Store always seems a little disorganized and understaffed. Not a terrible experience but definitely could be better. Times in the past went there and was closed before the posted closing time. Frustrating especially since I drove out of my way to that particular store.

first Dollar General I've been to that the store is clean and free of excess clutter that makes it hard to move around. AND first one where the employees actually asked if I needed help finding anything and were friendly.

We frequent this location for certain household items when we don't need a full grocery store trip. Great place for cleaning supplies, paper goods, etc. And they carry really cute home decor items, curtains, even little rugs. I am always impressed with the cleanliness of this store and they're always well organized. Staff is friendly.

This used to be a decent store. Now, the staff is extremely rude. Especially the younger woman with the short black hair. She literally ignored me while ringing up my items and didn't respond at all when I thanked her at the end of the transaction. The store is dirty, has a musty odor and you can mostly find the staff having personal conversations at the register while pretty much ignoring the people in their line.

Store was a mess. They need help. Where restocking. Nice. Quick check out. But didn't check the leaking cleaner do it was all over the bag when I got home & my new bra. Isles cleared. Ready to restock. Could get thru. Finally found a ironing board cover to fit my old ironing board. Needed blank cards. Located odoban disinfectant.

Under staffed. Lines to pay, employees on their cell phones. Yelling, the isle r one cart at a time, the doors don't work. Some isle stock is piled high so u can't even walk down the isle. The people that sits by LA Fitness r nice but the one across the street on the south side, if that same manager is there, heavy set black lady is evil, just plain mean to shoppers...the store in Greenfield is the best store n our area that is nice and not clustered all over. The employees r super nice.

Well stocked, clean. Lines can get long though. That seems true of all dollar generals though. Lots of parking. Its hard to tell its there from the road if you're not using maps bc its a part of a strip mall but other than that 👍

Closes an hour early often and always has a long line and 1 register open. Other lady just today was sitting in the back playing on her phone and last time 2 employees were out front smoking instead of working the register with a line of 8+people. But they are always nice except for the one in the back sitting and playing on her phone looked at me and didnt answer my question but its clean!! Normally go elsewhere

This DG is ok. The older one in town, in a local strip mall. Not the cleanest, not the most unorganized, just middle of road as far as DG's are concerned. Good place to stop if it's on the way and you just need to grab something quick. Not the one in town to go shopping in. The staff tries to keep it nice, but the clientele doesn't help. I'll give 3.5 stars because the staff at least tries.

The cashier was really nice i was buying some nail glue and she told me wich worked the best. The place was empty and had a lot of stuff and i love the clearance section.

Manager didn't know how to use digital coupons on the register. Overpaid four dollars. I was upset about it, so I returned the products. It took two people to figure out how to refund my money!!! Needless to say, I will not be returning to that store!! 👎

If you shop at DG, you will find a mixed message. Depending on the time of day, the location, the management, etc, you just can't consistently conclude a review. There are 3 Dg'stores within 5 miles of our location. You would never know that these are the same company. As a former small business owner, I would highly recommend you to concentrate on no more opening new locations, and keep the ones you have open

It's a nice enough store. I don't give 5 stars, but l have had no complaints with the Greenfield store. Nice people, laid out well, room to shop. Anything beats Fortville store!

Not sure who is responsible for the ordering of merchandise when it's out, buy whoever it is, is slacking big time!! Several times I come to this location because it's conveniently located next to my house and they are always out of the same stuff. Anyways just being honest...

This place needs to widen there isles. They bring there stock out and leave it in the isles makes it difficult to maneuver around. Prices are great but not worth the hassle. But I always go back. Store needs cleaning.

Horrible staff and customer service. A "manager" once sold me a broken chair and then refused to let me return it because there was a minute left until close. I filed a complaint with corporate on him and got my money back and another chair. He is still working there. A tall male with brown hair.

The worst customer service n e time of day I always spend 10 minutes waiting to check out and in the evening I still get to wait but only after being greeted with what time it is and that I need to hurry up by the person waiting at the door tryi g to lock it as early as possible. I only go in at 20 till to get a bag of chips and jerky for my third shift job.

You can get some cleaning items cheaper than Walmart or Kroger. Glad to get fingernail polish for $1.00 still. Easy in and out of parking lot.

All the people besides one rude lady are wonderful here, they are very helpful and friendly. The store is clean and well organized.
