Pet friendly stores are incredibly important to me since I'm training my dog to be well-behaved in public. Sometimes I think I'm not doing a good job, but then there are the Tractor Supply employees. They have consistently encouraged and supported me in my journey of training my dog. Those that recognize her will often go out of their way to tell me how much better she is than when we first started bringing her in. Thank you for being a reliable place that I can train my dog without judgement, and a place to get all the things she needs.

Went there to get my dog her shots it was an easy process and for the first time my dog was not an any pain afterwards. I would love to let them know how good they did. I will be back next year forsure.

Emma and Catherine are phenomenal employees!!! It's rare to find help like this anymore! I had planned to run in and out to grab something easy fifteen minutes before closing, ON MOTHERS DAY! Well what I needed wasn't in stock so I decided to just order online. They stopped me and were super friendly and knowledgeable! They demanded I stay and let them order for me to ship to store so I didn't have shipping charges. I didn't want to because it was closing time but they wouldn't hear of it. When ever we go in, they're super friendly and interact with my 3 year old daughter, she LOVES going to Tractor Supply!!!!

They never have the horse grain I use in stock, seems like they only carry a small quantity. Also non of the employees were very helpful non of them knew when shipments would be coming or when I could expect a restock.

My visit was mainly to check on their bird and pet supplies. They have increased their selections in bird feeders (some very cute and some very attractive!) Their chose of seeds and suets were well stocked. Pet supplies at this store were adequate. I was greeted when I was greeted when I entered the store and with a friendly comment. Other employees were friendly, also.

It's OK. They carry things that you can't find anywhere else. You pretty much have to track someone down to help you though. It would not hurt for them to do some sort of price match on some of their product because they do charge more than others on the things that you can find elsewhere. Overall not a bad store and we will continue to visit it.

We buy all of our animal feed and supplies here, and I won't go anywhere else again. They have the most affordable grain free, gluten free, mad in the USA food here, and is of great quality. Our animals stay happier and healthier because we can get their food and supplies here. The staff is always friendly.

Good service and they always have what I go in for. Also, it's a fun place to kill some time waiting on your next job...I mean, if your into stores like this. Boots, tools, supplies for work, it's in there. Yesterday I went in and bought another orange traffic cone and a flashing strobe for my truck. So if your out of traffic cones, then stop in here to get some.

UPDATE: Not sure why my order was still at tsc after Stacy said it would be refunded today because its only held 2 days. But it was and it was successfully picked up.'m leaving this review soley for the attention of the manager at this store Stacy. I've had a monthly subscription for my dog food for a few months now. This month something happened with the system (told that by customer service) my order was canceled for fraud. Ok no problem except no where within 2 hours of me had this food which would be ok if my pups werent belly sensitive. The lady I spoke with fixed it right up had my order shipped out. Im signed up for alerts via app and I signed up for txt alerts upon arrival. 9/1 my stuff arrived but I never got the notification from txt or app when I checked the status of the shipment it was 9pm tsc was closed. I unexpectedly had a family emergency today was unable to get there by closing called the store to explain I wanted them to just complete the order that way it didn't get refunded AGAIN I would pick up tomorrow morning they could place it on "hold" but it would be fully paid for. I couldn't even explain before being cut off then told there was nothing she could do the order would be refunded even though the order was discounted due to tsc mess up she was unconcerned nor did she care to give remotely ok customer service. Once I said I'd call and make a complaint for how she handled it I was ma'am then and she wanted to let me speak. No thanks. Tsc places things on hold all the time ive done it how difficult would it have been stacy to complete my already paid for item and hold it till opening tomorrow so I didnt get refunded again and go without the proper dog food again. So thanks Stacy ive decided chewy will get my subscription!

Yes, there are several new staff members working in the store, but I like shopping at this store because of the range of hardware stocked that any diy'er would need.

Update 20210616: Bought a lawn tractor after phoning in and speaking with the manager as to why the website wouldn't locate any in stock for an area search. Manager helped me by looking at upcoming shipment and telling me how to reserve/buy that upcoming delivery. There is a little confusion in the store as I called 3 times about pickup and only the third call did someone tell me my tractor was being assembled from my call-in rather than two others telling of pickup delays because they apparently didn't know when the item would be assembled, they only have assemblers 2 or 3 days a week? I was originally told the item would be available in 1-2 days but after waiting had to call in to get a firm pickup arranged. Otherwise, the employees at this store have so far been helpful; if not always aware of others' work schedules.Original: Ok I'm rounding up to 5 stars. Reason is, I don't recollect a time I've been at the store where someone didn't ask if I needed help, and usually someone says hello when I arrive. They're stocked sufficiently and with variety that I've found what I'm needing. I like the product locations in the aisles, and that they don't keep relocating items as other stores might do so I know where to go and not spend a lot of time relearning the aisles. When I think about hardware, equipment repair parts, and things for the house, I most always consider Tractor Supply Greenfield.

He explained how to put it together and found ll the part's we needed. A HUGE Thank you NICK !!!Absolutely LOVE the Christmas items !!! I just wish they were not seasonal items !!

Took our new puppy in for her second vet check, she's a pup which means these treatments are in a series. Thank you for providing this service to your customers. The vet is in at the Greenfield TSC every Saturday from 1600 (4 pm) to 1730 (5:30 pm). My pup is getting a good healthy start on her life thanks to this service...

We live in an area where we have one hardware store so we have to depend on farm stores that are much better to shop at and for the most part are less expensive. Tractor supply is a very good place to shop it carries all the things farms need and more. Of you try it you will like it.

My daughter loves to see the baby chicks for sale in the spring. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a nice selection of country style decor and Christmas items, birdfeeders, birdseed, flea meds for dogs and cats, pet food, grass seed, vegetable and flower seeds, tools, hardware items, some outdoor furniture, and things for entertaining.
