Don't look in the screws, the nails, or bolts, nuts & washers for POP RIVETS!BELIEVE ME, IF I HADN'T OF ASKED FOR HELP, I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE STILL BEEN IN THE AISLE LOOKING AROUND THE SCREWS, NUTS AND BOLTS!I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE OUT OF THEM!! 😂!I needed help finding the allusive pop rivets, for some metal work, around the outside of my home, I got a small piece of plexiglass cut, 13 1/2 inches wide X 22 1/2 inches long, for a camper window! I also purchased a 75 piece car fuse assortment, it included some useful items. A fuse puller, plastic storage case, 6-24 volt tester was included with 72 fuses!I think this was a great deal, with taxes, I paid a total of $33.66, that included (3 items) everything, that I have listed above!You tell me, what do you think?? Was it a bad deal?, Or a good deal?, Or a Great deal?, Or was that just a very fantastic deal?I grew up going into this hardware store with my father! So, I really could be very biased with my opinion! But I don't think so, they are always, Very Friendly and Helpful!!I never have seen anything but Smiles, on their Faces, when I have went in this Hardware Store. It is also family owned and ran.. take a chance drop-in, go see👀👁️, if they got something you may need!Show HEADLEY'S some 💜💙💚💛🧡❤️ 7 days a week!I've come to understand, that HEADLEY'S helps: the everyday person, contractors and sub-contractors! Equally!!

The young woman with blonde hair at the register was very rude I come here all the time she acted like I was a bother ..... If you don't like your job or have no people skills I suggest you get another job!!! Maybe one where you don't have to work around the public!!!! It's sad I spent over a hundred dollars and can't even get decent service....... 😔

Great store! Great hours! Love that they are open till 7pm and open on Sundays. Most small town hardwares close at 5pm and closed on Sundays.

Frist an last time renting equipment from these folks. Couldn't evening use the equipment aslo the gal was not very kind to my wife when returning. All she had to say is we need to charge for him another day even after telling her it didn't work for i was told it could be used for. Make sure you look at the equipment before renting good chance that you could be getting bad info form them.

Quick friendly service. Not only at the register. They watch to make sure you find what you need. Always ask if you need help. I feel like a kid in a candy store in there. It's always clean and organized.

Honestly, this is one of my favorite places! If there's something for small home repairs and maintenance that they don't have, then I've not found it. Old skeleton key broke to pieces...they've got 'em! Get keys cut that work, they can do it! Need three wing nuts, got 'em! Furniture scratch cover, got it! Door knobs, got em. Toilet seats, got 'em. Need a screen door rescreened, they do it! Need a storm window glass replaced, they do it! Need sand bags for winter weight in your pickup, they have 'em! Need to rent equipment, they've got it!The store is clean, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help! One of the last old time hardware stores left!

I have been a customer of Headley Hardware for more than a decade. The very knowledgeable and friendly staff at this well-stocked hardware store always goes the extra mile in helping me with whatever the hardware issue I present is, even when the sale is just a small priced item. I am always amazed at how helpful, courteous and expert they are. I highly recommend this business!

I went to purchase 600' of twisted poly quarter inch rope. They wanted a $107. I knew that I had purchased the same spool of rope for way less than that. So I drove to Harbor freight and got it for $13.99. Maybe they have a poor relationship with certain suppliers, and I can understand that, but what I can't accept is being laughed out of the store

I try to go to locally owned hardware stores but I will be skipping this one now....was told over the phone they had both power edger and cable installer (for in ground dog fence) available for rent only to show up and the guy in charge tells me they're winterized and not available for rent...tells me he'll get them out in March (less than 2 weeks away) winterized? What did they have the carb dry? Maybe sea foam in the bowl? Pretty disappointed I have to go give my money to home depot instead.

The big box stores can't compete with the service and unbelievable supply of hard to find hardware items. They are always willing to work with you, offer advice and generally get you headed in the right direction. They have saved me many headache with their guidance and finding the right product for the job!

Only hardware store in town. Usually have what's needed but the front end cashiers are rude and act like it's a burden for them to check you out. Would rather go somewhere else if there was a choice. I spend my money and honestly tired of their rudeness.

Absolutely the worst hardware I've ever been too. They charge $65 for a box of screws that cost $15 at any big box retailer. I'm a contractor and spend a small fortune on materials every year, and always expect to pay a little more in the small towns and small hardware stores. This is price gouging, along with a lacidazical staff who would rather stand around and gossip then offer help. Tractor supply is 5 minutes away, saved $45.

Customer service has been good every time I have visited, but selection of fasteners is narrow, their selection of name-brand tools is almost non-existant, and their store-brand tools are very low quality.
