Great room. Very clean. Efficient check in (appreciated that my room was already assigned and the keys were ready when we arrived). I was offered two bottles of "welcome water" at check in. Breakfast room and breakfast selection were very good and well kept and well stocked. My only issue is that I wish someone could invent a hotel room HVAC system that didn't sound like a jetliner taking off. As usual, we had to turn it off in the middle of the night in order to eliminate the noise. But, overall, I would recommend this property and stay there again.

Check in was easy. Room was great. The shower was exceptional! Very new. Great water pressure, water did not back up bc the shower had a long rectangle drain. Also, the shower controls were located to the side, so you can make your adjustments without getting wet. Also great breakfast. They had everything! Nuts, seeds craisins, APPLES, several kinds of yogurts, hard boiled eggs, lots of bread/bagel choices.

Lululemon pants missing from room.Stayed 4 nights at this hotel. When packing to leave, the pair of Lululemon pants I had worn when I arrived at the hotel weren't in my room. I was travelling alone and no one was in my room except myself and the cleaners. Front desk staff didn't seem surprised or concerned.Won't be back to this hotel.

I came into town late, not expecting to be looking for a hotel. I called and the man who answered was so polite and helpful. When I arrived, the same man checked me in and again, super personable and nice. My room was awesome, everything was super clean. The bed smelled fresh and the bathroom was fabulous. The water pressure alone was worth staying here! I checked out right at 12, but no one bothered me then either. 5/5 recommend!! It was totally worth it!!

Would highly NOT recommend! To start with, I booked a king suite for my daughters wedding and the worker at the front desk was so rude telling me there was no rooms and we would have to wait til there was one available. The king suite we had on the top floor was disgusting, you could clearly see the pillows weren’t clean and the sheets had been slept in. The bed cover had nasty brown spots and you could tell they were not cleaned properly as we are promised. We asked for them to change our room as we didn’t feel comfortable being in a dirty room and all they could offer was to change our bedding. We let it go seeing as though we were paying 150 a night. The bathrooms stunk very bad like pee and the floor was sticky around the toilet area. On top of everything going wrong, the workers ignore you if you ask for a couple extra towels or your room cleaned. Nothing in this hotel was as described. I must say the breakfast was delicious though. 1.5/10 over all!Rooms: Not clean at all. I would recommend bringing a vacuum cleaner and a mop.

The hotel staff, rooms, and amenities were all good; however, be aware that there is a $100 flat pet fee. Given that this hotel is “pet friendly”, I assumed there would be a minor fee like most other hotels ($25 at most). This fee is disclosed on the site, but when you’re driving hours on end you skimp on the road research. Although I’d stay here again if I didn’t have a pet, I most certainly would’ve picked another hotel that didn’t charge a $100 flat pet fee for my one-night stay.

The Fairfield is considered a “2-star” hotel but this place delivered. The only thing 2-star about it, is the beds that are just a liiiiiiittle more firm than a “nicer” hotel. The water pressure was MIRACULOUS. After a VERY long travel day moving cross country and some engine trouble that left us 4 hours from our next destination in the middle of the night, this Fairfield was a beacon. Shannon was the desk manager on duty and he was SO GREAT! Friendly and kind, he assured us that breakfast would be ready in time for our early departure the next day…and it was! The breakfast sandwich was delicious and the coffee was hot. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I typically don't leave negative reviews, however, I believe this is warranted. We were coming in late night just to sleep and had been looking for rooms due to a nearby convention that drove the pricing and occupancy. When we got in and were so tired, we were nicely greeted by the common areas. Once we got to our room, the door handle was coming off. Not a biggie, but that was the start that lead to a super stale smell when opening the door, 2 bath towels only, no starter amenities other than a small bar of soap, no trash bags in cans, super stinky top bed blanket (I question whether the bed linen was washed before we arrived), unswept floors, and an extremely noisy air handler that woke me up every time it went off during the night. We were so tired that we just tried to get some sleep. I am in the hospitality industry myself and understand the hard work and stressful hours that go in to it, however, this experience needed improvement. I would recommend the Holiday Inn Express next door over this complex any day.

We took our kids (4 and 2) to swim and get out of the house for a night during winter. Pool was warm and wet, that's all you need from a pool. Although we did notice that the flooring around the pool was slicker than most materials. Not sure what it was, all pools get slick, but this one was moreso. We live locally, and have been to all the hotels in the vicinity. Breakfast was decent. Excellent selection of toppings for yogurt and oatmeal. Waffle maker was exactly that. Ice maker was solid, and the beds were soft. This hotel doesn't stand out from the rest nearby, but it wasn't bad.

So accommodating to nursing mothers! Fridge in room actually freezes plus the staff helped store supply in downstairs freezer. Traveling as a nursing mom is hard, but this was by far the best and most accommodating hotel stay I have ever experienced. Not to mention the facility is very clean, newly remodeled and the breakfast buffet is great. The food is the real deal and they stock many milk-alternatives, including oat milk!

Love the staff here. Stayed one day the last 4 weeks while traveling. Desk folks could not be more welcoming and helpful. Clean well appointed rooms. Good breakfast. Coffee is better than most other hotels I have stayed.

Very clean and extremely pleasant staff!! We checked in late after traveling all day and Shannon, the gentleman working the front desk, was extremely friendly and so helpful! We appreciated his smile and kindness and the exceptional room after a long day on the road, so much so that we sought out a Fairfield Inn every night after while on our trip and were not disappointed at any of them! I highly recommend this hotel! Shannon who worked the evening of 10-26-21 deserves a bonus and recognition for being so kind!

Great service here. Newish hotel so super clean and nice. Rooms nice too. You can plug in your own fire stick to watch your own TV too. Emily deserves a medal, she was doing all sorts of jobs around the hotel every time I went through the ground floor. Great employee.

I'm a travel nurse and chose to stay here at Fairfield Inn and Suites in Greenfield, IN. I stayed 4 nights, the week of Feb. 1st through the 5th. It starts off with checking in and I requested the 3rd floor. I was told sorry there are no 3rd floor rooms. I later go down to buy a snack and 2 separate men check in and they were asked did they have a floor preference. Then there was a bus load of basketball players, they slammed doors, played loud music, beat on our door at midnight and at 2am we was called. Mind you I work 7a to 7p. The hotel stay seemed not to care while people are paying 170 a night. I am very upset with my treatment here, I have decided the remainder of my contract to rent an airbnb.

I was looking forward to staying at this hotel for a 1-day work trip. I booked my flights and hotel room just a few days prior but found out the day before check-in of a major snowstorm (up to 10-18 inches in the area per Accuweather), and notifications from the airline of likely flight delays/cancellations. I did not have a flexible schedule, so I had to cancel my flights and trip. Despite my explanation to Fairfield Inn staff and manager of my unsafe/impossible travel, the hotel still decided to charge me a big cancellation fee. Even though I notified them 24 hours in advance. Even if they have a 48-hour cancellation policy the right thing to do would be to waive the cancellation fee considering the crazy snowstorm circumstances. But they instead decided for a quick cash grab. Readers: The Hampton Inn next door has great reviews and likely a more accommodating staff. I will stay there when I rebook my work trip in a couple weeks.

Very clean, modern hotel. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Awesome shower! Tasty healthy breakfast with a variety options. Cool fire place outside for nice ambiance.Friendly staff. My only complaint was that there was no soap provided at the sink to wash your hands. I had to keep reaching into the shower and use the liquid soap provided in the shower.Other than that, it was a great stay and hotel, highly recommend.

Very nice place to stay. Front desk staff was efficient. Cleaning personal was very nice. I interrupted her in the middle of cleaning someones room and instantly helped me with my request. Nice to get out of the city as well. I love Indy, but it can get a little loud at times.

It's a very nice hotel. The lobby has a place to sit down and wait or rest and chill. The rooms were great. They have a closet in the room. This place definitely deserves the good ratings. AND OH THE FOOD. BOI THE FOOD.😭 BREAKFAST THEY HAD CHOCOLATE CHIP SCONES. They were super delicious. But THE O J!! WAS SO SO GOOD. IT TASTED FRICKEN FRESH. LIKE HOW?! It was not too sweet or acidic like some orange juice. 10/10!! They had lots of other breakfast options as well.
