We added a new member to our family, her name is Mia, we adopted her March 5 from a family in Indianapolis. Our sweet boy Mickie got extremely sick about a week after Mia came home, come to find out it could have been caused by Giardia from the new pup. Mickie tested negative but Mia came back with three parasites, I should have quarantined, my daughter's pitties were also introduced to her, they were tested and thank goodness they were negative. We have come to Greentown hospital for 15 years and have been very happy with their services. I did call and speak with the front desk and had some questions and requested that a certain person to give me a call back.I have had no phone call and even sent a letter through their website and have not heard a word. At this point I am concerned, I will do whatever it takes to keep my furbabies safe and healthy, this should always be first with the veterinarians as well, it is also their job to make sure everything has been answered and taken care of especially if their is more than one loved one involved. I will EDIT this after I call them and discuss the situation as I absolutely love this vet hospital, then again there is other vets around that can handle situations differently and show more concern than I was shown.

The entire staff at Greentown Animal Hospital is upbeat, caring and welcomes the most challenging patients with the utmost compassion.Dr.Pence provides the best individual treatment available for her patients. Our 15 1/2 year old dachshund/terrier mix with diabetes, heart issues and arthritis went from walks in a stroller to trotting like a puppy again.

I highly recommend the GAH! My cat had to have surgery that included an overnight stay. They kept me fully informed every step of the way and even sent me a pic of him the next morning! I was able to go to work yet still know he was doing well. Thank you GAH!

Absolutely wonderful! Everyone was so kind and they got me in (as a new patient even!) fairly quickly. Other places were scheduled out until the next month and they squeezed me in within the next two weeks. They seemed to absolutely love my cat and they were very sincere and gentle with him. Cannot recommend them enough!

We have been going to Greentown Animal Hospital for many years. The Veterinary Dr. we saw the last few times is a newer one, but very good. Everyone there is very compassionate and good at their job. We had to put our 13 year old Pomeranian to sleep and they made a horrible situation a little bit easier.

The receptionist, the assistant, and the vet were all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! They took their time and answered all of my questions, yet they also valued my time and were very efficient! My new dog got a procedure, and this week he had to get his shots. You'd never know with how excited he was to be around the staff. Definitely recommend based on my recent experiences :)

Dr. Mohr and his staff are incredible! They are always so caring and kind. Spent so much time with us in person and on the phone after our dog was injured finding the best treatment plan for him and reassuring us. We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Mohr for years and won't stop anytime soon!

Wonderful Staff! They are so compassionate, thorough, and are always on top of things. They always get back to me in a timely manner, answer any questions I might have day or night (with their after hours service), and always check in on my pets to see how they are doing after a visit. You seriously couldn’t ask for a better vet.

I have taken my animals to Dr. Mohr for almost 20 years and trust him and his staff completely. His staff is always helpful and nice. I've never felt rushed through my visit and Dr. Mohr will always take the time to answer any questions you have. I would, and do, highly recommend them.

My family & I have used this vet for years, before this experience I would have said they were #1. My dog (a very small dog) had 28 teeth extracted at once, long story short I had to take him to Carmel to the 24 hour Med vet (bc it is a weekend)due to the procedure which I later found out should have not been done all at once. My dog 5yrs of age has had a stroke and is unable to walk (Which happened after the procedure) I brought him in when I noticed he was acting funny they said he was fine. I don’t think anyone in there would have performed this procedure all at once on their personal dog... i feel like they didn’t care about my fur baby & I’m very disappointed. I NEVER submit reviews but I’m having a ruff time coming to terms with the decision I made to allow them to care for my baby.

Its where i put my dog down, so i can't say i loved it. The people were kind enough except they had a random kid in there with my entire family crying as we let one of our family member go. I understand he may be training and needs to know about things like that but dont make the death of a loved one training for a kid. Not professional.

We have had up to 9 cats at one time. Dr. Mohr & his staff have always been there for us over many years. Our cats are part of the family and everybody at Greentown Animal Hospital treats them that way. We are at ease with knowing our cats are in good hands with Dr. Mohr & staff and wouldn't consider anybody else to take care of them. Plus, they are really nice & caring people when it comes to the humans that visit too.

We have been going to Dr. Mohr for 23 years now! He has treated all of our pets! His staff is always extremely helpful and willing to find answers to my questions if they do not know the answer right away. They will call me back in a very timely manner about prescription refills and to check on one of my cats if they have recently been ill. I trust Dr. Mohr will suggest and do what is right for my pets as he realizes they are part of the family!

The staff is knowledgeable and truly cares about pets. Dr. Mohr is great about explaining everything and answering questions. I had a pug with a lot of health issues and, thanks to Dr. Mohr, she lived just shy of 14 years. I lived in Dallas and had access to a canine oncologist, so I know a great vet when I meet one. I have a new pug and wouldn't take him anywhere else.
