I was just there last night. I wasn't sure if they were going to have what I needed but, I asked two young men where I could find the parts I was looking for. They directed me in the right direction and I found what I needed quickly. Then I needed two more things on each end of the store. So I asked if they would go get one and I would go the other direction and get the other. They helped me out and saved me a few steps on my sore achy feet. It was much appreciated. I love going to tops. They always know where everything is and help everyone that asks. Thank you for your service and I appreciate you.

Very friendly service and if you cant find something that you are looking for any where else in town I bet you can find it here. This seems to be my experience. They seem to have everything here. Thanks for all the good customer service I have gotten from all of you that work at Topps.

Great place for all your home needs. Friendly staff, popcorn machine with free popcorn for shoppers. Always clean and well organized. Never hard to find an employee and employees are actually knowledgeable in their areas. Will cut your lumber or wood for free to what sizes you need. Large selection of items and rarely out of stock. Prices are fair and not overinflated. Always have my pool supplies on hand and Great clearances at end of season on plants and flowers! Highly recommended especially if shopping with children. My kids (all 3) love going here with us.

What I loved is there is outdoor decor! The paint card swatches have a really nice display. There is a lot outdoor home items I was purchasing online that this store has in stock! Everything from Crayola to Yankee Candle display. Appliances too!! Really nice selection and prices to choose from. There's pretty much anything you would need or want for home repair or remodel. Also the store has a nice inviting feel. Everything is organized and clean. I will be returning:)

Incompetence was amazing. Needed 30 feet of underground wire but neither young employee knew what that was. So after showing them, I was informed that they were out and couldn't cut it from a new roll so I would have to buy an entire roll at $159.00. When I ask to talk to a manager, I was informed that one was the manager. Good-bye TOPS

Way overpriced. The employees are nice in person but never know where stuff is. I've called a few times to get lumber prices and they give the vibe that I'm bothering them. They have a huge selection of stuff but like I said if your buying in bulk it much more convenient and price efficient to just drive the extra 15 miles to Lowes. The few times I was in the yard the guys out there were great. Helped me load and very friendly! Overall, if your looking to pick something up for a quick repair they will mostly have it and is a good spot to stop! Really wish they were better on pricing, I would make this my 1 stop shop for all my home improvement needs!

I've been looking around for a hot water heater element. A special kind. Not only did they have it. But, they had the socket I needed also. I think they done an awesome job. I highly recommend going there. And ladies there's some things in there for you as well. 😀👍

Local hardware store that sells most items commonly found in hardware stores. They have most items needed for household repairs. However being local and convenient the prices may not always be competitive.

The entire store is well layed out and easy to navigate. The price on the items I purchased are all fair and everything is good quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I asked for help finding an item.

Nobody will greet you ever! If you need help finding something you're on your own.. I've never have anyone voluntarily ask if they can help me find something. I always have to roam around looking, then I have to find an employee who then looks irritated that I need help finding something.

Incompetence at its finest.I went in there for electrical supplies, I was handled off to someone who works in the electrical department. When I described what I was looking for he had no idea. We then used the store employee's cellphone to call an electrician on speaker phone. At this time a supervisor came over and tried to assist. After ten minutes, of what seemed a lifetime, I gave up. I explained what we were wiring. I explained what I needed. I showed him what I needed on the shelf that was for residential. I just needed it for a commercial use🙄.It's not rocket science...

They do have a little of everything. I wish prices were somewhere near the competition. They lose bigger purchases from me because of the difference. If in an emergency, they are my first stop. Questions are quickly answered and the staff is generally friendly.

Merchandise is twice the price of the big box stores. They DO NOT require thier staff to PROPERLY wear thier masks. They DO NOT require patrons to wear them at all. Disgusting!! We will NOT be back. We are spending thousands on materials elsewhere to rebuild our house. Thier loss.

They didn't have anything I needed. Looked for shelving for shed, nothing. Bike hooks no. I was very surprised on how little they had. Usually they have what I need. Oh well, maybe next time
