Blaine was honest and straight forward. Great about helping with discounts on a oil change and transmission flush and super quick. That part was great because my 2 year old freaked out at the noises this time and had to come up to sit with me. It was done before we knew it. If you haven't been back because of previous staff, you should give it a try again. Big 👍 from me.

Super duper nice people! It was really nice to hear them communicate in a kind of sing song way. I told my technician what I had to spend and he gave me everything I needed right within my budget! Just paid $82.00 for an oil change in my Prius. This is after I provided a coupon for $18 off today only. Waited 45 minutes to get in the service bay then took 20 minutes to get 4.4 quarts of synthetic oil added. Shows I paid for labor too. I also paid extra for the filter. The receipt did not show the $18 coupon so I guess a full synthetic oil change is about $100 or so. I’m done. I’ll go back to my old mechanic.

Had my oil changed at the end of June, they did not get my engine undercover put back on correctly. It fell off 2 miles down the road, and was completely destroyed. Drove back to the garage they removed what was left and told me it damaged the wheel guard as well. They told me they would order a new one. Called 2 weeks later to say the undercover was there. I go to pick it up they can’t find it, say they will order another on and call when it comes in. They never called back. Called there customer care team at least 10 times promised multiple times they would take care of it. It’s November and have heard nothing from the customer care team or the store. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! Terrible customer service and they will not fix your vehicle if they damage it.Service: Oil change

upon arrival (a Fri afternoon), I pulled in immediately for friendly, easy service. I had a coupon for my oil, but when my battery tested poorly the asst mgr offered to triple my coupon amount if I wanted to replace the battery since it's getting cold. I am satisfied to pay a little more for "instant" service instead of being stranded leaving car at a dealership for the full day, and for quality Valvoline products of course -- but I very very much appreciated him for this, and thought of him kindly the next day as I enjoyed NOT sitting in a dealership my whole day off and instead spending that savings on a great time with a friend. Priceless.As far as the actual work, I like that I can see and be included in what's happening instead of my car disappearing into the garage and just hoping I don't get the mechanic having a bad day. They seem to communicate pretty well as a team, nobody showed a poor attitude, and i noted the same asst mgr kept a side eye on all the techs while handling the cust svc--double checking work & making sure no details were missed (oil change notification light/sticker, battery cover replaced properly, everything firmly resecured, correct pressure, etc). I really appreciated my experience and will def return. A+ to this asst mgr and his team.

I came in for a simple oil change and a battery test. Nothing too exciting, just a regular service. Everyone is kind, great customer service, wonderful place overall. The excitement came when Blaine decided to figure out where the battery was in my car. The location of it isn't under the hood, so it was... interesting for him to find it. But he found it and offered to do a replacement.Due to the location of the battery, places like AutoZone and Walmart wouldn't do a replacement. So it was a very pleasant surprise to hear that they'd do a replacement and not only that, but the overall price for the oil change AND the battery swap was waaaaay better than expected. Blaine and his team went the extra mile and delivered what other places couldn't.

I have a 2017 Ford Escape and this was my first experience with a battery change on this vehicle. Apparently it's a difficult battery to change. Walmart was unwilling to do it "per Walmart policy", so I went to my local Valvoline. They acknowledged it's a chore, but they would try their best. They had all hands on deck to figure out how to get the old battery out. The explained what they were doing every step of the way. The were able to get the battery switched out after a lot of hard work! I am so grateful they worked so hard so that I wouldn't have to go to the dealership. Highly recommend the Valvoline in Greensburg, IN.Service: Battery

Got my oil changed and went home, no problem. I get in my car to go to work the next day and the check engine light came on. Looked under the hood and the air filter housing is sitting wide open. No wonder the light came on. Maybe, if your trying to sell me an air filter, you reinstall it correctly.Service: Oil change

Went in this am for oil change. I am a long time Valvoline customer. There was a pickup truck in each bay when I arrived. Waited 30 minutes with no one greeting me or telling me which line to enter. Another person came in 25 minutes after me and got served before me. Gave up and went elsewhere.
