You won’t find better service at any other head/vape shop. The staff is incredibly friendly and informative (especially the pup, when he’s in). As well as being extremely hospitable, Trog’s Cloud 9 has some of the most eclectic and stoner friendly gear, keeping up with bigger stores like 20 past 4. I just recently stopped in and got this sexy little mug for my mornings 😌 it’s adorable and easy to clean. I highly suggest this shop to any locals! They have Hyde and Puff Bars as well!

Always have had great service when coming into Trog's. When I walk in, I'm greeted with a welcoming "Hello!" or a warm smile, and staff always do their best to accommodate for my questions and needs. They've increased stock in the recent months as well I've noticed, and I'm more than happy with service overall. Clean store, well kept, and service to a T. 10/10 will recommend to others.

I literally couldn't ask for better place to shop for all my vape needs. They always have something new for me to try out. And never make me feel embarrassed for asking questions bout different juices or products. I send everyone to them! So glad they're so close! 5 stars isn't enough for these guys! They're amazing!

Pretty awesome prices for the "water pipes " and pretty solid quality. Beats online prices and every local store. I was acknowledged right away and the dude was respectful. I only have to mention this because I see someone was upset the sales person did not get up from the phone. Perhaps they should speak up. I am always treated well when I go in.

I don't know if the guy I spoke to was the owner, or just an employee, but he was super nice and helpful. I was wanting to Chang from the myblu I grew to know and love. He walked me through all the options and wasn't unpleasant in any way.

Small convenience store / rod side pitstop setup. Lots of product in a small space. Went in looking for a replaement metal tank for my voopoo drag x. Did not have in stock, left with a voopoo drag vm tank.

So I bought a lookah snail and I was worried about it messing up due to me have already bought a snail from lookah and it messing up she told me I could return it so the snail ended up messing up that I bought from trog I took it back to trog and she told me no you can't return it you have to take it up with lookah iv had the snail for 14 days on day 6 or 7 it started working only half the time I live about 45mins away from Greencastle so that's why I didn't return it on day 6 or7 when it started messing up buyer beware of she tells you something don't believe her she's just trying to make a saleYou told me if I had problems I could bring it back iv done got a hold of lookah they told me to take it back to you guys since I just bought it and had my recipe

Walked in, 2 guys was sitting there, wouldn't look up from their phones. Absolutely zero customer service. I was trying to find a particular flavor and he seemed more annoyed than anything. I won't be coming back.
