Average walmart experience but, the parking lot was in such bad shape, it is worthy of its own mention.The business was very busy mid-day weekday, and the parking lot was chaotic and very dirty. There was garbage around the every lane. Thumbs down!

We were ask to pay $350 at 4:00 AM to leave the Walmart parking lot. For years, we have shopped and parked over night. We joined two other semi trucks and one van. We called the police and the towing service told the police we could leave without paying. He unhooked our truck and we left. We think this may have been a scam. Why would Walmart require a permit to park and shop?

Eric is a wonderful greeter! He is friendly and inviting to customers coming in the store and always wishes everyone a great day as they leave. I really enjoy coming in and seeing him. He definitely enhances our shopping experience!Jesse was very friendly and helpful in the produce department. I could not find any fresh asparagus, and he made a special trip to the back to find some for me. People like him definitely help a shopping experience.

Well when you arrive all the cards are in the parking lot so you can't get a car in the store and you can't find an employee to help. Also around 8:30 9:00 they start stocking and then give a hoot about anybody that's in the store one girl in particular was on her phone during the spices and was dropping f-bombs every which way she could. Tried calling the store to speak to the manager and no one answered the phone it rang for 5 minutes and no one answered.

Don’t bother ordering any delivery order from this location. Every single delivery order I’ve done had been delayed. Every single one. They are terrible. Disorganized. Unprofessional. Don’t waste your time here.

Had to drive to this location even though it was not near me for a Christmas gift. Ordered and paid for item online so I could use customer pick up location.I called number to check in and female employee tells me she will bring item right out.Fast forward to half hour later when other customers after me are leaving and I stop another employee to check on what the delay is and he checks and states they never checked me in!Then to top it off the box is crushed and tore open which means my 45 minute drive for a most likely damaged product was all for notGet it together people.

The WalMart in Greenfield is cleaner than a typical WalMart. They also have shopping carts that are quieter than most (the child seat is integral with the cart, instead of the usual "fold-out" style that rattles). Don't know if these carts are being "phased in", but the Cumberland/Indy WalMart (10-15 miles away) does not have these.

Would be nice if your employees could do their jobs with clothes being on correctly sized hangers, instead of hanging in corners talking & on their phones. Smh. People spend too much money for no cashiers, dirty, disorganized stores, and sticky floors.

Okay, so the store is mediocre and the workers aren't super friendly or helpful. HOWEVER, I just wanted to leave this photo here because the person who set up this display did an amazing job. It was so beautiful that it made me want to buy more produce than I needed, just because it made everything look so much bigger and fresher. Please, managers of Walmart, if you know who did this, please give them a raise.

Walmart can be spotty at times! This Walmart had a very nice fresh fruit section that we could purchase some on our way back home. The self checkout was arranged very nicely, BUT the machines were very slowly. Nice place to stop by if you are not in a rush. If in a rush, I would suggest another store.

They're not very handicap oriented. Things are stacked too high for people to reach they don't keep their shelves stocked like they used to stolen and they wasn't too concerned about it when I reported it.

Was a busy shopping day. Lots of ppl in the store but 99% of ppl were polite. Had a few that thought they were the ONLY ones shopping. Over all was ok. Found everything I needed. So shelves were stocked well

Greenfield Walmart falls short on the check out experience. The conveyer belts are dirty so beware if you are purchasing any fabric material. Walmart apparently isn't aware of cross training their employees so while there is no cashiers available the evening before Thanksgiving, there are several employees hanging out in the front walk way all while self check out lines are long with customers and full carts. I complained about the situation and received a "whatever" from the lead in charge. Obviously he was overwhelmed and not responsible for the management and training decisions but can I atleast get a more professional reaction. This interaction makes a machine more appealing.

If I could give them zero stars as far as grocery pick up I would. They give you a time slot and I've always had to wait atleast 15 minutes. Tonight I sat for almost an hour. I won't be doing that again.

Beware truck drivers, this Walmart at 1965 N. State St., Greenfield, IN will not warn that there’s no truck parking in their parking lot. They have a scam contract with Zore’s tow service who waits until the middle of the night to pound on your truck door demanding $350 to be released, forcing you to break your mandated break to find somewhere else to park. Neither Walmart nor Zore’s have any compassion for the long hours put in by long haul truck drivers, they only want to scam the drivers out of money in the middle of the night.

Right now they are changing the store and reorganizing it so it's a hot mess. But they redid the floors and they are beautiful. My husband and I usually go pretty early on Saturdays to avoid all traffic.

While I visit Walmart regularly for shopping, its a Walmart and pretty standard in terms of of similar to any other Walmart. The store is not usually very clean but things are easy to find. Don't expect much because it's Walmart. For this review I'm writing about the pharmacy as I feel they do an outstanding job. I've use many different pharmacies over the years and have found Greenfield Walmart pharmacy to be one of the best in this area. To start I've noticed the same employees working at this location for at least 3 years. Employee retention says a lot about the type of leadership and pharmacist at this location. Everyone is courteous, professional, and lines are never very long. I recently had a problem with a medicine being on backorder and my insurance wasn't willing to pay for another brand. The pharmacy called *me* to talk to me about the problem and I was able to get things sorted out with my insurance. I just felt like a valued customer and part of a community -- not just a dollar sign.

I would like to personally thank Fred in the electronics department at the Greenfield (Indiana) store for helping me today. He was very polite and informative, and offered good advise about some products. I purchased a 58-inch television and he was kind enough to bring it out and load it into my car for me. There was no service to speak of. We all work at Walmart without warning a salary. They are more like security guards than employees... except they have to give their paychecks back to Walmart to eat.
