I brought in 2 large dogs to be groomed. One of them had some initial anxiety too. The groomer made them feel welcome and did a fantastic job with both. I would definitely recommend their grooming services.

I’ve been to this store a few times but was very disappointed this last trip. As an Axolotl owner I was heartbroken to see three Axos in a small 10 gallon tank, one of which was significantly larger. Which is probably the culprit of one of smaller babies missing an arm. 20 gallons is the minimum for ONE axo. Also to see rocks in the bottom is soooo bad. They can ingest the rocks and it is deadly. I got the impression that management needs to learn about proper care of these wonderful animals before carrying them in the store.

Tracy and Kelsey in here were amazing! Helped me return my order with some issues from the computer. But they both helped me get my return no problem and did it with a smile! Two very good attentive and knowledgeable employees will definitely be back!

I enjoy shopping at the Greensburg location because the store is always clean, well stocked, and the staff is friendly. It’s fun to see all of the animals there as well. Great place and I highly recommend shopping there.

I love Feeders Pet Supply! They have such a great selection of pet supplies!!! I just went in there the other day just to look and buy my neighbors dog a toy, and I was really surprised at everything they had! They had these really cute dog cookies with decorative icing of some sort and cute designs on them that were priced very affordable! Not to mention all the toys and other cute stuff for animals. They even have animals you can buy there! They had the cutest farrett (which I had to hold) and a chinchilla that was absolutely gorgeous, reptiles, fish, birds, gerbils, hamsters, etc... I love Feeders and would highly recommend anyone with an animal going and checking it out if you haven't already!

Nice clean store at affordable prices. They have many different supplies for your pets. Toys, snacks, clothes, medicines, etc. Each animal has a section in the store for their things. So easy for their owners to find what they are looking for their fur babies. Nice store!!!

Customer service is not that great, the workers do not know the products they sell as far as fish. They can not tell the difference in a butterfly koi and a regular koi, stating they all look alike and butterfly grow longer tails. They do not the always have a much longer and floating tail. $20 difference in the price so watch out. Workers should definitely know the animal/product as to not give out wrong information (training should be a must.) They shut down the groomer and fish sales early 8:30 to close up at 9pm..heavy set girl is not very friendly when you ask for assistance. One of the worse I've been to. (Not helpful, rude, close early.)

We have had NOTHING but excellent service here. From help in choosing the best dog food and treats, to finding the right litter for our cat, to finding the best supplies for our tank, to great experiences with grooming our pet.It looks, to me, that there is an axolotl group who has jumped on here to give them poor ratings. It *appears* that people are attacking them for the exact same situation with the axolotls, which makes me suspect it was posted to an axolotl group page and the radical members of the group took it upon themselves to do some bashing, instead of talking to the store manager to educate.I would HATE to see this awesome store leave the community because someone wants to hop on here and complain rather than to do the right thing and make the appropriate phone calls to voice concerns. (By the way, Feeders actually has cheaper prices on much of the pet foods by the same name than the big box store in the same plaza!)Don't read all of the negative reviews, go check it out for yourself! Everyone I've sent in there has been incredibly pleased with their experience!

Best "Pet Store" Greensburg has to offer.Lots of live pets. Large selection of items . Reminds me of a mini PetSmart. Was in a hurry so did not explore in depth. Did notice the exact 3 pack of self cleaning litter I just paid $70 for on Amazon (as I can never find in town) was $50. Bought flea treatments for cats, carpet and upholstery. Prices were fair and the products definitely worked as described! I will definitely be returning here with my pets and children. Great family store experience.

Very frustrating. Had a grooming appointment scheduled, got a reminder text, left work early and got there and no groomer. It's not that the appointment was cancelled, it's that there was no call or text letting me know that I'm wasting my time and gas to drive there and turn around and come back home. Beyond frustrated...

Amazing staff and takes good care of their animals. Love going in here when I need hamster stuff. Love that they have chinchillas, ferrets, hamsters, etc. I dont have to travel to Columbus anymore if I want another hamster

I bought 3 fish for my tank with my turtle and he ate one, which I expected so I’m not upset about that, but the other two once taken out started acting strange, not moving, and swimming..upside down. Both died. also while there, the employees were no where to be found for 20+ minutes to assist me and other customers. They have a large variety of fish ect, but I question how long they live there. Also the employees lack of work. I doubt I will be returning sadly since it’s close to home for me, but I don’t want to throw money at somthing that won’t last.

Nobody is educated about proper care of any animals they sell. Come on FEEDERS DO THE RIGHT THING AND STOP PUTTING ANIMALS TOGETHER TO FIGHT TIL DEAD. I watched hamsters gang up on two weak ones and RIP them apart. I asked why did they separate the weak ones and the employee said they are just rats who cares? Fish were doing the same thing. Not a nice store to take children to. I thought I'd take my dog for grooming but I'm afraid the groomer isnt properly trained. I’m an axolotl breeder and I was horrified to find out they have 3 axolotls in a small 10 gallon tank and with rocks! Rocks are very deadly to axolotls. Axolotls should be kept bare bottom or with fine sand, only their own species, and 20 gallon long for 1, and an additional 10 gallons per added axolotl. They should be kept around the same size too, and fed worms/wrigglers daily!Disappointed

Staff was in an office for more than ten minutes while I was there. I looked in the back room, was calling out asking for some assistance. When someone came out they didn’t get us the right fish, then I er charged me when I checked out. Do not recommend!

Everytime I buy 50 count super worms i only have like 20 or 25 worms .There is so much "sawdust" you can't tell how short they are until its too late.🤫😒

They do have a variety of pets and merchandise for the basic animals. Last two times I have tried to get a feeder mouse for my ball python I called they said they had some the first time I make an hour trip just to be told they don't. I call again no feeder mice. I think it's funny they are called a feeder pet supply when they never have feeders. Waste of time and a drive.

Being an axolotl owner, there’s really no sense in a pet store who acts like they care about animals to have 3 axolotls in a small 10 gallon tank, with rocks as substrate and a quick google search would tell them the minimum for 1 axolotl is 20 gallon and axolotls will eat the rocks and die. Please rethink your careers.🙂
