Honestly, they have the absolute biggest selection of bulk and wholesale products I have found. Novelty is also great about any shipping issues, they have taken care of me and my team consistently making sure we find the right products for our clients, out of the thousands they have, and making sure to take care of us if we ever need to any shipping assistance. If you are looking for bulk or wholesale convenience items or specialty products there is not a better partner in the U.S.

I bought a couple of lighters made by Novelty Inc. at my local gas station. In the first minute of using one, both the plastic ignition trigger and metal housing of the valve came off while the flame was still ignited. The flame began to grow and started to melt the plastic parts inside the lighter before I extinguished it in the sink. Please improve your design, someone is going to end up burning their house down because of one of these.

I had a mix up with a shipment of novelty keychain notebooks and pens through the Walmart app, and the staff Novelty Holdings Inc. went out of their way to make things right. They promptly shipped the missing items, and I am a happy customer. I very much appreciate rapid and respectful customer service!

I love the cigarette cases I brought! They very high quality! I got them less than a week! A whole lot cheaper than the stores and other online sites! I even called the company with questions before i placed an order and the guy was so nice and very helpful!! Highly recommend and will shop there again!!

I have to say I feel a bit better seeing that I'm not the only person to have such a horrible experience with this company. One of their salespeople started emailing me multiple sales emails each week. These were super generic, nothing personal, sales emails with promotional flyers attached.I have never heard of this company and never reached out to them so I'm not sure how they got my information to start with.The salesperson told me repeatedly (5 times I asked) that they would take me off of the sales email list. I've asked 5 times and been told 5 times and yet I still get the emails. He called me and left a voicemail and said he wanted to apologize over the phone. Just a few days later I received ANOTHER sales email.I called their main office, explained my situation and was transferred to his supervisor. I left a voicemail 2 days ago and have heard nothing since then. I have a bad feeling that I'll be getting another email any day now.I wasn't planning to purchase from them before all of this and as a result of their poor sales strategy I'm now on Google leaving them a 1 star review.

Dope products!!! regardless if some stop working shortly after, tbh think everyone leaving 1 stars overreacting. Maybe next time get something besides lighter/torch, not bash the company when u haven’t even tried there many other products to know what your even talking about. I personally love the products the designs!! Unique and amazing, hard to find anything like the products. No company is perfect grow up, ppl talking about law suits & all that like cmon now it ain’t that serious Karen.

Just recieved not 1 but 2 invoices from this company for over $2,900 for accounts i don't even have. I immediately tried calling to figure this out and was constantly put on hold and refused to talk to me. 47 ATTEMPTS! i have since contacted my bank and just filed fraudulent charges with my state police and am now taking this report to the FBI. I have never purchased anything with this company and i advise anyone interested to run away as fast as possible. It doesn't matter if this was a mistake or not. The way it was and continued to be handled says they should close their doors.

I bought one of the Metal Bling Phone Rings today. I went to put it on my phone and I needed to move it up on my phone more. On the back of the package it clearly says "Pull off to remove or adjust". I pulled it off my phone and all of the adhesive was stuck to my phone with no way of putting the metal piece back on. I'm not happy that I spent that amount of money when the plastic ones work A LOT better!

Just a brief history: my boyfriend's roommate works for novelty inc. She's very dedicated to her job although her boss is a complete douche. Currently she is being bothered 24/7 about a project (catalogue); and, since her boss couldn't reach her, he decided to go through her friends on Facebook to find my boyfriend's phone number. Yes. He called my boyfriend very early in the morning to see where his employee was! My boyfriend hardly got any sleep last night and then was woken up by her boss' phone call. Inappropriate on all levels of professionalism. I don't understand how he felt so entitled to call whoever he wanted. Never work here. Never buy from here. The current employees need to find a better place of employment so this one can disappear.

So the can cookie made of metal is awesome, I've never had anything else by them, but the website doesn't have any way to get one, my cousin found it at HyVee grocery , wish I could get one it's awesome. I'll have to go to the thermos website and buy theirs I guess!

I had never had such a bad shopping experience, until I met Novelty Inc., their articles are of very poor quality. 12 purchases for display and only 3 of them work,I made 12 different display purchases and all very few things work

I bought a torch from this company and within a few days the torch had started acting up and for some reason seemed as if it wanted blow up from pressure. I’m filing an internal investigation with this company. And hopefully law suits to come

If I could I would give Novelty 0 stars. I previously worked for Novelty, and the work environment along with all products are complete trash .The president and owner of the company doesn't care for his employees. The only thing on Mr. Greens mind is money.
