You’re greeted as soon as you walk in the door and there is always someone waiting to help you find anything you need. They have a lot for such a small store but lots of inventory. They are the only place here in Greenfield that carries the hard-to-find filters I need for my A/C.

Went to Ace to get keys made. They showed me to the household department and I was greeted very nicely by the gentleman who would make my keys. He asked what kind of keys I needed and then went to work and quickly mafe my keys. This store was very clean and stocked well. I did not have to fight my way down the aisles. The cashier was very knowledgeable and friendly. They rang my purchase up and took my money and smiled all the while. As they gave me my change I was invited back anytime. All in all this was a good experience and I recommend this Ace Hardware to anyone who has the need to shop there.

Wasn't finding what I was looking for on a Saturday morning but the gentleman working the helpful hub could see I needed some assistance. He helped me find the exact items I needed for work! Very thankful for the customer service.

Plenty of employees that knew exactly where things were located in the store, starting with the associate at the register by the front door. I had 3 other associated approach me and offer assistance.Greatly appreciate the help since I was in a new store and needed some simple items quickly.Located in the former Marsh store in Greenfield, Indiana.

A great run in and get what you need hardware store. It's not a megastore that takes 10 mins to get from one end to the next haha. Their rewards are decent too.
