It's sad that they get a prescription 5 days before a day they're choosing to close & they can't have the common decency to contact the customer. Thanks for my not so happy Easter & I hope ya'll choke on a ham & yours sucks as well. This Kroger is such an amazing store, til you have to deal with the pharmacy. They ruin it for the whole store.

This store is dirty.. workers are rude !!! Today is 8/31/23 I bet I come back in a few days it’s still dirty I will definitely post an Updated picture to prove the dirtiness !!! The floors are very dirty .. the restroom look like somebody spray it with a hose and left the water.. I come so often (not to shop) I can prove and guarantee the dirtiest and the rudest people…

If I could leave no stars that would be ideal. Please don't waste your energy working at this store. The store lead doesn't run this store ,no one does. The employees that happen to have incredible work ethic are the only reason anything gets accomplished. The foods service area is sad and disappointing. There is no direction but lots of chaos. If you like being spoken down to and underappreciated this is the job for you. You may get lots of hours but you will most likely be reprimanded and possibly written up. For being expected to accomplish most of the work and customer service alone, but also working too much. When you are lucky enough to receive the help of the union you will probably face retaliation from upper management. If you are a realist you may not want to bother, only yes people are expected to show up to work here. So if you have a realistic expectation for the shift you will be working or what you will be doing each day, just toss that right out the closest window.

Make sure your meds are ready before going to store, just cuz they say it will be doesn't mean it's ready. They lie

Been a very avid shopper of Krogers. For a couple of years now. You might find good deals and have plenty of selection to choose from but the customer service is not great at all. I was spending about 1k a month in groceries @ Krogers but now I'm down to about $50 a month. Solely due to how I was treated by the employees behind the customer service desk. I didn't say anything to them to warrant their behavior. This is the second time, someone has talked down to me. It's the ones that have been there the longest too. I won't mention their names but if they wear a red vest and or work behind that counter. Possibly sporting a Disney tattoo, (hint hint) Expect an unwarranted attitude. Look if you hate your job, their are other places to work. No one deserves your mouth.

Spent an hour shopping…lots of great deals… but went to deli for chicken ( fried ) 3 ppl behind the counter, no one made eye contact… 5-7 minutes later, found a manager, he was very polite and tried to help, went back to deli, spent another 5-7 minutes.. still no contact… finally an older lady said,” I’m sorry, I only have 2 hands… you’ll have to wait, I’m behind “ I ONLY WANTED 2 pcs of your chicken.. never mind!!! This lady needs further training on how to deal with customers she was VERY RUDE !!

I hadn't been to this Kroger in 7 years, and my gosh, it's SO different from how I remember it. It's gone downhill! Not meaning to be a complainer, but I could smell the meat department through most of the store - and it wasn't a good smell 🤢 The selection is much more limited than other Krogers I've been to. Sad. I wish there were more vegetarian and vegan options for people in the area. I wish it could get better. 😭

Regular shopper at this store. Employees very nice and cashier June always professional and friendly. Gave this store a 4 because groceries not always bagged properly. Several times had bags break from too many items or sacks that needed to be double bagged. Had to return outdated cheese once and was given apology and refund.

Well, I enjoying going in there every Saturday. They always make sure my mother has her magazines. In a separate bag. And I always have someone to help me carry my groceries out. And the people there are friendly and I enjoy this store.

Nice store, friendly employees, easy in and out. The only negative I have is that the prices here seen to be a bit higher overall as compared to Kroger stores in nearby towns. For example, a gallon of milk here is $1.89 while in Brazil, 20 miles away, it's only $1.49! .. why?!? Of course it's not a lot but it just seems that they should be charging the same prices as other stores in the nearby area.

Kroger is where I shop. Never a problem except for one customer service employee, closing her register/window when customers are waiting to be helped just for her to get on her cell phone. She's rude and complains when she may have to open a lane. This isn't just one time it's every time I've had to interaction with her. The rest of the staff are always cheerful and willing to help when needed.

We go to kroger for almost all of our groceries. Today we went to get chicken for dinner... we usually pick up one fried chicken and one rotisserie. Today we picked up 2 of each, when we started to plate dinner, all of the fried chicken was dark meat! When did you guys start doing all dark meat in your fried chicken and why is there not a sign!? We won't be getting anymore fried chicken until you go back to the whole chicken!

This may be one of my favorite Kroger’s. The people here are always friendly and greet you with a smile. The store is always well organized and very clean. Employees here far exceed my expectations of service whenever I visit.

I usually stop for a few things and wind up buying more. But, the things I stop for are out of stock 50% of the time. Since the "remodel," it is dingy, warehouse looking and tries to jam new item lines in while lowering stock on others.Elimination of such things as the rack that had the soup cans in it has led to people scattering them EVERYWHERE. Very hard to scan and choose now.Kroger has a habit of sending coupons for items they have stopped carrying since the remodel! DUH!!Items in the pharmacy area marked temporarily out--for months now. Kroger clone brands. The gas points are okay if you can run low grade gas in your car. Most people don't know top tier from low grade anyway. Gas points always grab your new ones without using the prior month first. If you don't know how to correct that, they expire before you know it.Finally, the surveys. Kind of a joke. Basic statistics class manipulation. C'mon!! Do the sights, sounds and smells make me bond with the store?I don't want to LIVE there! Would I drive by other stores to shop there? Well, not if it was Whole Foods!

I never have any complaints when I leave here, as a matter of fact I usually leave quite satisfied. I know many of the workers personally and they always go out of their way to help me and make my shopping trips seem like less of a chore. I have two toddlers and oftentimes the workers will go out of their way to offer them a balloon or sticker. If I go to the Bakery/Deli they're often offered a cookie or a slice of cheese, which they love. If you compare Kroger to the local Walmart, they blow them out of the water. Kroger is way cleaner, they have better selections, (MUCH) better prices, you often get coupons when checking out, not to mention you can download Digital Coupons right to your Shoppers card. Also, if you make a purchase and forgot your coupon at home you can take your receipt and your coupon back to the assistance desk and get refunded for the coupon price. Being a mom of two and sticking to a budget this is very convenient because I tend to forget mine. Mom-Brain, right? If they are having a sale on a specific item and they run out you can get a rain check for the sale price. In comparison to other local stores, during their peak hours the shopping lines go much faster and they always have extra cashiers ready to jump in when the lines to get a little long. I would say they're Pharmacy is also the quickest (and quite possibly the friendliest) in town. One more thing I appreciate about Kroger is that they always have the electric carts charged and available. Nothing is more frustrating than when you go to take your disabled loved one with you to the store and are forced to go to another store because all of their electric carts are taken or have dead batteries (Walmart). Oh, and fuel points, need I say more? The only thing I would say they could change to improve and satisfy more customers would be implementing a Price-Matching policy. However, their rewards system and in-store sales do counter for their lack thereof.

Best produce in town. One of best Kroger I’ve shopped at. Don’t try to write a check here though. Shopped here for several years, paid by check... now I am denied, even after phone calls to bank, to Kroger check clearing company. Problem not on my end.
