I was in the store like i am everyday and see meghan baker, no issue at first until i get stares from her and her coworkers the whole time I had been in there and when I went to leave said “Have A good day” in a snarky way. We go in there almost once a day, She kept giving dirty stares and made me uncomfortable. Definitely wont be going back to greenfield starbucks.

I ordered in person because the app said my order was sold out so I went in to see what I could change. It took them 20 minutes to make my drink and 2 people behind me got their drinks first. I was in a hurry and left before I could realize that even after all that they got my drink wrong. I paid extra for add-ins and those were left out.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere the girls were always pleasant and I appreciated that they did my hidden menu items and always got them as close to my pictures as possible. They were well staffed too. I never been up until now and I always enjoy going. I always go in because the drive thru is always full and seems to go out and block out the roads. They made me cheese cake, berryliocus and Cosmo and wanda ( don't get it it's gross flavor wise)

Starbucks is the McDonald's of coffee chains, overpriced, cheap ingredients, they just have all that cosmetic pizazz and style that attracts everyone, but does anyone actually know what their getting? Sure it tastes great with all that syrup, cream, sugar, but its clogging your bodies and emptying your pockets.

Came in right at 5:30 AM. Every employee was pleasant, approachable, and diligent. Got four drinks in a very timely manner, along with three food items. My drink was exactly how I ordered and delicious. It's a relief to get great service so early, especially after driving 10 hours. Would definitely come back if I lived here. Keep up the good work! :)

I went inside since the Starbucks line was long, they helped the lady in front of me then looked and me and didn't take my order. I waited about 7 more minutes before I walked out so I wasn't late for my job. I haven't had this big of a problem with this store before. I was very upset I got ignored and suddenly didn't have time for coffee anymore due to by the time I took my order it would've taken 10 minutes to make it

Did not make drinks right several times. Did not give me full order at drive thru window.Today my latte was good!Breakfast sandwich good!Another day latte not quite right. Had it made again. Better but still not quite right.$7.34 plus $1.00 tip$8.34 for my grande latte.Would like it correct.I will try for next time.

This location is always busy but the staff is amazing. The line always moves quickly. Baristas are efficient and cheerful. I've never had a bad experience, and most time when I come the experience is absolutely stellar.Dietary restrictions: Dairy-free options

My only complaint there needs to be At least a few tables inside that’s of poor design having no tables inside I don’t care how smart Starbucks think they are someone was don’t using their brain. It may be good for Starbucks profits but it’s not good for the customer…..that was very disappointing and and speaks poorly of Starbucks mentality towards its customers. The staff at the store is awesome, Starbucks arrogance in its design horribly disappointing and hurtful to customers.

A little difficult to navigate in from the main road. Limited parking. Other than that it was a Starbucks as expected.I ordered a drink expecting it to be made just as any other Starbucks (I'm lactose intolerant) and milk was included anyway. The barista insisted there was no milk, but it was clearly in there. (Dark drink, clear cup now light drink clear cup.) I even drank some just in case, definitely milk infested. Haha.Staff seemed friendly, but they are probably overwhelmed.

Always love coming to this Starbucks. Always go thru drive thru, and it's never a long wait no matter how long the line is. My husband and I order the same thing every time, and every time it is SPOT ON! We are usually here at least once a week.Their brownies are delicious, and when it's the winter months their cranberry bliss bars are awesome.

I have been to this place twice and both times I ordered food and received something different than what I ordered. I don't really mind much because I know mistakes happen and I hate making people's jobs harder but this last time they gave me something that wasn't what I ordered AND it was all mushy and stuck to the bag. The top bun was missing and It was inedible. I will not be ordering food at the Greenfield location anymore.
