The lady with the blondeish hair and glasses is my absolute favorite cashier! She works the overnight hours. She’s always so nice and the store is always stocked and clean when I go in there! I’m able to get everything I need!

Customer service has been lost. The kiosk is p aren'tointless if someone has to be there so sell cigarettes and alcohol. That being said the person should pay attention when someone is trying to get these things and ring these products up. The kiosk should be for people who wanna pre pay for gas and purchase non age restricted items. It makes no sense to have someone there who refuses to pay attention to people and gets huffy when they have to do their job. It's not our fault that you're campers hate their life and job.

Wish i could give the gas station & staff the credit it deserves but the woman who usually works the front register with short gray hair and glasses is unfriendly and would rather refer people to the self scan and get annoyed when needing anything behind the counter. Y’all need to do better.

you leave your fuel price sign on & the pumps are all closed, for whatever reason.. a customer pulls in only to find they've wasted their time.. it was that way for at least 2 weeks & not the 1st time! Now, you have those stupid kiosks.. You don't want employees, you don't care about your customers keep your fuel

Oh my customer service here at this establishment is what you would call discrimination and POOR! Well a little flamboyant unattractive short scrawny guy with eye glasses on was working tonight and my wife and I had came into the store to play some lottery and we both gave this cashier guy our phones to scan our lottery. Well I went first and he scanned my lottery and gave me my lottery numbers right away. And once I was done my wife went next and I notice that the cashier held on to her lottery really really tight and would not let go. And little do this man know is that my wife is very well off. So I said all that to say hire good friendly people to work in your store. Not miserable unhappy irritable people that do not like his job. AND REMEMBER DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER READ IT FIRST.

Very disappointing only a few of the pumps have all of their buttons. Quite a few of the pumps have bags over them saying out of order. This is not the first time that I've gone there and had this problem you think they would have fixed it by now.

The last three times I stopped for gas, their pumps were not working when you try to use credit card. The tap to pay and the chip reader do not work. It just cancels the transaction. I told the employee, she said they know. They haven't been working since it started getting cold. So I guess they're not going to get it fixed. 🤷‍♂️

Terrible station. Their pumps are faulty, was filling up and it didn't stop pumping so it dumped a bunch of gas outside the car that ended up costing me twice as much as I would usually pay. I asked the people inside and they were so rude about it and provided zero help. Would not recommend.

Air pump station was useless. The buttons were so damaged that the max pressure couldn’t be increased. I left with as much air in my tires as when I arrived.

This is actually miraculous that I rated Circle K with 5 stars. You see, I’ve never been a fan really. Always went to Speedway or somewhere else. But we moved behind the Kohl’s and Circle K was not only conveniently located just feet away, it was also on the same side of State Road 9 and wasn’t a risky game of Frogger to take a walk for a drink.I’m giving this location 5 stars because of the PEOPLE. The lovely woman with the east coast accent, the man who worked nights who always kept good conversation about upcoming movies and tv shows and wore a fun dog mask during covid, Ross who always gives us a jokingly hard time, the guy who tried to help me find bait worms during a last minute fishing panic, and JOHNATHAN who always goes out of his way to say hello and peek his head around the cash register to make sure we are okay and taken care of.So many times people go under the radar and unappreciated and I hope that these individuals know how much I appreciate the work they do every day. I actually went to a Circle K this summer while on vacation. That should speak to the volumes of love I have for my local station!Thanks again to all of you!

I waited in line for 5 minutes to get gas for the cashier to tell me they only had premium so I said you guys need to put a sign up or something to let customers like myself know

Right now I’m sitting outside of the Circle K on a Monday just got finished using their bathroom. It was horrible and filthy literally feces spread around looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Also outside of the bathroom the garbage cans are overflowing and there’s big bags of garbage everywhere. This is Greenfield this is a nice town having a place like this is unacceptable. I tried calling the main office number that was listed and the operator said it was disconnected. Sad business practices as well as management obviously.

First off I thought this was a Shell not a Circle K only. Outrageous prices on Dry Goods. Toilet paper was $3 more at the register, just crazy. Can't speak to the food, service was meh.
