she had taken the dog for 3 years.NOT SENIOR CITIZEN FRIENDLY!!!

They did such a good job with my dog Finn!Finn was pretty nervous since it was his first time but when I picked him up he was playing with the other dogs and looking fresh. They also have free dog treats which is a plus

My nervous Pomeranian always looks and smells great after he is groomed. It’s easy to make an appointment, everyone is super nice and Jurnee is the absolute best groomer ever! Recommend 100%

If your dog gets anxious at the groomers to do not take them here. The receptionist Barb is so rude and disrespectful.** My reply to the owners post Since the owner can’t call me I guess so I’ll write my response here(:First off there’s a thing called communication, you may want to do your research and see what that means.First, I did not “sneak in” my dog. I made my appointment with Zen and have been doing so for over a year since our last groomer left. She also was a new hire and was able to groom other anxious dogs and made sure to tell us that she could handle him. So when I got the first appointment THAT WAS MADE BY BARB, she should’ve said something to me but she did not! She’s spoke with me and my husband multiple times and never told us that our dog was not allowed. Also, Barb saw my dog back almost A YEAR AGO when we came back with Zen and she NEVER told my husband that our dog was not allowed to get groomed with Zen. Zen was also clearly not aware of the situation and your organization’s lack of communication was apparent. I guess I also treat people in the manner they treat me because who rudely says to a customer who is paying money to your business/ workers“ I thought I told you he couldn’t come back here” in an aggressive way. So she was the one who started this, I didn’t so of course I stuck up for my dog and I. Such a lovely way to treat paying clients. Maybe you should start communicating with your staff more.

Journee is the best and I would trust her with my precious baby (dog) any time! She has taken her grooming to the next level by educating me on how to best take care of my baby’s fur. You can tell she genuinely loves her job and that she loves taking care of our babies .

We’ve been going here for +8yrs! Reasonable prices (remember to always tip!), always a great experience and my Alaskan Klee Kai always looks and smell fabulous 💕 We highly recommend all the groomers, especially Jurnee 🏻

CANCEL THIS BUSINESS FOR SHODDY WORK AND BAD BEHAVIORThis business's public silence speaks volumes. They have only responded to a Google Maps customer review in support of them. I guarantee because of your obvious lack of transparency, honesty and compassion over losing a customer's dog (regardless that the was finally reunited with family) your business will suffer. This shop left somebody’s tiny baby Dog in the lobby where it ran out the door and is now missing.. they definitely need to change their intake rules!!! this is beyond sad😓 I just pray they find that little dog🙏

WOW!! I am so glad I read the reviews for this place first!! After reading that an owner responded to a review much like a child would, this isn't for me. When a customer complains or gives a bad review seeing a business of any kind respond by going on the attack is appalling. Shame!Response from the owner year agoPosted by owner over a year ago!When you picked him up you said he looked great and rescheduled for his next appointment. On Saturday when you called and told us about his discomfort, we asked you to bring him by so we could examine him for any injury. You did not. Some dogs are very sensitive to having their potty area cut short. The groomer trimmed him as instructed by you. To avoid this in the future instruct your next groomer to hand scissor his potty area. Hope he feels better soon. Pets are groomed by only one person from start to finish. Great care is taken with each pet.Brenda also paid for her grooming with an NSF check. Another customer trying to get something for nothing. The tip doesn’t even pay for the return check fee.

We just left with our two dogs who we have always struggled to get their nails cut. The staff here was so patient and understanding with our pups and got the job done. We are so thankful and happy to have found this grooming salon!

Sierra is the best! She takes excellent care of my dog with congestive heart failure- takes her time that he needs so it's not taxing on him. The ladies are all polite and friendly and the place is clean. My boy hates to be crated, after he's ready to go he gets to run around and wait for me. Prices are reasonable within the area for their services. My boy always looks pawsome🐾 I'm loyal customer for over a year now.

Anybody that has cut my dog has been great even though there’s been a couple mishaps but my only issue is the owner‘s daughter who is the manager who is nothing but rude disrespectful and downright out of line. They did not cut my dogs nails or her dewclaws and I ended up having to pay $20 to the vet to get them cut because her dewclaws especially were almost in her skin and she blamed me and told me. I would never want them to lose business because of her but I will be contacting the owner which is her mother who probably might be just as disrespectful but I don’t know but if you want to deal with anybody do not ask for the manager because she is extremely rude extremely entitled and just disrespectful even to my face she was. My dog is extremely squirmy and so one time they did accidentally cut her tongue and I didn’t flip out I didn’t freak out I didn’t get upset about it because it wasn’t that bad it was bad enough it bled on the way home but the groomer who did her felt extremely bad and I was not going to freak out about it on her. So like I said the groomers other than the manager meeting the owners daughter and I have not personally had an interaction with the owner that I know of yet but I have read reviews and none of them are good when it comes to how she reacts to customer complaints which I think is absolutely childish and wrong especially when we are trusting them with our dogs who for a lot of people those are another child to them so maybe the owner and her disrespectful daughter should think about that

We got our fur baby in early and were able to pick him up within 4 hours (standard for his size and fur type). They talked to me beforehand about what we would like to see and walked us through our options since this was our first ever grooming experience. I'm sure he was rowdy as soon as we left but they seemed calm and able to accomplish the task at hand. We received our call for pick up and he was looking so handsome and smelled fresh. We received our tooth brush for future teeth cleanings and had an overall pleasant conversation with our groomer Brandi. The price was right and staff was experienced and polite.❤️

I had a bad experience which is detailed below but the reason I’m not taking my dog back is because they don’t check vet records and I don’t want my dog around other dogs who haven’t been vaccinated. The first time I took our sheepadoodle here we had a great experience! They said it usually takes around 3 hours and it went a little over that but not by much. His cut was adorable and reasonably priced for a doodle at $70. Made an appointment for our second visit for noon on a Saturday. We dropped off at 12:00pm then 4:00pm rolls around and I still haven’t been called so I called in and asked what time he would be done and he hadn’t even been started yet. I asked if he would be done within the hour because we had dinner plans for mother’s day and they didn’t know. (In hind sight I should have just asked them not to start on him at all and went to pick him up) At 5:15 I went to pick him up because we were already going to be late as I never expected the groom to take over 5 hours and we wouldn’t be back to pick him up for several hours. He still wasn’t done when I got there so they had to rush through it and it just wasn’t as good as our first visit. There was another dog on the table and when I said I dropped him off at noon so I didn’t expect it to take this long she said well these are big dogs and told me weekends are very busy and sometimes they are there until after 7:00pm. Although I’m frustrated I think these ladies do a wonderful job. However, my advice to the owner is if your policy is to do large dogs last communicate that to the customer so they can plan accordingly or not bring their dogs in until later in the day and if your staff cannot get through all the dogs in a reasonable time you are overbooking and it leads to bad experiences.

Corrinne is the best. She understands disabled and senior dogs and took great care of Annie. In fact, this is the best she's ever looked. I have full confidence in Corrinne and Bath and Beyond.
