I’ve been going to this specific Vape Shop for a few Years now. A couple Vape Stores have opened in my area but I will specifically ALWAYS go to Vapor Lock. They always have what I need and on the off chance they are out of a specific item I’m looking for, they will tell you other brands and info about them.I’ve bought many Zeus Tanks from this place and obviously Juice.An Example of how nice and respectful they are…I went in to get a new colored Zeus tank and they were out of stock. I was bummed but the man behind the counter said that (idk what the exact name of it was but it was a MK2) is really good. The one that had the red dot and you slid the top of the tank over to fill it. I bought that and was very pleased!If you want a respectful experience and some 10 dollar off bonuses after purchasing a certain amount, this place is great!5 stars any day!

Clean store. Not a lot of options but the options they have are quality and honestly if they showcase any more than what theyve got i would be spending way to much time in the store. Good people as well. Friendly and patient. Knowledgeable and well spoken. Will be back

First time in here today (2/16) and the guy (wish i knew his name) was very nice & helpful. Great experience overall. Usually do my shopping online but will definitely be going back. Also a plus having the store 2 minutes from my apartment!

I came in not knowing much about anything, I showed the two workers what I was using and asked for a tank that would work, the tank they suggested was leaking the following night so I called back the following day and asked about my issue and the worker on the phone said that the setup was not strong enough for the tank and coil that i was told would work the previous day and Im pretty much out of luck unless I buy a bigger battery. Please have more knowledgeable workers or at least ones that will just say that they're not sure, I bought this tank because they said it would work and I don't know enough yet to see that it wouldn't.Will not give any kind of discount or refund or exchange.It's a good tank so I'll guess I'll just have to hold on to it but I'm not going back there again, I cannot trust to get the correct information and don't want to waste money.

Friendly staff, but it was a little more on the pricey side. If you're looking to save a little you might as well go to another store for the same products, but if you don't mind paying a little more for a friendly and knowledgeable experience then this place is great.

This vape store is a touch cheaper than other ones I've found in town. There's a good number of the staff that really knows a lot about the products and how to best use them and the atmosphere is very friendly. They even have a pet bearded dragon in house!

Went with my son and he found many products he liked for his cap. He chose the black cherry and strawberry kiwi along with spearmint. Prices were matched to the products. Good service.

Juice is so far behind the counter you cant read them, ridiculous that they expect you to choose your juice on a junk tablet. If I wanted to do that I would order online. Arrogant kid on a power trip made them lose my business today. You would figure a business would try to make it convenient for their customers.

This shop is the best one in geeenfield, although when we went, they didn’t have all of the juices we wanted to try in pods. The gentleman behind the counter was very informative and nice. Good selection and cheap prices.

I went in here cuz I just started vaping, thinking that I would be able to get some help on what I should get etc, they didn't know any more than I did, or they were just not interested in helping me. All three times I've been in there it's been a different employee and out of them three times only one employee was helpful. So I do not recommend this place for anyone who is just starting out vaping, unless you know what you're doing that store isn't for you.

I have been a loyal customer to this shop for almost 6 months. They are great until you have a problem with your device, they will not exchange or return any defective products they sell. Not a good business practice. I will not be returning to this store.

I have been going to this vape shop since it first opened. all the employees are very friendly and helpful. they have helped me find the perfect products for my vaping needs. all flavors are on an ipad. The selection is quite vast. I always recommend people who vape to this store.

Great store lots of flavors, tanks and coil configurations.Warrentied my eleaf when it gave out on me a month after purchase! Glad to see them around even with Indiana trying to get rid of all vaporizers lol
