Extremely rude staff member along with slow service. Before ordering I was looking at the menu like any normal person does. This rude staff member leans out the drive thru window and tells me to move and look at the other side of the menu. Nearly impossible at the time due to a family at the picnic table right in front of that side of the menu. She then did this a second time. Felt she approached me rudely instead of asking politely. After ordering and waiting 10 minutes for my ice cream they didn’t even give me my gummy bear on top.

Fun place to go. I really like the outdoor atmosphere, but they do also have a drive-thru, too. They serve everything quickly. Only complaint was the smoothies are made with syrup, not fruit but everything else on the menu is good and the hours of operation make this the go-to place regardless of the time of day. UPDATE: the atmosphere is awesome at this place and the soft serve is amazing. Five stars!!

2nd time there not happy at all nachos are stale no cheese just lettuce sour cream and taco meat was not good and a cotton candy mountain dew and I don't think it was really mountain dew it's it's white doesn't taste very good I'm about to dump it out service wasn't good three or four kids working in their one was working rest was standing around not doing anything helping I pull up there's a truck there it took 20 minutes for me to get mine and he was still there when I walked away from the window

Great coney dog. Delicious hot fudge sundae. Waited in drive-through line nearly 10 minutes. One car was ahead of me. Efficient and cheerful young woman had my order ready quickly however. I pulled into the adjoining graveled lot to eat. Decided while there to get a 2nd hot fudge sundae to take home to my son, half an hour drive away. No delay in the line the second time through. I put his sundae in a cooler bag I use for transporting refrigerated groceries. It arrived in fine shape for him to enjoy. (He got a brain freeze!)

We ordered some hotdogs and a couple of coffees. The coffee was cold as well as the food. They were very polite on remaking everything, but the second time out everything was still cold. I'm not sure what was going on, but it wasn't good hot food, and no one likes cold coffee when ordered to be hot. We do appreciate then trying to make it right.

Twice a week for the past couple weeks I have been coming here getting a Vanilla Coke and walking taco. They have all tasted amazing. Until today… today I got mine and it was supposed to have everything on it. The cheese was on top not on the meat. The meat was drowning in salsa and there was no sour cream. I caught it before leaving the parking lot so I went back through the drive through and told them what was wrong with it hoping they would fix it. The older lady was very nasty to me. She hands me another one and it’s the same. It has a very tiny amount of sour cream and cheese is still on top and tons of salsa. Made the whole thing cold and gross. Even the meat was cold it was very un enjoyable… hopefully they are having a hard day and it will be better next time.

If you're in need of a snack or a nice refreshing drink, this is the place. Sadly, they no longer carry mountain dew to make the cotton candy mountain dew, but there are plenty of special drinks that are just as good. Not very expensive, and a Local favorite!

Thank you so much Hydration Station !!! After getting so much blood drawn, and fasting for 10 hours beforehand, I was CRAVING a malt.Normally I go with a vanilla malt, but wanted to try a little chocolate this time. The employees kindly agreed and even put the chocolate on top in a layer so that if I didnt like it, I could scoop it out!!!It was delicious !!! I ended up letting the layers mix, and now I have a new favorite.You made my day !!! ♡* Super kind and efficient employees* Always fresh food* Great menu selection* Little to no wait time due to the double drive thru* Convenient location and very nice building* GREAT PRICES !!!!And you can ask for a paper menu to take home ♡10/10 ALWAYS recommend !!!

I love the pretzel bites and cheese! I also get ice cream there sometimes. I Can't wait for you guys to open in Kokomo! So that way I go to both locations, here at home and go to the one in Kokomo. I just love the Hydration Station!!!!!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!

Customer Service and prices were great. The specialty drinks and coney dogs with queso were very good. The brand of potato chips that you use is a great match for your food market.
