Total rip off over priced, junk all the decent stuff is sold at goodwill online . 4.99 for books, many of the are that price. This is no longer for people who can't afford new items, it's not for the people in need. Some executives are getting rich off goodwill while taking advantage of the needy.

Clothing is displayed in sized locations, but staff doesn’t put clothes in right locations. If you want size large, you will find sm, m, xl, or 3x in large location. 75% of every size is not put in the correct location. They need to train staff how to read location tags and put clothes in proper place.

Although I DESPISE handcuff county, this goodwill store was very nice. Clean, fully stocked shelves and racks, and decent prices for the richest county around 😆

So they do you not clean the clothes they get they only use Febreze. And no one will help you with furniture when you need it and the two women mangers are very mean I got bullied by one of them and the main boss didn’t do anything about all she said was ok don’t care.

Don’t shop here unless you want your money stolen. They will tell you there is no dressing room but you can return the items within 14 days, just to hand you a gift card when you try to return the items THE SAME DAY. I work retail and I get “policies” but same day transactions when you were told you couldn’t try on the items, should be honored with money back. Disgusting display of business.

Wish I could give them ZERO stars they had a runner rug for $40 with stains all over it for $40 told the manager and she wouldn’t come down from the price. I ended up walking out without buying a single thing. I had a cart full. They will no longer have my business. That manager needs fired because that is absolutely ridiculous!

Love this Goodwill store. I drive from Indianapolis to Greenfield. The people are so helpful and nice. Second review: I still drive from Indianapolis to Greenfield because I love this store! They are still awesome!

y’all don’t know how to answer a damn phone and the ai jus repeats the exact same thing every 5 seconds so it’s gets really annoying and frustrating when you sit on the phone waiting for someone to answer for legit 10+ minutes. and then not to mention they still don’t answer it. they just answer then hang up before saying anything😭💀.

This place is a lost cause... the only decent employee who works there is Eden and the management team there is absolutely not management material and everyone knows it. I wish Greenfield Goodwill wasn't such a joke... OH! &Adult toy cleaner allowed on the shelves and other items... this store is trash and so are the people running it. Go to Noblesville where the people are decent and the store isn't a ghetto.

Goodwill is making big changes and not for the better. Prices rising and no more sales or discounts or vip discounts. No more senior citizens Wednesday. I use to go into a goodwill and leave with a cartful. Now 1 or 2 items. I love the garage sale that never ends. These apparently ended it. Also they always jam the shelfs of wall art so full you can't see any of it. If only there was some way to display wall art in a building with huge empty walls. I'm going to call for the firing of the CEO right now.

My Dad passed away and I have been looking everywhere for a dress with no luck...the i thought maybe Goodwill...i found several that might have fit but the dressing rooms are closed..the cashier told me i could buy all and return what didn't fit...needless to say I left without anything..I also will not waste my time going into a goodwill store again

Standing in return line watching and listening this manager tell the lady as long as she has the original payment method it would go back to her card....I also have the tags attached, receipts, and my original payment method he refused to out it back on my card even though im standing here listening to him tell the lady in front of me watching him do that for a pair of shoes. Must have been because he knew her....you should practice the same return method for all customers reguardless.

Furniture is way way way overpriced. Often missing drawers in some items but not priced accordingly. They have the same furniture items for far too long, which results in no new items being put out. They can do better than this, and from what the employees and customers I've spoken with, it all seems to point to the store manager of this location. In addition to the furniture problems, they also seem to have a LOT of room on their racks for more clothes. When I came in for the first time since reopen, it was like they didn't even put any of the TWO HUNDRED PALLETS of donated items which were stuffing their store during the closure on their own shelves. Apparently they sent all that elsewhere. Again, this type of problem seems to point to the management.

Needless to say I'm not real happy with the one in Greenfield off of State road 9 was in there for over an hour and a lady that works there seen me with my grandbaby knew he had a pass seat and somehow in the last few minutes of us being there before she was getting off work close to 6:00 he must have dropped it and she knew he dropped it she picked it up and went and threw it away so needless to say I am not happy with the employees or management because management could not even apologize or see that their employee was in the wrong so I highly doubt that I will go back there for quite some time you know your employees are in the wrong and supposedly the customers always supposed to be right but yet you don't see it that way

Nice but very messy beyond the norm. Hard to view many shelved items because overloaded shelves. Items topple as you try to pick up an item of interest. Left after a quick round. Other stores much neater and better organized. Perhaps my visit followed a heavy customer flow or large sale. I did appreciate a well staffed store.

I stop by the Greencastle Goodwill whenever I'm passing through because it is one of my favorites! They organize their clothes by size, which is a huge plus. The employees are very nice & helpful. I even overheard two employees say how much they like working there.My "shopping high" was a brand new pair of Banana Republic dress pants for 99 cents!

I really used to favor this goodwill. But it has gone downhill in recent years. I understand second hand is second hand. But I'd go as far to say that over half of the items being sold are broken beyond where they should be allowed to be sold, and way too much clothing is too damaged and/or gross to be being sold. (Sorry but I picked up 5 different pairs of shorts this morning in store that had menstrual stains on them) if these items are being donated, they should not be getting put put for sale. Then also the fact that they are not doing half off 1st Saturdays "due to covid", yet will not enforce patrons or staff to wear a mask, then their point for not doing half off Saturday is essentially useless.

This used to be a popular shopping destination of mine in Greenfield. However , lately I have found many over priced items and items that have remained shelved for many months ( poor sort and swap ). I have also had issues with different priced stickers on the same item and poor customer service by cashiers when asked to help resolve the problem.

This is one of the best Goodwill stores in the Indianapolis area. The selection is incredible. You will find a lot of very gently used clothing. In some cases you will find brand new, name brand, tag still on it clothing too! Our trip today, I found two Tasso Elba tailored, French cuff dress shirts...BRAND NEW...for $4.49 each! Tasso Elba shirts are over $100 each retail! SCORE!
