My dog has been getting groomed by caitlyn since she was 6 months old ! We recently got our own place and now its almost 40 minutes from them, but because she is so good with her and my dog always comes in so happy to see her, we are willing to take that drive every three weeks! She deserves some recognition because she listens when we have concerns and has always been so careful with my pup.

This is a good place to find items for my cats. The prices are a little less expensive or equal to similar stores in the area. They have a pretty good selection of food and cat litter. Toy selection is good. The cat collar selection is pretty sparse. Overall I can recommend this location as a good place to get the supplies you need for your pet.

I will never take my dog to this location ever ever again. I have been going to PetSmart Since my dogs were six weeks old to be grown and this is the first and the last. I dropped my baby off at 9 am to be groomed by Wayne. 10:15 I get a phone call from someone named Frankie saying I need to come get my baby he threw up. She could not cut him and if he threw up again she would have to take him to er😡🤬He was not sick when I dropped him off to Wayne. Frankie should have never touched my dog in the first place. I didn’t leave my baby in her hands. Then there is a Random person-at the counter in my business asking me questions who are you and why are you talking to me about my dog. Told Frankie to go get my dog and she brings him out soaking wet🤬💀. I am really out done and the fact that I have to take him on a flight looking like this. It is called a nervous stomach. It should be zero stars at this point frustrated dog mom. Pictures attached. I will be calling the store manager unacceptable😡😳

It's not the best place for grooming. They don't have anyone there who can groom a long-haired husky. I have taken my dog to three different groomers there, and none of them can groom him in one day.

Visited the grooming area w my 2 pitbulls tonight for a nail trim. Both girls working were super helpful and gentle! Our female usually doesn’t like it at all but she was actually pretty easy tonight bc they were so good w them. I also made sure to tip for their services 😄

Y'know, probably best to ignore anything the staff say regarding aquatic life. They gave blatant lies, then when told information previously researched will tell you as fact how you are wrong.The one in Muncie is much nicer and was very helpful, the distance is worth it to have competent staff.

Made an appt for 3:00 they called need g me to change to 2:00 so I did. Got basic wash and clean up services. My dogs came back smelling worse than before. Like wet dog. Didn’t use any deodorizer or anything - I’ve been getting my dogs groomed forever and never had this happen. For $100? Nope.

Friendly staff. I was buying a terrarium for my son's python and we thought one was cracked. Staff quickly came over, inspected the terrarium and thank goodness it was the silicone...just looked cracked. They were nice and polite about it..

I give the store 4 stars, only bc I wldv liked to see some cat trees, and more clothing options for cats since it's fall.Adoption process with President Jason Taylor was professional, kind, caring, and he was easy to communicate with. The Greenfield store is smaller than some of the stores in Indianapolis, but they still carry a wide variety of food, toys treats, accessories, and even some small animals. They also offer grooming services at this location, but I have never used it.The staff was friendly, and checked to see if I needed any help.We love the Ellen line that PetSmart is carrying...lots of cute toys, clothes, and other items.Will definitely return. Glad to have them in Greenfield now!

Petsmart grooming is the best, service with a smile. My picky dog can't wait to be groomed by Jamie. Her mannerism shows that she love what she is doing, and my dog is trusting of her. All the groomers at the PetSmart in Noblesville and Greenfield are great. I give a shout out to them all for professionalism, service with a smile, and being able to build a rapport with the many dogs they service. 10 start to each and every one of them.

Sells some pets here like fish,turtle,birds,lizzards,rarely cats,gerbils.Update Review on Grooming Services: I called to get my mixed large breed dog in for shampoo, de-shedding, and nails clipped. This is exactly what I asked for on the phone when scheduling. I wanted a price quote first. The lady said $22, then changed it to $25, then the last quote before getting off the phone was $35. I made the appointment and was told to bring rabies tag which I did. I get to the appointment and she had issues with rabies tag not having expiration date. Was never told to be sure date on there prior to appointment. So I log on my email to find vet receipt with rabies shot. The dog is 8 months old. Shot was given couple months ago. Rabies are either good for 1 or 3 years depending what type they got. With tag and receipt she was still giving me a hard time. I said he got the one year vaccine and it’s valid one year date from the receipt cause the receipt shows the day he got it. This whole time I’m looking for receipt through emails while holding a large hyper pup which no offer to hold him while I look. She acted like she was trying everything to keep from having to do the appointment. The computer had him down for wrong type of appointment. They didn’t add the de-shedding. Which I had told lady on phone multiple times as well as confirming what they are to do in person. All said and done the $35 bill turns to $62. I asked about the price nope nothing they want to fix. Dog comes home doesn’t even smell like soap. Smells like wet dog. Poor grooming service. Dishonest, didn’t want to do the appointment, no customer service and the dog should smell like soap after $62! Never again! I was planning to tip big the groomer for the service considering large hyper pup but not after what I went through. Cashier new super nice felt bad for me and recommended another grooming place. It’s not the cashiers fault and she did what she could. I just definitely would never use the grooming service there or recommend it. I did let the groomers know the dissatisfaction and why.

The grooming depth was a terrible experience for me.I took my little dog to have a nail trim and they barely cut a little off. They were shocked how small she was which seemed very weird to me. And I heard them talking about my dog in a bad way.

The two employees I encountered during my latest trip tonight were awesome. Super friendly, really helpful, and educated me on new grooming services available for the new kitten we brought in with us. They both made my 9 year old daughters evening by making over her kitten and telling her how adorable he was. Made her night and out a big smile on her face!

I am pretty disappointed with my pups grooming today... especially for what Petsmart charges. She’s been groomed bi-monthly for her entire life (9yrs) / so she does very well. However, today they were done with her in an hour (seemed a bit fast), and my husband picked her up. When I came home from work I immediately noticed that they didn’t touch her head or face at all! Her hair is still falling over her eyes and is much to long in general. I’m not sure why the rest of her body was shaved and her head left untouched. Not only does it look ridiculous- but now I have to attempt to fix it myself which defeats the whole purpose of paying to have it done. I would like to have this fixed by the store, but don’t know how to go about doing so without paying again. Very disappointed. 😔

Today I took my dog in for his routine grooming appointment. He got a little too excited and ended up having a seizure. The team at PetSmart helped me calm him down, clean him up and stayed right by our side until he came out of it. I really appreciated their help.The staff is always friendly and helpful when we go in for a salon appointment or just to pick something up.
