The gentleman at the meat counter was very polite & friendly, nice as they come. The friendliness did not extend past him. Management refused to honor their website meat special price, the other employees were somewhat abraisive as well. I may not go back to this location again.

The employees are very rude we come down here quite often just to get meat and a few other things I’ve never seen these employees before for a couple of months but they were very rude with their attitudes and throwing out groceries around… I don’t understand what there problems truly were but they need to fix it before coming into work.

The cashier was super friendly and helpful. The young men working the butcher/deli area were very courteous and quick at getting our orders. This is a small town store, so a few items were a smidge pricy. But, for the most part it's a very nice market! Best part, the bread is soft!!!

Great little town market has everything you night need within reason. They have produce and fresh cut meat everyday. You can call and order a pizza or have them fry up some fried chicken and potato wedges. They make there own ham salad and potato salad both are good I have to say I like the potato salad better. The staff are always helpful and polite, and the prices are not to high.

Nice small grocery.This is a nice small town grocery with about all you could need.They have a great meat selection with prices more often than not that are better than the large chains.They also have fried chicken with a selection of sides that is golden brown and delicious!!

Very rude managers got 10lbs of rancid pork chops and wouldnt give refund. Attempted to give exchange 4 days later but no longer had the bad meat. Wont be back!!!!! Disappointed

It's a small market so meat counter is like going to butcher. High quality meat at reasonable prices. Call ahead and they will pack large orders per request.

The 2 Value Markets Gosport & Cloverdale sell bulk meat 5lbs for a good price. The Chicken breasts they sell are large and I separate them into portions and freeze. This is where we buy our main meats usually chicken breasts 5lbs & 5lbs of either ground beef or Chuck & pork steaks . usually lasts the 2 of us a couple weeks worth of dinners. We also get our lunch meats at the deli - 1lb of Virginia Baked Ham for $4.99 per lb. & same amount for 1lb of sliced Colby-Jack. Gosport Value Market Is smaller than the Cloverdale 1 , but then Gosport is a smaller town than Cloverdale. But both usually carry what you need in Groceries with their Deli- meats and Butcher Meats priced better than larger Markets for most part. . I also like the Gosport Market because they provide a good selection of spices that some can't be found elsewhere unless majorvSupermarket. For instance Cardamom. Even though in those little Spices containers aca4domom can't be found everywhere. It 1 of my favorite spices. My Mom only used it in. Of her special Xmas cookie recipes, but I like to cook Indian Curries

Very good store their deli is amazing with great quality items and good prices they are also the cheapest place in the hanlet of gosport to buy cigarettes or smokeless tobacco aka dip or chew aka moist snuff they also have a small selection of loose leaf chewing tobacco at decent prices
