Inventory seemed well-stocked and orderly. There was some packaging laying around the sofa/chair area probably should have been moved out. Other than that, the store seemed fairly clean.

The prices are way to high now. It makes going to Big Lots not worth it. Menards for Xmas decor is half the price. The cheapest pair of Slippers was $15 & that was it. The Big Lots I know would never charge that much. Their clearance slippers were still $15. Get the prices lower. Tons of customers in the store were leaving cause of the prices.

I don't go there very often because they do not have the handicap scooters & the stores are pretty big, so it might be difficult for ome. They have nice things. This was the second time l made a large purchase of bedding from them. Lots of high-end brand names at really great prices. Check it out.

I absolutely LOVE Big Lots. Years ago, I remember it being more of store that carried overstock/discontinued items. Not anymore tho. They have lines they carry that I find to b very good quality. The furniture/ home decor areas are my favorite... Very nice, well made, original items. I do think they can be slightly pricey tho at times. Its also been my go-to place for Bluetooth speakers, power packs, etc and they have always outlasted ones bought from anywhere else. I can always find cool stuff there I dont see elsewhere and I like that. I will ALWAYS recommended Big Lots!!!

I really enjoy big lots. I love their home decor, and it's a really good place to look for gifts when you're not sure what to get someone. I run into the coolest finds here. My ONLY reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the staff is really impersonal, sometimes borderline rude for no reason. But that doesn't stop me from continuing to shop there.

We went shopping Sunday for a sectional. Went to Big Lots first. We found one we liked but was not in stock. We were told we could be put on a waiting list with 10 percent down. Most places have wait times of month or more for furniture. I asked if we would get money back if we found something else they said of course it's our fault it's not in stock. So we found something else that was actually in stock. I went to get money back and was charged a 5.00 cancellation fee. If I had known that I would've just looked around more without putting my name on their waiting list. Not happy at all about that!!! It's not alot of money but let us know we will be charged 5.00 for cancelling!!

Store's employee's are always kind and the store is always clean. Best place to buy your paper goods trash bags and pet supplies. They have all there Christmas stuff out took a walk through to get ideas what I want. Price's are awesome. Won't go anywhere else to get my paper supplies been getting them here for year's. Plus prices good for everything there too.

I love going to this Big Lots!!! They've remodeled and certain aisles are still being stocked and seem to have a ton more name brand items then before but still at a great budget friendly price. And their rewards program is awesome!!

It's a nice store overall, but they advertise a lot of items they don't have. We went in to look at furniture. We found a dining set, a bed, and a kitchen island that we liked at great prices. Would have purchased them all but none of them were in stock at that store or at any stores nearby. If you don't have it in stock and have no idea when it will be, you shouldn't be showing it in the sales floor... or you should at least be able to buy the floor model. We were very disappointed.

Very patient and helpful! Unfortunately I was one of those customers you hate... Come in at 15 till close browse 13 1/2 minutes on stuff you wasn't there for and have enough nerve to come to the counter put your things you didn't need up there and remember what you actually came for and need directions to the isle.. Wish I said never mind when I realized I was being THAT customer... Lol

Big Lots has done a great job handling the pandemic. I feel generally safe shopping here. Employees are properly masked and customers are encouraged to social distance and required to wear masks. Store is neat, clean and well stocked.

It's okay. The prices aren't as great as you would think since it is supposed to be overstocks and buy outs from other stores. Their prices were better years ago, but something has changed over the last few years. I do find occasional deals here.

This is actually a fairly nice Big Lots, unlike others I've been in. They do their best to keep it clean. But since it is basically a clearance store that attempts to sell what other store couldn't sell, most people treat Big Lots as a junk store. This one in Greenfield gives a bit of a ray of sunshine on an otherwise dismal, gray chain store.

They still had sell prices advertised for water, and dr. Pepper, they didn't ring up that price, so we had to wait an additional 10mins just to get the price as advertised. You stay 6ft apart in line, but at checkout you are virtually right next to the other person. So what's the point.

The Big Lots is marine field is not like other Big Lots stores. It is Well organized as lots of room to walk around and browse. The people are friendly and helpful. And have a good supply of stock on hand. I would suggest if you're in the market for a great Christmas gift going to Big Lots in Greenfield.

I go there all the time. Great value on coffee for the Keurig. If you get a reward card they're always giving you coupons off your future purchase.

The BigLots store in Greenfield is great. Immaculate, huge, a variety of items that makes it almost impossible to leave without getting what you came for.
