"You don't have to be old to be Wise" My dog had an issue with his ear, some gunk and irritation from allergies and swimming. In the past I used ear wash/cleaner as recommended by the big box pet shop locally. I went to Martin's Paw Mart I was greeted upon entering store and offered help, A high school age girl kindly helped me and recommended Zymox ear solution, she said it's a lot more money than the ear wash but a far superior product. I heeded her advice and my dog's ear problem cleared up quickly thanks to her. I continue to use this product for maintenance and has it been a miracle cure thanks to friendly knowledgeable staff. All their prices are fair too. Bravo and Thanks

I really liked Martin's Paw Mart. It is a very small boutique like pet store. The only issue is that it has boutique prices. The dog food I buy is $20 more expensive than Petsmart. It is $30 more than Chewy.

My 1st visit to this store and I was impressed with the clean animal cages/tanks as well as the proper types of food the animals were given (even fresh fruits and veggies for the birds) and the friendly and knowledgeable service by the young woman who seemed to be "in charge" that day. She answered my questions about certain animals, prices, special orders, etc. The store had a great selection, especially toys and chews for dogs...tons of stuff! I will visit here again 😊

Several visits in this store, the birds are not taken care of for their breed.Canaries do not eat sunflower seeds!3 canaries had not eaten all day until I had someone give them foodParakeets bowl had all empty shells!Stop carrying birds if no one knows how to take care of them

Love the HUGE selection of fruits, vegetables & plants! Everything was so fresh & lots of tasty samples. Friday is a great time to go since it's not super busy, but there are also a lot of vendors who were not open due to their "real" jobs.

Great store but this one used too be the best at keeping fish in the area too, but now idk who they've hired but they absolutely suck!They had a giant massive tank too since my childhood that had TONSSSSSS OF CICLIDS and now they're all gone.... cloudy tanks everywhere, tanks for years that have been cycled! Beneficial bacteria! Wooo! But now.... trashed... all cloudy all so many dead fish smelly tanks, whoever the management is should be ashamed for hiring the worst people ever and NOW SO MANY TANKS ARE GONE THEY GOT RID OF THEM EXCEPT 1 OR 2, absolutely shameful disgusting,Great place to get the high end dog foods and cat foods, absolutely shameful they UNCYCLED TANKS THAT WERE CYCLED FOR YEARS.... hate the management

I buy my bird's seeds here because they are the only ones he'll eat. This happens to be a pleasant place to shop and they always have my bird's brand so life can continue. Also, there is a good selection of bird toys, birds and fish.

For pet supplies and small pets that don't include fish, I highly recommend this store. A while back they used to have an impressive tank set-up but alas, they hardly have fish any longer.

It's a really nice pet supplies shop. Don't really know anything about the animals they sell. And it's a little on the high price scale but like I said they have a pretty good selection of animal supplies!

They have a very good selection of dog foods. There are some higher quality brands they do not carry, however they have the midrange and up as far as quality goes. Their pricing is good.

This review is for the self-service grooming only.I have worked in grooming salons, so I have relatively high standards when it comes to the salon I use for my own dog. Walking in, the place was pretty clean, and smelled decent for a groom shop. I was dissapointed in the rest of my experience however:I was shown the tub and towels. No instructions, and I had to ask for a tub tether (a basic safety item even for very well behaved dogs).There was no tearless shampoo available and no eye wash to remove shampoo residue and prevent eye infections.The shampoo I was given was extremely weak-after three washes/rinses, and nearly the entire quart used on my small short haired dog, he still smelled (my groom supplies were still packed from a move, so a week later I made him suffer a Dawn dishsoap bath in the sink since his body odor was making me gag)There were no dog dryers available. in the summer that's no big deal, but for a small dog in single-digit weather it's dangerous.There was nowhere to hang my coat, purse, leash, etc so everything got completely soaked (putting me coatless in single digit temps too)There were plastic kennels stacked three-high with dogs and not at all secured. One little guy was moving around quite a bit and threatening to topple the whole stack.I was left ALONE with dogs that had been dropped off for full service grooming. Not everyone is trustworthy and I don't imagine people signed up to have their dog left with a complete stranger, not employed by Paw Mart. Since there was no check-out process for self-service, there is an opportunity for some evil person to harm or steal dogs!Had I realized what the conditions were here, and that there was a Petsmart about 10 minutes farther I would have paid the extra $10 or so and had him done there where I know there are minimum safety standards and he will come out smelling nice. I'm comfortable dropping my dog off where the public can't get access; not here where virtually anyone can walk into the bathing room.

After they canceled my appointment 3 times I show up only to be sent away saying they can't do it today asking if I want to reschedule. Horrible customer service the ladies in there were also very rude and didn't want to be bothered.

They are always helpful and have lots of items. Unfortunately not always the best price and they keep changing their reward program to give less and less rewards that is the only reason for 4 stars

I was not greeted or helped. The employees were clueless on in-store coupons. The kitten cages up front had no water or food and they needed to be cleaned. The store was very slow no exscuses that this stuff was not done.
