This was a very nice place. The sales lady was very nice and helped me a lot. She put up with me trying on almost every sneaker there was in the women's section. I finally found a pair and when I checked out I found out that Shoe Sensation has Insurance you can put on your shoes for a year that was awesome. Of course I bought it!

I was pleasantly surprised to be given a "Mystery Coupon" when I first entered the store - not realizing they were having an anniversary celebration. What really impressed me, however, when I asked if someone could help me find shoes to match the sliver of material from a wedding outfit, the manager immediately called one of his staff over and she took me through the entire women's selection, offering options which closely matched, to those that complemented the admittedly weird color of my outfit. Better yet, the two pairs I eventually selected were both on sale!

I had such a wonderful experience there! I brought my baby and my 6 year old daughter (who is very hyperactive). I didn’t catch her name but a blonde associate was super helpful and very patient with helping get her into the right size shoe even with her running full speed around the store. thank you so much for the wonderful experience! She deserves a raise!

Was shown where shoes were and no help after that. Employee dropped a box of shoes on top of my purse and didn't say sorry and put boxes of shoes on bench where I was WAS sitting.

Great for my first time experience there. The manager helped me out with a pair of Sketchers since I was having trouble looking for comfortable walking shoes for work. She listened to my needs, and suggested a pair of Sketcers. They were ordered and I picked them up a few days later. I am happy with the purchase and the friendliness of the staff.

Very helpful and friendly staff she took her time helping me, and I could not find shoes in my size that I liked so she ordered them for me and told me about the sale price and let me know I can get a second pair 1/2 off if it was a clearance sale price like the ones I had picked out.

I was really pleased with our local shoe store. It is perfect for buying shoes for growing teenagers. The store had a good selection of brands, shoes, and sizes for them. The staff helped size the them. They also helped calculate the best deal for the two pairs we were buying. I also felt the store took precautions needed to be safe in a COVID-19 world. We had a good experience.

Website said shoes were in stock ready for pickup. Drive to store and not in stock or at the price advertised on website. Glad I didn't pre pay but did learn a valuable lesson about Shoe Sensation which is, don't waste your time on them

I had a terrible experience at this place they tried to cheat me twice over a free boot voucher I received from work and ended up overcharging me almost $50 then upon returning to get the amount refunded back on my card they charged me again same amount I would carefully watch any money transactions at this place and recommend using live cash instead of a debit or credit card ...
