The store recently underwent a large renovation and there are multiple new features in the store. They also have new carts with built in drink holders, as well as finally bringing back the baskets. The mural up front is a nice touch. I haven't tried the main bathrooms up front but apparently they were redone as well and are supposed to be much nicer than before

This was a good stop - what am I going to have for lunch today? I picked up a few bits from the grocery side and walked around the rest of the store. It seems like they're in unusually good shop with stock on shelves and no trash on the floors.I had a pleasant interaction with Ryan near the registers. Most Walmart associates are rushed and unhappy. I did not get that from him at all. I think he'll go far with Walmart if he can remain positive.

Greensburg Walmart suck!!! Some of the employees are wonderful, but I stood in line for 40 minutes yesterday. They had 1 line open and employees just standing around. If you go on a Saturday, there is NOTHING on the shelves! I don't recommend the only reason I shop there is because we don't have anything else in town!

I am so disappointed with this location. The store is so nice and everyone is so friendly. I shop here for my groceries and drive 30 minutes from Rushville just to do so. I purchased lunch meat my last grocery trip which was 2 days ago from now. It is expired from March 8th. This is 2 months old there's no excuse for this.

A few minutes ago I was trying to buy spray paint and I had my ID out all ready to go as the lady asked for it. She kept me there 5-10 minutes trying to find a reason on my ID not to sell it to me. She checked my birthday and didn’t believe I was 24 as well as my name and address too. No idea what she was looking for and I finally told her well that’s my ID idk what to tell you and she huffed after finally verifying it. She also proceeded to call me an IT to a fellow coworker. Forgot to mention she basically moved me out of the way of the self checkout register to enter this info.

After the recent remodel, this Walmart has definitely improved its appearance, and the restrooms are notably cleaner and more pleasant, addressing a much-needed improvement. However, while the updated aesthetics are appreciated, I can't help but feel that Walmart could prioritize lowering prices instead of focusing solely on cosmetic upgrades.The introduction of new shopping carts was a welcomed change, as the old ones were definitely in need of replacement. However, the quality of the new carts is disappointingly poor. They feel flimsy and don't seem like they will withstand heavy use for long. Despite the improvements in appearance, it's essential for Walmart to prioritize functional aspects like pricing and cart quality to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience for customers.

when it came time to get another set of tires I wanted to get another set of Delinte DH2 245/45R19 102Y . these are a 45,000 mile tire . with rotating them I got 70,000 miles out of the last set . so I went looking and Wal-Mart had the lowest price , so I ordered them and had them sent to Greensburg In. tire center . when they came in a couple days later I called the service center and they said to bring my Impala to them and within an 75 minutes they called me to say that my car was finished . I also purchased the premium tire road package. so for the next 45,000 miles I have tire replacement and repair . Thanks Guys

They are still remodeling but is is getting better. Just have to learn all over again where they have put things. Only seen one cashier all the others are self check out and you have to read monitor screens for type of check out that it actually is. Be careful and read what you can use or do at each checkout.

Be careful shopping at this Walmart there have been so many reports of Mexicans try to take white children not just girl boys as well the cops or Walmart is doing anything but they ban from the store be safe and have something with you .

Always my favorite. I love 20 minutes from 4 different Walmart stores and this one always seems to have everything I need. I can't ever find anything in the other stores, or they move stuff around it seems like every other week.

SAM (from another store) just helping that day in this store was absolutely 110% amazing. Helped me get my purchase down, to car and loaded into car bc to big for just one person to do. All with a smile. She was so kind!

They are undergoing a remodel. However my rating is do to check out. When purchasing a TV they do not have a way to remove security tag. There should be a sign to let you know so you don't waste your time. Then you have to go to customer service to have tag removed. Another line. Bring back register clerks!

Clean environment, friendly employees. Adequate parking. I usually do pick up due to I have large orders. When doing self check out, there is usually an employee that stands right next to my bagging area and will stare me or my two children down. It honestly has made us feel uncomfortable. I understand I'm buying 300 to 400 dollars of groceries and household items. But isn't that what the store is for? Do the employees realize that everyone is on different living levels and expenses. I understand that employees have a job to do for theft purposes, but to make a customer feel uncomfortable, isn't it. Maybe some retraining purposes would help. I think the next time I decide to do self checkout, I will ask if they want to bag my items. Also, note that I literally load everything onto conveyor belt, so my Cary is empty as so when I bag my items, I can cart them. Also, I noticed several customers with items in the carts and self checking out while loading bagged items with carts still full. Something doesn't seem right.

I went and got me a new phone. One of the workers there couldn't help me, and in short, didn't show any effort to help me. Another worker asked me if I could use some help. She was so helpful that I ended up buying 3 phones. You would be amazed with just a little effort. Could go a long way. Thanks again, Electronic Department.

Through seven weeks of the remodel the customer services was exceptional untill i took my jeep to the auto department. I got a receipt that had the wrong oil and a sticker on my window. After returning to the store i was told the oil in my jeep was per my order and the receipt and window sticker were wrong. They also said my tires were balanced per my request. Well after bouncing down the highway for several hundred miles back to tx i question their word and quality. I just had my jeep at Walmart in the colony tx today ( home) for 3 hours correcting their errors!😡

Employees need to smile when working with the public. It's hard to want to pass on your sales to others when you don't get help or good vibes from the employees. It makes you want to go somewhere else to shop where you are appreciated.

Lately they've been remodeling and they've been having trouble keeping the dairy dept stocked & haven't had half n half for weeks now. Depts run together** Carts barely fit between racks. Do double ck prices!

Yup its wal mart and the remodel is a bit overwhelming with things moved around but much much cleaner I don't like all the self check outs due to theft on that store just another reason to hem ppl up honestly need more workers on registers!!!!

they have more secret shoppers that feel like their everywhere when I am their.. only down side is their is never someone staffed in camping and fishing area so everytime I need ammo or help with something behind glass it's normally a good 5-15min wait.. I suggest if u know your going to that area that you find someone in the front and ask for someone to meet u back their before you even walk that way... Great place otherwise!!
