My ice cream and French fries were really good, but the service was slow and they had to ask me multiple times if I had a chicken tenderloin or chicken tenders. The girl handling my food wasn’t wearing gloves and had dirt all over her hands :( Finally, when I got my chicken tenders, they were inedible because the meat was chewy and the breading fell completely off the tenders. I used to love going to Dairy Sweet, but the quality, services, and prices have all gone very downhill.

I had the pleasure of stumbling upon this diamond d in the rough! The burgers are sourced by a local farmer, seasoned to perfection. I ordered the onion rings and the Big Dill Burger. Let me tell you, they were delicious! The grease is fresh and the food arrives hot. There are so many ice cream selections. You could possibly be there all day deciding what to order!Friendly staff and ownership tops off the list of reasons to give this sweet-treat retreat a try! 😉Bathrooms - Clean / A+Serve time- Fast / A+Smells-Great /A+Sanatation- A+I'll be back for sure!

What a great little spot. Gives a nice old fashioned feel. I enjoyed the food. The wait is sometimes a bit lengthy but they cook to order so it definitely makes up for it. The menu is pretty deli style, and they have a great ice cream menu. If in this area I definitely recommend.

Came here for the first time today and it was phenomenal! All of the food we got was so fresh and delicious. So many ice cream flavors!! Would highly recommend! We will definitely be returning!

Not terrible, but a lot of teenagers work here and they aren't exactly thrilled to be there. And the online menu on Google is outdated. Like everything else, the prices have increased substantially. But their wings are fantastic, although they don't put sauce on for you

Breakfast! They have breakfast. Started about 5 months ago. We live northeast Fort Wayne so made the little drive to try it. Husband got sausage gravy and biscuits and I got the garbage plate. Wow was this good! We have found our new breakfast place and is nearly half the price of what we usually pay in town. So good. Worth the wait for GREAT food!If you are offended by people not wearing masks don't go there, don't complain, just don't go. We are ok with it.

Ordered lunch, new sandwich, fish, no cheese, lettuce and onion, easy Peezy,—unless they accidentally put cheese on and scrape it off!! Management handed it to me at the drive-through confirming /NO Cheese …suggesting the sandwich was exactly what I’d ordered ???!!!No Biggie **except for the deliberate LIE?!Good spot but not that good.

Went as part of a larger group. The service was good, everyone was friendly. Their menu was HUGE, nearly overwhelmingly so. As I watched others get their food orders, everything looked delicious. I just got a small soft-serve come, and it was good.

For the first time out of many many visits the cheese burger my daughter was eating tasted absolutely horrible. Not sure if it was the cheese or the meat. Never had this happen. Maybe just the one but usually a great great spot. I'll still be going im sure.

It was cool to find a place that reminded me of days long gone. It's an " old school" car hop. The food was good and the service was great. Definitely will visit again if I'm in Grabill again

They ignored me, pretended I wasn’t there. I’ll happily travel to magic wand for a shake over this place. They appreciate my service there and ice cream is always great. Very disappointed in this place to say the least, especially since I’ve gone here since I was a kid.

We waited 40 minutes in the drive thru for our food because they forgot we were there waiting at the window and lost our ticket. So we had to order again. When we finally got our order, they forgot to give us our fries so we had to go inside because they never came back to the window. They didn’t have the fries ready so we had to wait. Ten minutes go by and still no fries. By time we got them we were at the restaurant for one hour. It’s a good thing that I am a patient person! They said it took a long time because they burnt the fries and had to make them again. When we left the restaurant, I found that they didn’t put all of the ingredients on my cheeseburger that I asked for. Also, they asked us twice if we wanted to add a tip. I think that is really rude. I understand paying a waitress a tip but not paying a tip just to order your food at the window. I’m definitely not going back to this restaurant!

How is an ice cream shop not open in the summer at night when most alllll ice cream shops are open. An ice cream shop that’s only open during the day makes no sense. Maybe sell it to a family who wants to truly run it like an ice cream shop and serve in the community. Very disappointing. It’s not like the owners have even said a word as to why this is. So one would assume this just must be how they plan to run this place and stay closed 7 nights a week.

Whoa! The prices just went through the roof. Getting a few bites here is as expensive as going to a five-star restaurant in Fort Wayne. What gives!

A summer classic! Lines and wait times can be long, but always worth it. Prices are surprisingly high. Although, this location provides a lot of unique flavors that you won’t see at chain ice cream places. Their candy swirls are much better than their chain competition. Overall, always a nice stop on a summer evening.

Good quality food. A wait is expected for fresh made to order food. They are good on portions with food and ice cream. I would make one note as constructive criticism. That would be to stop asking for tips. Employer should pay more if this needs done to take care of it's staff. No food chain asks for tips upfront or at the drive thru. If anything, a tip jar without consulting the customer about it.

This place has great food and great ice cream, but we are almost at our wits end with the service. It is slow, which we dealt with for the good food, but also the staff are all young teenagers, very rude and they ask you for a tip at the drive thru!!! Your food is already expensive enough and no other place asks for tips when going through drive thru. Please tell your employees to stop doing this, it is tacky. If you want to ask for tips, then put a tip jar at the window, but don't have employees asking every single customer for tips when going through the drive thru. Also, recently we went there and when I got my shake it literally fell apart in the truck. Not one person offered napkins to my fiance to help clean the truck. They made a new shake, but no napkins offered. And you want tips for the drive thru??? I know the owners say they are desperate for help and that this is what happens with inexperienced staff, but if you want experienced staff, you need to pay for it. When gas is 5.25/hr. Offering 8 - 10 /hr. Like their sign at the door stated, is only going to get you teenagers. Also, lots of other places hire teenagers and don't have as many issues. Sounds like there may be a need for stricter management. I am not sure what is going on here but I hope it gets fixed because the food is very good and I would hate to have to stop coming.Update 11/22: drove there to find out they were closed despite an open sign being on. FB showed no notice of closing early. This was before 5pm. We have actually tried to come here two time before this but called ahead and they closed early. We are talking several hours early. I love the food but this is getting ridiculous. How hard is it to post your change of hours? How hard is it to stay open even remotely close to your determined hours? Do you want to do business or not?

Maybe going there for just ice cream would be a better choice. I went there for food today and my $14 tenderloin sandwich and onion rings are in the trash. If you only have a half hour lunch, you're screwed. It's slow, like BEYOND slow and the food was worse than awful. Pretty disappointing

I am so mad it closed at 7:48 like who said you could go home 😡 I had massive constipation and needed icecream to chill my booty 😜 the lice on my head are not happy 🙄Nevermind I changed my mind 😜
