This is the last time that im going to waste my time or money in this store!!! Ordered a keyfab for my car and explained to them, when I bought the car I only got a straight key. They said it would be fine. They could program a new one, no problem. More then a month and two keyfabs later, and they still don't know how to program it. At $300+ a keyfab, I would think that they would know the product that they are selling but they don't. This store only exists to serve the Amish. You are better off going to Menards down the street!!!!

It was nice. Kind of small. You could tell that they catered to the Amish community. I still found items to buy that I wouldn't have found at other hardware stores.

The employees there are the nicest people you have ever met. I needed paint stripper to refinish an antique piece I was working on. They didn't have it in stock but took my name and phone number and called when when it came in. Super helpful and friendly! Certainly recommend.

Very excellent service and help is right there finding your hardware needs. The tape section is awesome and recommendation is always fine! Water softener filters are the best & really filter out rust!

Grabill Hardware has long been a resource for virtually every need that I ever have on the farm. I can only think of 2 times in over 17 years that I went to get something that I needed and they didn't have it. Claude and the team are always courteous and helpful. Its the kind of place where I'll go and support so that I have a locally owned store available with this kind of service
