I had surgery September 26, 2023. My fur babies stayed with my sister and brother in love while I recuperated. Poor Lillie didn't get groomed for months. To top it all off, her hair grew over her eyes, so my Sissy chopped some off!!!! Don't get me wrong, my furbabies were showered with lots of love, but Lillie looked homeless.😂🤣😅🤣😂 A lot of Lillie's fur was matted also. I was sooooo embarrassed when I took her to the groomer😛😜🤪😜😛!!! My Groomer was understanding and patient. We even laughed together!!!! I can't remember Lillie's groomers name, but the pictures will speak for her, as far as talent goes. I've been taking Lillie to Gordon's for over 3 years. Various groomers have worked with her, and I've never been disappointed. Their prices are reasonable. Everyone is kind and friendly, from the receptionist to the owner. They also have 2 locations!!!!

I love this place, always have such a great experience! The girls are always super nice and excited to see us. I have a husky -- so grooming can get $$$, but they are really affordable for the awesome work they do. Misha loves coming to visit!

Jenna did a great job grooming my cat Izzy. She's 2 1/2 yrs old and was her first time. I was pretty worried about how she would behave. Jenna texted me and said Izzy was doing phenomenal! I was so happy to hear that. When I picked her up, she was calm and looked great. Very very happy with Gordon's Grooming!

My recent move to the area had me on the hunt for a grooming place for my dog Sadie a furry pyr mix. Luckily, I stumbled upon this gem and am so glad! Sadie came out looking absolutely stunning after her visit here. They even kept her Mohawk looking perfect, which made me so happy! What really impressed me was their efficiency - unlike other places, they only kept her for a few hours rather than the whole day which is great for an anxious pup like mine.The cleanliness of the place was spot on, and their service was exceptional. The staff were not just friendly but incredibly accommodating too being able to take me quickly. I am so glad I found them and would recommend them highly!

Our little Hannah Belle had her very first big-girl groom last week. Sam listened to our ideas (we have never had a Maltipoo before) and made our Hannah look beautiful! We know because she is a puppy and very high energy, she can be a handful, but Sam is fantastic with her. This is the second dog we groom at Gordon's, and we could not recommend them any higher!

I live in Goshen and will continue to make the drive to Granger because they’re SO good. My Great Pyrenees, Finley and my golden retriever, Leo, had went to a different groomers before I took them to Gordon’s but it didn’t go well. The previous groomer caused some trauma to where my dogs didn’t like getting bathed anymore and they didn’t know Finley’s cut. Taking them to Gordon’s Grooming, changed them! The people there are so sweet and so kind. My dogs love them and they do amazing work! I highly recommend them!! :)

This is the first time we have taken our Irish Setter here and we are beyond pleased. This is the first time he has been groomed appropriately! Other groomers have mistakenly trimmed his beautiful feathers , but not Gordon’s .They did an awesome job, we will be back . Thank you so much Gordon’s. Amazing work!

My son’s kitten has been having a difficult time keeping her claw caps on. Emily and the team have been extremely patient offering to reapply them when needed. Great experience and would recommend them for your cat or dog’s needs

We’ve been going to Gordon’s a few years now. Our dogs are short haired so we take them about every three months for baths and nail trimming. Gordon’s has always been good to work with and they do a great job. I’ve referred some friends with doodle mixes there too and they’ve been happy as well.

Dakota did an excellent job with both of our golden retrievers, Loki and Luna!! Luna was super anxious but Dakota was patient and worked diligently in making sure Luna felt safe. Both dogs were groomed to perfection and smelled heavenly. This is my new favorite place and I will be coming back and recommending to all of my friends and family!

The Granger shop is open Saturdays. They offer a do-it-yourself pet wash. It is very convenient and easier to clean than doing it in your tub at home, or using cold hose water on your dog in the back yard. The staff are always friendly and helpful.Updated: I finally used the grooming service and it was excellent. The staff are always friendly and Bella likes to go there for her "spa days".

This was our first time going to Gordon’s and we loved it! Our boxer Jaxon did also. They were very detailed with him and were even able to clip his nail, which he has never let anyone do! When we picked him up they said he was such a good boy, (to our surprise) Only because he is so high strung. So they were able to handle him perfectly! We will definitely be back! We have found our groomer!

Terrible job on my Bernie doodle, who was completely shaved, when asked for a trim job. Rude workers talking more than grooming, and a manager that does not return phone calls after 5 messages were left for her. $166.00 later and the dog is now traumatized from such a horrible experience, and I am traumatized by the rudeness of the manager making excuses instead of trying to fix the problem. I would not recommend this place at all.

My three Persian cats were groomed here over the weekend. Jenna is the best! She truly cares about your pet. She did a wonderful job. My cats have been groomed at a couple other places before in the past and I can honestly say this is the best they’ve ever looked after a groom! Their fur was so soft! I can’t recommend this place enough!

Jenna is the BEST groomer for cats! She is knowledgeable and understands feline behaviors. This helps our cats feel at ease with her. Benny loved his bath and blowout! I can't recommend Jenna enough!
