I received a call at 5:48 PM tonight telling me that my prescription was filled and ready for pick up. I then check my other ones to see the status of them to see that everything even the one that was ready for pick up was then canceled at 7 PM. I went to Walgreens to check in on why my items were canceled and they told me that I submitted a cancellation online which was for a completely different medication but instead of reading the names throughly they took it upon themselves to cancel all of my meds. The traveling pharmacist as he told me numerous times refused to take accountability for the fact that they had canceled my medication‘s, and although you could see the medication’s on my app, he stated he could not find them in the computer, and then refused to fill them. Even had the on-call doctor call and request the medication get filled at 7:57. The pharmacist told the on-call doctor that they closed at 8 PM and was refusing to help. The pharmacist then took the phone while he was on the phone with the doctor to let the doctor know that I was angry. Not sure when Walgreens started competing against CVS to be the worst pharmacy in Greenfield but you have reached the top!

I normally would not think to review a pharmacy. The outstanding customer service I received today as well and watching the same wonderful interaction with the lady in front of me prompted me to do this. I asked her name and she said Melissa. I then asked if she was the only Melissa, she smiled and said no.I told her I just wanted to make sure she received recognition for her exceptional work ethic. I was having photo issues as well as the person in front of me. I feel like she took the time to resolve both our issues, and made us both happy. It was busy and she multitasked between register and photo, all with a great attitude! Thank you, Melissa Hoffman for going above and beyond. I hope Walgreens appreciates what a gem you are!!

I have had nothing but trouble with this pharmacy since I moved to the area 8 months ago. The worst was when they gave me a month's supply of blood pressure pills but put on the bottle 3 months so I went without my meds for 2 months. You can't fight the pharmacy so...😠

Worst ever experience with pharmacy. completely understand short handed but I kept getting the same run around for over a week, and feel they obviously just don't care and make no effort to make it right.

Everytime I come here there's never a pharmacist on duty how are we supposed to pick up doctor ordered meds if there's never anyone working in this place.

I have been getting my prescriptions at CVS which they are no longer accepting my insurance. So I switched to Walgreens. What a joke. My doctor sent over my prescription. They gave me the wrong medication. I called my doctor to see if the changed the medication which they didn't and they made it very clear not to take what they gave me. Called Walgreens spoke to the manager. He admitted they gave me something else and he didn't see a problem with it. He wanted to argue with me and kept telling me just to take what he recommend and he knew more than what my doctor knows. Double check all medication you have filled here.

I have been getting text messages from the Walgreens Pharmacy that my medication is ready to be picked up Friday I got paid went over to Walgreens to get my medication with a sign on the window saying that due to staffing issues we're going to be closed from Thursday through Sunday!?!? I FULLY understand about staffing issues but WHY THE !@#$% couldn't u text me THIS information to save me time,gas and effort to attempt to pick up my meds!?!?!? You are a HAIRS breath from losing my business!!😡

I tried to pick up my inhaler over the weekend. I guess they had lost a pharmacist and the pharmacy was closed. That was Sunday. I tried calling Tuesday a few times during the day to make sure a pharmacist was gonna be there to get my inhaler and I could not get through so I did not go up there on Tuesday. My son had a doctors appointment on Thursday, so I figured I would pick it up after the appointment. I called Thursday morning, this morning, to make sure that my inhaler was still ready to be picked up. A very lovely woman answered and told me that it was still available, I told her I would be there later on tonight to pick it up. About 30 minutes later, I got a phone call from Walgreens. I figured there was something wrong with my inhaler. No, I answered to a woman giving me an attitude about when I was going to pick up my inhaler because it was sitting there waiting for me. I explained that I tried to pick it up over the weekend but there was no pharmacist there and I had not gotten back to the store to get it yet and that I had just called not 30 minutes earlier and made sure that it was still available so I couldn’t come and get it. She double down with her attitude, snapped back at me and said that they had lost a pharmacist over the weekend and that was why no one was available. I reiterated that the only reason I had not picked it up yet was because I tried over the weekend and I hadn’t been able to get back. She continued to give me an attitude saying that she will leave a note that I am going to come pick it up tonight. OK. Good for you, you do that.My inhaler would’ve been picked up on Sunday if Walgreens didn’t lose a pharmacist. Her calling me and acting like I was inconveniencing her because I couldn’t get back to pick it up yet, unbelievable. Every time I have to deal with this Walgreens, I’m reminded why I hate it. From now on I’m going to CVS or Walmart because they don’t call you and give you an attitude when the only reason you didn’t pick up your prescription was because the store had a scheduling issue .

Left me without a blood monitor for my gestational diabetes for 4 days. When I finally got a hold of someone they say they will have it ready by the time I get there. I walk there with my two kids and myself pregnant and they say it is not ready and it will be a hour. I left crying in frustration. They did nothing to fix the situation and it is now 3 hours later and still have nothing saying my prescription is ready. I’ve tried calling to transfer my prescription and no one will answer. Horrible. I will never go here again even if it’s to buy a pack of gum. Done!

Way to Inconvenience your customers! Limited Pharmacy hours during the week so working people cannot pick up and closed on the weekends so we have to drive to other locations that are a lot further than we should have to go for medication. Needless to say I will be transferring all prescriptions to Walmart because they base business on consumer needs not on employees wanting weekends off.

My dentist didn’t call in my pre-appointment antibiotics until the morning of my appointment. The staff was so backed up with Covid shots and tests that they didn’t have time to enter it in. The techs told the pharmacist and he rushed to make sure I could take the medication at the appropriate time prior to my appointment. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience at a pharmacy before. Hands down the best pharmacist and staff! They’re swamped and doing their best and still trying to care for the community with compassion. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

They aren't bad. I they always have the medication I need. Cvs always ran out and would make me wait 2 plus weeks. It does take a little longer than I would like but they are short staffed and they have always gotten mine right.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I pick up 1 prescription per month at this pharmacy and ALWAYS have issues getting my meds. Most of the time the pharmacy closes outside their normal hours due to “staffing” issues. The pharmacy has been closed all weekend. Thank god I have enough to get me by till tomorrow but the way this pharmacy continuously screws people over on their medications is insane. Some people can’t fill prescriptions till they are 1 day from running out or what about people that need insulin or have asthma that can’t get their scripts? It’s ridiculous I’ve never seen a pharmacy that is such a mess. I’ve tried switching several times but my doctor keeps messing up and calling it into this joke of a pharmacy.

I would not suggest scheduling a Covid vaccination here. Our first appointment they ran 30 minutes behind. The second appointment was one hour behind. When we arrived there were multiple people waiting in the vaccination waiting area. Lights in the clinic were out. No one acknowledged our presence. 15 minutes into waiting, I got into line to see what was going on. After 25 total minutes after our arrival time I was informed by Dee that they were running 45 minutes behind. I asked if it was an additional 45 minutes, or 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment. Dee became VERY confrontational. I chose to leave and go to the Health department. We were in and out in ten minutes. Today, Dee called to follow up on an online submission I made cancelling our appointment. Again, she was very rude. Walgreens lost a customer over this interaction and I will be following up with corporate and store managers. If Walgreens cannot keep an appointment, at the very least they should call, email or yell out at least so you can wait in your car, at home or Reschedule. It is not possible to social distance in that area, and obviously the people waiting for shots are unvaccinated.

Had been very happy until a few months ago. RX that are on auto fill are never done together, your on hold for 1/2 an hour or more and RX that we’re called in the day before aren’t ready for days and sometimes out of stock but the updates don’t tell you anything.I had a friend, who’s an asthmatic, who was diagnosed with Pneumonia and waited patiently for a couple of days for antibiotics and steroids to be filled. Meanwhile she’s getting worse and had called many times and was on hold forever each time.Staff is overworked and stressed.Not sure if going somewhere else will be better but I’m looking into it.

I came in when it was very busy to get a vaccine. Everyone was extremely friendly and patient despite how busy they were. The woman who gave me the vaccine was also very friendly and helpful. Great experience since I get very anxious when it comes to needles, but the whole thing was a breeze despite the wait.

I had called in a refill for my blood pressure medication on a Wednesday morning and stopped in on Friday.There was a issue with my insurance company and the tech was definitely confused.Out of her frustration she suggested that I go to another pharmacy.I then asked to pay cash and that's when she became completely lost on what to do.During the my conversation with her another tech shouted over me and her to a customer.(Tattoos, trashy, and mouthy)I will take the first techs advice and take my business elsewhere.2/18/22

Pharmacy is never open. I have tried my best to give this company many chances to change for the better and I am done. This has been going on for over 2 years now. Now I blame HR. They are treating this company as a retail store not a pharmacy.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Had an appointment to get a covid test done at 2:15 got there at 2:10 went to the drive thru line (because on the email it repeatedly told me not to enter the building) rang the bell waited 2 minutes with no answer. So I pulled into a parking spot and called I was then placed on hold for an hour and two minutes where ever 13 seconds (yes I timed it ) an automated voice would interrupt the hold music to remind me that I was in fact still on hold. This is about the worst experience I've had and I say that as a person who had a drunk person puke into his open mouth so my tolerance for a bad time is pretty high.

My wife scheduled an appointment to have our son rapid tested for covid Thursday September 16th at 10:45am. Upon arrival she let the clerk know why they were there and was met with "Well a name would help." and a nasty attitude to go along with it. My wife told the clerk his name and told her the test was for our son and she proceeded to give them the form and swab and realized she had given the wrong form and said again with attitude "Since your back was turned the correct form is on the counter" I would really appreciate you giving your employees a lesson in customer service and I will never go to this store again.

Their pharmacy needs more staff or something. Taking 7+ hrs to fill a prescription and then notifying the customer 15 mins before closing that it is finally ready so that the customer doesn't have time to come get the prescription.

It's a Wednesday 12 22 21 right before Christmas. I shopped for a couple of hours from about I shopped for a couple of hours from about 9 to 11 AM I recognized a new face as a cashier in the front. His name tag said Brandon. What a wonderful wonderful customer service man, So very polite professional It seems like he cares about every person . We need a lot more of these kind of people working for everyone so thank you today Brandon for being so kind , And making me smile!!! I don't get out much I'm much older , but after today I'll will be coming back more!! And I just want to thank you Brandon for making my day!!! Cordially, from a lil old gal that's been coming to this Walgreens for decades!!! thank you Walgreens!!! In Greenfield This man should be recognized.!!! Merry Christmas!!

Another large corporation more concerned about profit than customers. There is never enough help here and employees seem stressed and overworked and it shows in manners. One pharmacy cashier to do drive up and counter. They often out of my brand of allergy pill. I am only allowed, by law, to buy so many a month thanks to the meth heads. I cannot buy ahead or I will get flagged. I have to wait until I am out and Walgreens is out of my brand. The Walgreens brand. It's not like I can go somewhere else in town and I understand these are human beings that aren't perfect and are going to have an occasional out of stock. Out of stocks are far too common. I would say one out of every three trips to specifically buy this item, they are out.

I have been with the Walgreen on E Washington st. for many years and never had any issues until I moved to Greenfield and started getting my prescription from the one on St. Rd. 9. They never read the notes that the doctors place with the prescription. I have to wait for my prescription to be ordered. Then I have to call and make sure they got my order in. Then sometimes I have to wait another day for them to fill it. Most of the pharmacy staff is rude. With my sons prescription they wait until the very last day to fill it. Then sometimes they have to order it knowing the doctor sent it over several days before. And not being 24 hours being by a hospital is crazy. And a few times I had to drive to the one at Community north for antibiotics. I am sick of it so I switched pharmacies today.

This Walgreens manger I think is trash. Linda is her name and she saying that you work with a customer for a few minutes at the photos and then walk away. My uncle didn’t want the store to look bad. So he said no that’s not the correct way. Linda RAISED HER VOICE AT HIM! This old lady was having a ruff time because she lost a loved one and Linda yelled at him for working with her over 2 minutes!

Much better customer service than Walgreens on E Washington 46229. Pharmacy clerk was nice and worked with me to help me, however still could not get my meds despite multiple phone calls to my doctor who stated they’ve put the script in to this specific location. Something is sincerely wrong with their computer system causing people to miss necessary medications. Go to CVS.

The night shift manager is racist and made remarks to 2 other girls working while I was in there with my boyfriend. She then had her 2 employees follow us around the store for 20 minutes. I confronted one of the girls and asked why she was profiling us and she stated I was looking at makeup for too long. I explained that I would have loved for someone to have offered me help picking a foundation and concealer instead of presuming I was doing something malicious. The worker did admit she was told to watch us the entire visit. When we asked the manager why she refused to answer us and threatened to call the cops if we didn't vacate the premises.

As a former employee I've seen the inner workings of this place. The people are always in a good mood. The management is, for the most part, really good. The pay there is also quite decent given the fact it's a retail job. While there always has been things that could be improved (Like the 24 hour pharmacy sign still up even though it was changed a while ago to not be such) every one does what they can to help out. Even though I no longer work there I always pick up prescriptions from Walgreens due to how they do much more than many places I've seen.
