My parents always went to Miller's, and so have I. I remember going to the store with my parents when it was downtown. My ears were pierced there when I was a little girl by Sara. I don't trust anyone else with my jewelry. I miss Gerald & Winifred. They were the sweetest people. Betsy & Sherry are carrying on what they started. Miller's Jewelry is a store you can trust!

Super friendly staff. I had a family watch sent out for repair. It looks amazing now. Pricing seemed fair, although I admit it's my first watch repairing. It came back on time and on budget.It's not a huge shop, but plenty of clocks, watches, and jewelry to peek at. It's welcoming in there, staff is available, but they don't smother you every five minutes for service...you don't feel like they're looking for commission. Will definitely return for any repairs and perhaps to check out a new watch for myself in the future.

Traditionally I buy my wife her birthday presents there and she has never been disappointed. truly one of the last family-owned businesses and it is ran with pride and real personal attention. Very helpful. Bought new vs earrings on discount. Found a lovely ring to wear as I'm newly a widow and 4 decades of a ring on my left hand needed another to replace it, will be back. Discussed repairs to my other's; watch repair, ring sizing, bracelet fixes, restring pearls, resetting old pieces, what to wear everyday & what will no hold up. Very knowledgeable.

Excellent service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Large variety of beautiful items and fair prices. There is room to move around in the store without worrying about knocking items off of the shelves. Plenty of parking, easy in easy out. No need to leave town because Miller's has what you want.

Have bought many items throughout the years and am always satisfied. Can't tell you how many repairs I've had from grandbabies pulling necklaces off, a ring that was cut from finger due to a bee sting, sizing my mother's ring to fit me, and so many more. They always take care of me! Great service and good pricing for purchase or repair.

For my 30th anniversary I went to Miller's to find me and my wife Mary gold bands as a surprise to her for us to renu our vows to each other. Miller's is the only jewelry store that I do business with. They are always very friendly and they go out of their way to help their customers. We have been going to this store since we moved here many years ago. They have the best selection of jewlery I have ever seen. The also do great repairs on jewlery and they are always quick with this service. I highly recommend going to this small town store before going to one of the big box stores.

I am never going back. I have tried multiple times to order a wedding band and they have been closed every time I try to go in. The 1st time I was running a little late they said they would stay open by the time I got there they were closed. The 2nd time I went long before they closed was told to come back because they were busy and then I came back in 30 minutes and they were closed again. They must not want my business so I am not going back.

Miller's Jewelry Inc. proved to be incompetent in sizing a ring from a 6.5 to a 7. Sheri, the manager, was argumentative and ultimately not capable of satisfactorily resolving the issue. I would not have a ring sized at Miller's Jewelry Inc. again.
