I am really dissatisfied with this Home Depot. Their appliances for washer and dryers are so faulty. They make you do a bazillion loads to prove that they don’t work then you do it within the time limit they say to do it and the store appliance Ballenger Alex denies you to be able to return these. It is not my problem if they are selling merchandise that Hass to be replaced multiple times they also have a policy where they’re having someone come out and recheck your appliances when you have called in at the two days and they’re just truck drivers they don’t know anything they just say it needs to be replaced. It’s a very poor policy the store will not work with you. They won’t return your stuff they steal your money, GE appliances and whirlpool Are both number one junk from Home Depot. Go to appliance store get it from a real place that has 30 day warrantees to return things. Also, I was told the store manager Ed would get back to me on this problem and resolution I’ve been doing this since before Christmas because Home Depot nor GE will take care of the consumer and the store manager never called me back. Alex called me back and said he will not take anything back. Poor customer service on all levels

So most of your big box stores are pretty typical. I believe the difference in the Greenfield location vs the others I have been to is quality. There is a larger percentage of good pieces from their bunks of wood than the Indy locations. Customer service is average. If you know what you want, they can usually point you in the correct direction.

I went to the door department last week to have 2 doors installed. Was told it was a new system on the computer so they couldn't get my measuring set up. I was told it finally went through and I would be contacted by a contractor within 24 to 48 hours. I called yesterday, the next Monday and was told by 3 different people I would be called back. Well here it is Tuesday and I still haven't heard anything. Definitely will be going somewhere else.

Carol in the paint department was such a delight and helped us with what we needed. A wonderful employee of Home Depot. I’ve been in quite a few times and she has made the experience great.Erica in the self checkout was also really great. You could tell she cared about people.Thanks girls!!

I ordered a John Deere zero turn mower online and it was shipped free from Greenfield location. The mower was left at the wrong place, 60 miles from my house. The folks at Home Depot were very helpful in hunting down the mower since no one had any idea where it was left, but the delivery driver who finally brought the mower to me the next day was very rude. In my opinion Home Depot needs to look into changing or improving the process. I might shop at Home Depot when I’m close to one but will never use there delivery option again.

Excellent customer service! We bought new carpet from them over a year ago. A spot on the carpet had split away from our hard wood floor. We called them to see what they could do.. They sent a crew out within a week to fix the carpet. They did an amazing job. I can’t tell you how thrilled I was as we were expecting 22 for Thanksgiving and this spot couldn’t be hidden. I would not hesitate to buy carpet from them again!

I bought my first ever dishwasher from this store. It arrived in perfect condition and is lovely. I'm very happy. The wonderful part, though, was the delivery. My delivery guys were Antron and Ronnie. They were punctual, fast, efficient, and so sweet. I bought my house expecting to have my brother to help me with my home improvement projects. A couple months ago, my brother took his life and I am just coming out of a pretty bad place. I needed to have the dishwasher disconnected before they took it. I unplugged it and turned off the water but, past that, didn't know what to do and couldn't move it out by myself and I had no one to call anymore. I told them I understood that they couldn't take it. They went above and beyond to disconnect it for me and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you so much Antron and Ronnie. A little compassion means so much right now. I will always use this Home Depot thanks to these guys.

As a general rule I have good experiences at Home Depot but this location really takes the cake. I forgot how incredibly nice and helpful they are in there until I went in again today. Every single employee (and there were many) I passed said hi to me, asked me how I was doing and if they could help me. Even if they were busy.Every. Single. Employee.This location is like the Chick-Fil-A of Home Depots. Awesome store, staff and service. Thank you!

Website advertises a bunch of stuff not even in stock (wrench?!?). Amazon will ship it cheaper and quicker so if you need it today don’t waste your gas just drive to Menards. No real reason to come here.

Nice store. Most of the staff is great. There was one associate who was extremely condescending when I asked for help with something. Needing advice (and being female) doesn't mean I'm stupid. But the rest of the associates I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. The associate in appliances was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and got us a great deal on a new washer and dryer.

If you want to deal with a wife crying out of frustration let them handle your next big project.We ordered off the shelf cabinets around 9/16. It was kind of implied that they would be faster to arrive as they're not custom cabinets, unsure if we were mistaken and I'll give the associates the benefit of the doubt and say we misheard around 18 days for delivery. Regardless we dismantled our kitchen prior to receiving the cabinets so we could be prepared for installation. Delivered finally on 10/28.I understand logistics are difficult these days, and good help is hard to find, but half the cabinets were shipped on the pallet upside down, so we had a few broken. Immediately started trying to get replacements. We were told the process was started. A few weeks came and went, so we reached out. "They have to wait for a full truck before they ship them to the store." then more time passed and it became "It'll be on the next truck, we can see the shipping number" we were told it would arrive the following Monday. That was over two weeks ago. All we've received is "I'll e-mail and call you when we finally get them".Here we sit without a floor, because we need to put the cabinets in prior to that, and having rescheduled the counter top folks no less than 3 times. All I have to show for it is near 8000 dollars spent and no product. Just a lot of "Don't call us, we'll call you".Staff are very friendly though, no complaints about the people, just Home Depot has turned to garbage, the only reason we went with them is because they USED to have a really great veteran discount and I was loyal to them.If you have a big project, go with Lowes or Menards. Honestly, save yourself the headache.

I spend thousands at this Home Depot every year for my company Hoosier Arbor llc and myself, the manager made me feel like a criminal when returning $1,259.38. Accused me I didn’t buy that item from the greenfield because they made the mistake of taking the sticker off the box before reselling, I told the manager I wanted to see that through and she returned everything and told me they will mail me a check. If you buy anything from this store don’t return it Sarah will make you regret it.

The woman working in appliances and the customer service manager have guaranteed we'll never go to another Home Depot and shop ever again. I've never experienced being avoided while trying to spend thousands of dollars in a store, then have two people working in a store raise the voices at me and insult me, especially so called management. Completely unprofessional and clearly don't want people shopping there.

So we were promised to have everything for a bathroom remodel within 3 to 4 days now they're talking possibly two weeks and I've got a contractor here already doing demo I would never ever order anything for a big project though home Depot if you want satisfaction go to Menards go to Lowe's but don't use home Depot apparently there sales tactics is to lie to you to get you to sign big contracts with them pathetic
