Who doesn't love Kohls. I got a king size set of sheets 104.00 for 20.00 with all my discounts. I bought a mickey snow globe for 12.00 and a soft leather change purse for 10.00! Phenomenal prices, staff is alway's helpful. A+

Really nice store. Friendly Associates. Not a Flagship type store, easy to get around, not distracting. Great deals. Be watchful of receipts. Sometimes coupons not fully taken and then you have to decide to follow thru or not.

Terrible management!! Would not sell Under Armour shoes at online price. Even showed the online price that was on my phone and several of their associates saw it but by the time the managers got involved the sale “sold out”. One of their shoe area managers even said…..”you should buy online when you see those sale events” so much for buying locally! Thanks for nothing Kohls Greenfield!

This Kohl's no longer carries anything in Petites - I'm 4'11" and was told I could shop online or go to one of the bigger Kohl's in Indianapolis! Ridiculous..

They have hiring signs are asking for help but they don’t want to hire anyone for Weeknd’s I hear lot of people saying they turn them down take ur sign down if you don’t want the good help

I have been in a few Kohl's store in Indianapolis they were all right but I would not give him a five star rating.The staff at this Kohl's is very nice and helpful good job

This tiny little kohls is hit and miss. The clearance is not always marked but having the ability to scan on the app led me to some great deals. The staff could use a lesson in customer service... I'm sure they have enough down time to gossip and talk amongst themselves that they don't need to waste customers time by standing around talking worried about where their Starbucks drink is and the older staff should realize they are not 17 and don't need to act like they are to fit in. They seemed to be doing a bit of reorganizing so I'm hoping for the best as it's what we've got in town but I'd much rather travel 15 more minutes to go to a store with a better selection and better service.

This is a smaller store, however, if they don't have it you can order online and pick up there. The CS associates are courteous, and efficient. It's closer than going anywhere else. I like Greenfield, this is a booming town..

This is a small Kohl's and doesn't have as much in it as other locations. However, the employees are helpful and friendly. I can usually find what I need. Even during the holiday season, everyone is smiling which in retail is a plus.

I came here to get a silk pillow case for my daughter to keep her hair from getting tangled. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had some in stock. They were priced relatively high, but everything is typically on sale and I got them for 25% off. This store is very clean, well stuffed and well stocked. It's a great addition to the retail in this small town.

I was there to purchase a white dress short for my husband. I don't have time to order online as it is needed for a funeral tomorrow. To my surprise there were were no white dress shirts for men in the store. There were barely any dress shirts at all.

Decent selection. If you happen to play into the coupon, discount days, and other sales gimmicks, then not bad....if you can find something in your size. Anything in L or XL men's it's like they only get one or two of each item. But no worries, now that you took the time to get in your car and drive to the store to shop, you can go home and order it online. This store is most useful as a free Amazon return hub.

This particular Kohl’s is a smaller establishment.I generally shop here because I am with my wife, who loves shopping at Kohl’s.What can I say?! If you are a bargain hunter, like my wife is, then this is a great place to shop. However, if you just go in to buy, this can be a pretty expensive place.I keep trying to convince myself that the Cole’s cash is just a scam to get us to come back and shop some more, and yet, my wife comes out of there with some great outfits and has not taken our bank account too far down. I have to say, this is not a bad store.

My local Greenfield store was helpful finding me another store that had the shoe size I needed to be able have their other store close by hold them for me while i drove over to exchange for the right size. Thank you customer service!!Was also in weeks later to return online order that was wrong size. Was quick & easy at Customer Service.

My only dislike for this store is it is so small. This location is always clean and organized and the employees are always super nice and helpful. They make purchases and returns easy and the dressing rooms are super clean and nice sized. I also love that their clearance is always easy to find and priced correctly unlike a lot of the other locations.

Very clean and organized. Doesn't have as much as a full size Kohl's but still a decent selection. Plenty of changing rooms. The staff has always been helpful when I go in. There is sometimes a long line but usually it goes pretty fast.

The men's department is very small, not much for dress clothes. The CSRs were very friendly and did a great job.

It's nice for a quick stop and shop, without having to leave town. The products are of good quality and the store usually have a variety of sales running throughout the week. It seems like they don't carry as much of certain items as most other Kohl's locations, but the fact that I don't have to leave town to shop here trumps that.
