I have been to many CVS pharmacies over the years. This one by far is the worst! It does not take 8-10 hours to fill a prescription.I sat in the store and I heard the girl tell three different people, we have the prescription. It will be 45 minutes. That is what I was told, also. They told a guy he owed money but he was on Medicaid and Medicare. Had been for months. Several people said they don’t like coming here. Every time I have had to come here it has taken hours to get my prescription. I will have my current prescriptions transferred to different store.

They either need to have a meeting with all of their employees and make sure that whoever works there. The first question interviewing a person should be. Can you work under stress if not, that person needs to be not hired? Everyone is high-strung around this place. They're confused. They're packed. They don't have enough help and they actually do not have any kind of nice personality. There's only 1 person that is kind.And that is Jeff the pharmacy.I advise taking your business elsewhere even if you have to take a drive and remember there's Another place that would love to get business next door and I say this with the bottom of my heart.If you employees cannot treat your customers, kindly you don't need to work there.And I sincerely mean this truly god bless you all

Everything about this CVS is great except for the pharmacy at times. There have been many times that we've had to call them to fill our medications despite there being an online order. The worst part is rarely being able to get someone to answer the phone. That leaves only one option... drive there, let them know you have a refill or an order that was put in & stand around & wait for however long it takes for them to fill it & hope they aren't busy.

It's a nice big store & chances are if you need something they have it. Their pharmacy is 24/7, but you have a better chance of talking to them by driving there because they don't answer their phone. They also don't fill your prescriptions unless you call them/or go there (which is what we do) and tell them that we need them filled - and we even use the app and send our refills over that way. You should never have to drive to a pharmacy & ask them to fill your prescriptions a monthly basis.

Pharmacy closed on me 2x when I was next in line in drive through. Random hours of operation. Never have meds in stock and always excuses to why they can’t have meds filled on time. Still has script unfilled even though I was told it would be ready in 30 mins. After 30 mins again told to come back. Week later it’s still not filled. They do not answer the phone. Called front desk asked if anyone even working in pharmacy. Was told yes but no manager on duty to complain to.They do not care if you die waiting on anything. Waiting on response from corporate however I expect nothing will be done considering all these reviews show they don’t care and haven’t remedied the problems.

If you need your prescriptions filled within two weeks, this is not the pharmacy you want. Had to cancel surgery because they couldn't get around to filling the pre-op prescriptions with 10 days lead time. This is typical at this location. And they don't answer the phone, ever. If you need status on your prescriptions, you have to drive into town and stand in line. Worst pharmacy ever.

Awful pharmacy. Only way to ever get your script faster than waiting 5 days is to call them and sit on hold for upwards of 45 minutes. Rude staff on the phone. Constantly waiting and they completely disregard patient health. No customer service at all. Switched to Medicap for me and my kids and much happier.

The employees are great, but this locations pharmacy is so busy it's better to use Walgreens. I just tried to check on 2 prescriptions my doc called in 3 days ago, still haven't been told if they are ready? I tried getting them on the phone several times and after 38 minutes on hold this last time... I just gave up! Use Walgreens, or a different CVS?

This pharmacy has got to be the absolute WORST, I’m done being patient with their “lack of customer service” I sat in their drive thru to pick up my script for, at minimum, 10 mins. I was the only car left in line, I pull up to the window only to see the cover come down in my face & recording saying they’re closed for lunch? Seriously? It was 1:30pm. I read their sign on the window that said they close at 2pm for lunch. What an absolute joke! Training always says to finish taking care of the customers in line first. This place needs a new manager, I cannot believe they’re even still open. I would never recommend this place to anyone. My scripts & anything else I need will go elsewhere

The lackluster and incompetent service this pharmacy provides this community is ludacris to say the least. They can never fill prescriptions in a timely manner. If management can't figure out why they can't make their customers happy then they need to move on.Day before: Call automated line to fill a regular prescription. Says it will be ready the next day at 5am.Next Day at 1130am: Drive through employee says its still being processed. I stated the the line said it would be done at 5am. I was advised that the automated line doesn't match what goes on in the pharmacy. So why even tell people that then? Heaven forbid someone actually needs an important prescription. She said she could have it done in 20 minutes if I wanted to wait. So you couldn't have it done in the allotted time but you can magically have it done in 20 minutes?This place is unreal and management/corporate need to get their heads out.of the sand and see what the community is saying about this place.

Terrible pharmacy staff. Was told by a pharmacy tech that I was being rude to her because I couldn’t understand what she was saying and had to ask her to repeat what she was saying. When I reported to the ‘manager’ she acted shocked yet she was within ear shot of the entire conversation. I guess she couldn’t hear her employees mumbling either.Just stopped by to pick up a prescription and the drive thru is closed. I guess they don’t care about people’s health either since Covid is coming back as well as RSV, or maybe that’s all part of their money making scheme. Will be transferring all of my prescriptions away from this place since it’s evident their management and those in corporate could care less!

Totally disgusted ! Not only on hold 45 min., but then hung up on me without saying a word. Staff to busy on personal phones and make nasty remarks about customers. Truly sad !!!!. I wouldn't ever recommend CVS Greenfield Indiana to anyone. And if you need emergency care meds WON'T HAPPEN. 4 days 22 hours finly answered, Tech says WHAT YOU WANT? This time I hung up on her. Enough is Enough!!!!

Was notified at 215 pm prescription ready. Show up at 804 pm. Wait in line for 5 customers , and then get told it would be 1 and 1/2 hours if they expedite it. Very poor customer service! Plus drive thru is also closed. Why does cvs text you they are ready, but they are not?

Very disappointed with the Greenfield location. My dentist sent in a request today (Monday) for a painkiller and antibiotic at 11:30. Got a text that it would be ready at 12:58 today. Waited till almost 2:00 to go pick it up only to be told that it isn't ready. Pharmacy tech said it would be another 30 min or so. She said they just got back from lunch and are way behind. So I drove back home to wait. Keep in mind that I have been in extreme pain since Saturday. Never heard back from them so I called the automated line and was told the antibiotics are ready but the painkiller won't be ready till WEDNESDAY! So, instead of them telling me that they didn't have it in stock, they let me sit here all day in pain! My dentist cancelled and ordered it from next door at Walgreens. I won't be giving any more business to CVS. Very unprofessional! I am also sending a nice long letter to Corporate about this location. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT CVS!

Have a serious infection, Dr. called in the prescription at noon, CVS texted me back said it would be ready at 2:30pm on Monday. Now it's 1:30 p.m. the next day and still have not heard back.Nice people but they suck as a RELIABLE pharmacy.

Go to another pharmacy!! Unless you want to have to call to get them filled and wait on hold for 40+ minutes even when either the doctor calls them in or you initiate the refill online. Every time my prescriptions are put on hold or say in progress for days. The staff is rude and the pharmacist who runs things (Kristen) should maybe not have a job or needs significant help managing her staff. Was told if I have a complaint to call 1800shopcvs but oh …they are closed. Even the staff thought they were 24 hrs. They say they are weeks behind and no one wants to work. I’m a hospitality manager and can understand this to a point as getting staff isn't as easy as it used to be, however my guess is they can’t keep staff either seeing how they are treating their external guests; they probably aren’t treating their internal guests any better. I will be choosing a different pharmacy moving forward!

When you tell a customer 25 minutes and they wait 1.5 hours, that bodes poorly for common stock shareholders. I recommend you sell.

The pharmacist and/pharmacy system keep inactivating my prescriptions a couple months after I have renewed them. They are the LEAST helpful people.Updating 4 years later - These employees are very slow and are horrible at their jobs. They really need to hire more competent employees.

They actually deserve a negative star rating! Horrible, just horrible!! Awful wait times and horrible service! Have been waiting 2 days for medicine that I need! Glad to know they are ok with affecting the health and well being of their customers. Will definitely be switching pharmacies!!

I just moved into the surrounding area and I have only dealt with this CVS for 4 months now. I can truly say I'm not impressed. By the reviews a lot of other people aren't either. Some of the staff are more concerned about sitting around laughing and talking, the pharmacy line is always going off about the pharmacy calls waiting to be listened to. Only the pharmacist can answer that line and fill certain prescriptions like narcotics. God knows they are in no absolute hurry, nothing is ever ready when they say it will be, I have literally sat in the pharmacy and waited for hours for 1 prescription.

Drive thru pharmacy line is always long and very slow to go through. Came to pick up a prescription, sat in line for 20 minutes, was told it wasn't ready, left and got a text about 10 minutes later that it was. Absolutely ridiculous! It was an allergy prescription, nothing complicated.

Same issue with the pharmacy as everyone else. Call it in the day before says its ready. Go in the store wait in line on lunch. Its not ready going to be 20 minutes..hour later. No lunch, late to work. Garbage pharmacy.

If I could do zero stars u would. The pharmacy never answers their phones. Always waiting for day to have my medicine refilled everytime. Even when my doctors call them in. How can a pharmacy be so backed up. Oh wait because it seems to me they Pick and choose who to refill

Came to get a prescription that was already sent the previous day. Waited 20 minutes in line for them to tell me it will be ready in 30-40 minutes. Went to run another errand, which took me about 45 minutes and when I came back they still had nothing for me. Ended up having to wait another 30 minutes in store.

Well I used to think greenfields cvs was better but it is just as bad as new castles. Incompetent and rude. Mathias especially. He had the ability to allow me to pay cash for my rx so that i wouldn't go without. Until they could figure out insurance or whatever. He chose not to. So now I will be exhausting all of my resources to ensure this treatment doesn't happen to anyone else who is not supposed to miss a dose or abruptly stop taking. It wasn't early. It was an insurance issue which again. He had the authority to override and chose not to. Hopefully he or no other pharmacist ever finds themselves in a situation to need medication and a pharmacist hold it hostage. Shame on you all
