Went through drive through on a Sunday afternoon. They were out of diet soda. Our order was repeated back to us and still they got it wrong. We ordered onion rings and got fries instead. We asked for ketchup, mustard, salt & relish in the bag. He acknowledged this request but none of it was in the bag. This place is a joke and we’ll never go there again.

4/5 times I visit this location, they do not serve the blizzard upside down when handing it out the window.. I don't like complaining, so I never say anything, but I thought this was something they was supposed to do or your next one was free? Am I wrong? I am hooked on the cheesecake blizzard, my kids and I go weekly, sometimes twice a week, and I am unable to use the" rewards" feature on my account. They said they don't have a scanner, so that sucks, I'm missing out on the points program. This location is the only one near, so I guess I just don't get to participate.

Food tasted fine. I was the only person in line and had a long wait. Ordered only one combo but by time I got it 4 other cars had lined up behind me. Wasn’t happy how the food was all crammed in one box. I ordered bbq chicken tenders. Fries were dumped upside down on the bbq chicken tenders and the silverware was in the box setting next to bbq chicken tenders so sauce getting all over the silverware and fries and toast. I took pic of how it came.

Ok, 5 stars for a DQ that is also a gas station... it should go without saying we're only grading on that portion of the curve. First time at this location in 5-6 years this afternoon. I'd been out in the sun for a while, saw a short line and thought I'd grab a blizzard from the drive thru. They appeared to be understaffed or experiencing some kind of issue in the kitchen, but the young lady who took my drive thru order apologized and was quite friendly. And the young lady at the window was also very friendly, apologizing and then told me my blizzard was paid for. I'm not entirely sure why. Whatever the case, I thought both of those ladies made an adverse situation a lot more pleasant, and that's the kind of thing that will have me coming back to this location again much sooner. I'll always support a business that hires good, friendly people.

Went through the drive up and ordered a large blizzard. When I got to the window there were three people standing around talking and only one getting the ice creams made. When I received mine it was already half melted and when I got home to "enjoy" it, I found all the mixens were at the top and gone in three bites. Expected a better quality for $7.

One star because the guys that work here instead of working as a team they wanna argue and be mean to this woman who needed help making ice cream. Honestly I really don't know who's all the names they are but I could see a tag that said Russell so I really think that maybe he should be more respectful when there's customers around and say how he feels when he's not around people. Team work makes the dream work!

Drivethru was incredibly long but on a close too 90 degree day that's well expected. Asked for a simple order (strawberry sundae) got up there and it was already made and the amount of strawberries and flavoring was more than my expectations! Keep up the amazing work!

Great food and ice cream of course. Burger seemed a little dry last time I was there but the chicken is always wonderful. Definitely kid friendly and parking is usually okay but drive thru is mostly busy

Chicken tenders reminded of the off brand ones in the frozen food section at the grocery store. They didn't have or(make) any gravy, which was the whole point in me getting the basket. I was in the mood for a burger, but I struck out there too. They must have changed the menu due to supply chain issues, because they didn't have the one I ordered the last time. I can understand that, its a sign of the times.. But the quality was insufficient, and service was poor. This is the last time ill be ordering food from Dairy Queen. Guess it's too complicated for an ice cream place to make something other than ice cream.

Inside dining remodel forced us through the drive thru to order a cake. I called the order in and it was ready at the window. Was it the prettiest, no, but I definitely didn't give them enough time. I'm good with it, just know, make sure you call ahead.

Line was super long and took us 25 minutes to get food 😳 then my chicken basket was almost 12 dollars when I upgraded my drink to a medium blizzard. I have never had to pay 12 dollars for that before and I have gotten the same exact thing. Cheese curds while great are stupid expensive. I don't think I'll be going back to DQ unless it's to get like mini blizzards or shakes or just ice cream the food is also stupidly expensive.

Food is good almost always. Staff is hit or miss. Sometimes they're really nice, but no one has ever went out of their way to make the experience phenomenal. You'll normally be waiting at least 5 mins on food or any kind of ice cream which I don't mind at all. Especially if you're ordering for more than 1.. Flurries, shakes, or any kind of ice cream is ALWAYS great!

This place was on point.Pulled up in the drive through...Ordered my food.It was out very quickly.Everything tasted great.All of it seems fresh to me.Even the toast was on point.I plan to be back.The only reason why I'm not giving this restaurant 5 starts is because i was going to order a small vanilla ice cream cone...Until i realized that it was priced $2.45 cents.That's just too much for a small cone if you ask me.

Unfortunately, not our best DQ experience. Went in to get food to go. It took exactly 30 minutes from the time we walked in the door until we had our food and could walk back out. There were only 2 customers in line in front of us, so it's not that it was terribly busy. I think I counted 7 employees working, so it's not that they were short staffed. Food itself was fine.
