10$ for a cheese burger, and grilled cheese that wasn't even grilled. When I asked for the grilled cheese to be grilled the supervisor was over the top rude, and told me to get over it. Last time I'll be returning to DQ in Greenberg IN, poor attitudes, poor service, poor quality.

One person in front of us and the people behind us got their ice cream orders before we did and all we ordered was ice cream also and they kept asking everyone what they ordered and I don't know if they didn't know how to read their screens what orders were punched in or what but they were way going out of order really need to get their act together.

We went through the drive though and had a good experience. There were a couple of cars in front of us, but we got through pretty quickly from the time we ordered, to the time we drove off with our food. They were friendly and our order was accurate. The guy in the drive through even turned out blizzards upside down before handing them to us, like they do on the commercials.

We stopped for dinner on our way home cross country. It was so nice to walk into a bright, clean place with great bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was quick, fresh, and tasty. We always love to have a blizzard after our meal too.The manager, Sierra, was incredibly kind and generous when we called 2 hours later from down the road, having just discovered we had left an important item behind. She immediately offered to FedEx us the item at her own expense, which we got 2 days later.We will make the Greensburg, Indiana DQ Grill and Chill a regular stop on our cross country trips. How great to know a clean, friendly, & refreshing stop is there, and convenient to fuel options.

Great service! Long drive-thru line, but lobby is now open! I went in. Appropriate social distance, masked employees, plexiglass divider at register; & pleasant, prompt & professional service. Special request to make the product I ordered w accommodation provided. Terrific! Quality well within the cost parameters. Will return & will definitely recommend.

This location was like a double-edge sword. The workers were friendly, but not very efficient. We got our drinks, but no straws. Our food was hot and fresh, but it took about 10 minutes to get it! Hot food was worth the wait!

Westport location is better overall. The ice cream here is not as thick as the DQ in Westport. Employees were also complaining about not getting out at 9 and having to work until 11 to clean up. Also, the blizzard I received was good, but wasn't blended up very much... most of the ingredients were still in the bottom of the cup. I'd be lying if I said I won't be back, this DQ is ok and nothing happened that will keep me from returning, but they could definitely do a better job making the treats and giving good customer service.

DONT DO DRIVE THROUGH UNLESS YOU HAVE HALF OF THE DAY! We set at the speaker for 10 minutes to order, then waited by the window for another 10 minutes to get our two Mini blizzards that were sitting there the entire time on the counter! They had to scrape the top off and put fresh made so they can turn it over. Worst drive through ever!

I just came through drive thru after a long day at work thought my food was going to be good but I had 3 cheeseburger 5 dollar boxes and all my cheeseburgers that I ordered were ice cold and I know damn well those patties did not heat to 165 degrees coming off the grill. You can kill someone that why ever heard of food poisoning???? I spent 30 dollars I WILL NOT BE BACK AND I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE OFFICE I have worked fast food all my life and I know how to cook a good burger but apparently whoever cooked my food didn't know what the hell they were doing!!!

The tables are always dirty. The staff is always dirty, (black shirts, mixing ice cream, no aprons). They are extremely slow and they don't care. There is never an apology for your waiting 20 minutes for a shake when you are second in line. They just move in slow motion and are always, always hateful as if they hate their job. I would never ever recommend this restaurant to anyone for any reason. If I could give it zero I would.

Turtle pecan blizzard only had flavoring on top inch of ice cream. The rest was vanilla ice cream. Large butterscotch shake had almost no flavor. When I took it back, they said it was butterscotch. No offer to fix it. Won’t go back.

My daughter loves this place and who is better at being a good food critic then kids, they tell you how it is and it's from a place they know their tummies lol.. So yeah keep up the great work and until she says no don't want that Dad, you'll be getting my service...

Great as always. One of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. Fast, friendly service and a great atmosphere. Never had a bad meal or experience at this location. If you are in the area, make this a priority for an awesome meal!

The food was good but it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered the buffalo snack wrap and got the bbq chicken snack wrap. I was at this location a couple weeks ago and the same thing happened. Also, out of marinara for the cheese curds again. I dont think I'll be visiting this location again. The one in Harrison, ohio is much better and gets my order right every time.

My wife and I stopped in for a dip cone and a blizzard. The young lady was too busy socializing to wait on customers. We placed our order. They made the dip cone but after a few min my wife had to ask where her blizzard was. This was after people behind us got their order and left. Not a pleasant experience.

Ice cream, candy, and syrup all over the serving line, floors, counters, employees, everywhere. Ketchup bottles were either near empty or missing. A manager, I presume (no name tag or uniform so can't be sure), told me it would be about 5 minutes, 20 minutes later I finally walked out, got some air and decided to at least go get my money back. They finally put my order together and bagged it up, I asked to eat in originally. The other person, I presume to be a manager (again, no name tag and wearing street clothes) asked if I want a tray and I informed her I was getting out of that disaster. Total mess. I will not be back.

Food was good. Every available table was dirty. When I left, no customers, and not 1table had been wiped off! I was there for 45 minutes. An elderly man remarked to me that he could not find a clean table. But food was good.

I went to this Dairy Queen with my friends and there was many things wrong. There was orange M&Ms in my friends Oreo blizzard. And she tried making my other friends ice cream cone dipped in chocolate three times and she messed up and it fell off the cone so then she tried to throw it at the trashcan. Oh did I mention it missed the trashcan and she did not care. The lady that was making this had hands that were covered in chocolate and strawberry juice it was disgusting. When my friends chocolate covered ice cream cone was done the cone and the ice cream were both covered in chocolate. 2 families behind us left and I don’t blame Them.In conclusion never go to this Dairy Queen

Well I love Dairy Queen! However; I advise you to use caution if you visit the North Vernon IN location!This location has been CLOSED BY THE FOOD INSPECTION 4 DIFFERENT TIMES FOR 24HRSWe decided to give it a try and it was bad. Our shakes were runny, it was dirty inside and only 2 people were working.So we will not be going back!Now 2 RESTAURANTs are blocked!

This place sucked, the service was terrible, my OREO blizzard had m&ms in it. The place was dirty and the workers were very dirty. She tried to make my friends cone three times and threw it in the trash can many times and missed both times but did not pick it up or care that she missed. IT WAS HORRIBLE 10/10 would not recommend

Stopped in on our way home from Vevey In Sunday evening around 6:30 pm. It was our first time ever stopping at this Dairy Queen location. Cashier was friendly and quick to take our order. The cook on the other hand was extremely slow!! I was about to go to the Marathon station and buy him a RedBull, because my 92 yr old grandmother could run circles around him!! Our hamburgers were burnt and my onion rings were luke warm. The Manager girl had to go back and help him finish up making our order. Heck if he doesn't want to work efficiently he shouldn't be back there. The dinning room area was very dirty from the tables, booths to the floors! The only good thing about our visit was the Blizzard's we ordered. Definitely will skip the Greensburg Dairy Queen when traveling home from the River! I gave it a 3 star only due to our Blizzard's being tasty, but really how can you mess up on ice cream and candy crums..
